Great service and I would recommend this dealer. Can't beat the efficiency, torque and towing capacity of the Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel.

Not happy with recent visit to the service department. Part of my service to my vehicle was rotation of my tires. The service tech broke 5 of my lug nuts in process of the rotation. Was informed that the broken lug nuts could not be removed without possible damage to my wheels. Of which the service department would not take responsibility for any damage. I was also charged for the technician time in dealing with this problem with no solution.

Went there for a tail light assembly for a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, the guy at the parts counter wasn t the most friendly person I have met. The part is on back order but he could get me one from somewhere for $95 plus tax . Went home and ordered one online for $26 plus shipping , total $35 arrival time Tuesday.I could understand the difference if they were actually installing it but even that would be high since it will take less than 5 minutes to install

Hayes did a great repairing my rear ended truck and I appreciated the way they handled the insurance issues, rental car arrangements and they were efficient and friendly. Nice detailing too.

The cars are priced fair and they sellers are good at communication. However when you check out, the personnel lie to you regularly. They promised unlimited oil and tire changes but it is limited. I have called and had more than one person say it is a regular complaint. Despite calling back and emailing, they refuse to honor the promises made. Their sales receipts show nothing but the name of the deal and I will never do business there again.

I recently purchased a Charger, the buying experience was exceptional . They were very knowledgeable and helpful, I would recommend Hayes to anyone who is serious about purchasing a quality vehicle.

I ve called and left voicemails, the service guy Rick, has never called me back about a part for my Jeep that was approved by Chrysler and should obviously be warrantied that would be in over two months ago. If I was you, I wouldn t go to this Jeep dealership. They don t care about you to help but to just make a quick buck or get you out of the door as fast as possible. I will not be going back. I will go to a different dealship. This is so unprofessional for a business. I paid good money for my jeep to have a warranty for when stuff like this happens on my jeep and it breaks for it to get fixed and Hayes dealership has not help me at all.

We came in to buy a used van and ended up buying brand new Dodge Grand Caravan. Which was the first new vehicle my family has ever owned. The service was awesome . They did everything they could do for my family & we couldn't be happier.

Everything went well. I was not pushed to make a decision on just anything that caught my eye. The salesman kinda got an idea of what my needs were and molded that into the area that I should be looking for. I was shown several models to choose from and price differences. There were no harassing phone calls like some other places that got annoying at times. Thanks for the great experience of shopping at your dealership.

The customer service at this dealership is the BEST!!! My service advisor, Spence, was super helpful and went above and beyond to get my car fixed quickly!!

Place is a joke! Why bother having appointment slots available for a Saturday when you COMPLETELY ignore them! I took time to make an appointment, plan my day, etc. Get there, 30 minutes EARLY...and was told regardless of my appt time, it's going to be 2.5 hours for an oil change. 2.5 hours!!! Ridiculous.

Have had several bad experiences at other dealerships. Today has been the third time I've brought my Jeep to Hayes and every time it's been as pleasurable as car trouble can be. The folks are very friendly and the work is always done timely and with excellent communication. I live an hour away, but will continue to bring my Jeep here as long as I own it.

Josh did an amazing job. Very efficient and quick. The whole Hayes team did an awesome job! I will definitely be going back for the whole family.

Had both of my grand Cherokee s with them and spent a lot of money for noises with the steering and not working park assist systems
But they never managed to fix the problems
Finally I found another company who did a great job and fixed the problems within short time and at a fair price
The problem with the park assist system was due to a wrong wire when the car was built
Finally I got it fixed
However, if my next car is not a Jeep than its due to the aweful service Hayes in Gainesville is providing

Breana did a great job in guiding me through the buying and financing process. I was looking for an updated version of my 1973 Mustang and she was able to make this goal a reality for me. I highly recommend her and the team at Hayes Chrysler Dodge in Gainesville. The staff there was extremely professional and made the purchase process of my 2016 Mustang as seamless as possible. In the past, I have worked exclusively through a local Lexus dealership for all of my vehicle needs, and am accustomed to the high level of service that dealership has consistently provided me. Breana and her team at Hayes Gaineville provided me customer service at a level that rivalled or excelled the high quality service I've received in the past from Lexus, and I am truly impressed with this dealership. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep or other Chrysler/Dodge product, or for a quality pre-owned vehicle like my updated 2016 Mustang.

I brought my vehicle to Hayes because one of the tires was losing air. The service tech identified the problem, patched the tire and it has been fine since. I will bring my car back to the Hayes Service Department in the future.

I paid $40 grand for a new car and they charged me $112 for my first oil change and tire rotation. I will never buy another vehicle from them again .

The internet price is not the try price! I called and verified and then went in on 8/11. I qualified for all of the incentives except retired military. I am a veteran and they said I would get $500 off and $1,000 if retired. All the other incentives I qualified also. So the price should of been only a $500 difference. Well, they said they added stuff and had to raise the price. I told them it was not on the website nor the sticker on the car window. They lied to lure you in then say you don't get the incentives. So, I said say if I do qualify what would be the price? Well, it was higher than the internet price. The manager and sales person said they do not manage their website so it was not their fault. This was for a new 2017 jeep. So there were multiple jeeps on the website for the price. The manager then said they did not have that jeep. Then I started asking about the other jeeps at the same price just different color. Well, they did not have those either. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LIE! I drove up the street and purchased a 2016 used Jeep from NISSIAN with less than 19,000 miles. Nissian honored the price and it was the drive out price minus taxes and tag. Nissian knows customer service and was amazing.

There were no hidden surprises and everything was exactly as promised. Vince Mercardante was a great salesman to deal with and made the buying experience a pleasure. Smooth and stress-free shopping! Got the Jeep I wanted at the price I was willing to pay.

I had a crappy situation that drug on for weeks, but Matt Knuckles and Terry Otts went above and beyond to make it all right. I don't wish a transmission failure on anyone, especially if you're traveling for vacation, but if it happens, these are the guys you want in your corner.

Well, I had an appointment for service for Friday. I got the vehicle dropped off Thursday night and checked in. I made the appointment but they didn t make their appointment. They didn t even look at it on Friday. It sat untouched all day and no one ever called about it. I called at 5:00 and they told me it has not been looked at yet. What s the point of the appointment if they don t honor it. They said we ll get on it Saturday, no call and when I called to check on it again, I was told the service department closed at 3:00. Finally Monday they got back with me on the issue and finished the service by end of day Monday. Just saying...appointment??

The sales staff were all professional and willing to patiently assist us even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing. Our salesman accommodated all my daughters requests and gave her time to make a decision, then the finance group completed our approval and paperwork in under an hour. Hayes is definitely a first stop for my future vehicle needs.

we called Hayes Dodge Chrysler on Friday to see if a specific vehicle was available and David answered the phone and he was our sales person for the rest of the transaction he is an unbelievably great young man something to be really proud of his professionalism and courtesy how much he cared about us made sure that we were completely satisfied with every step of the transaction and we got a really good deal on a 2019 Dodge Durango. Kudos to David.

Not what they used to be, though the tech today did catch something a previous tech missed 3 weeks ago. (I was in for oil & tire rotation) Tires are important, it's sad to think a tech just didnt look.. I've run from Conyers to Gainesville, the airport etc.. and I got lucky. If the original tech would have taken the time to look I could have replaced the tires and not risked my family or myself. Wow...

I love Hayes in Gainesville. They are not one of those high pressure dealers. They are just there to help with your decision. To chose the car that is best for you and your family. And most of all I love my salesman Vince (Santa) Mercardante. I have purchased 3 cars from Hayes and loved everyone.

Several repaired items needed to be addressed and once noted they happily addressed to my satisfaction.

Very good experience for my first time buying there. My sales person Josh Griggs was super honest right out of the gate. That is a huge plus for me. I hate purchasing vehicles from dealers. Even though the car had a few defects, it was taken care of right away in a timely manner. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review would be to make sure each auto sold has a full tank before the customer leaves and to offer a loaner in cases such as this when it has to be brought back for repair. Other than that Josh was a ten star associate and I would recommend anyone to come deal with him. He should be considered an asset.

I was looking for a very specific truck and had not found it myself. They located it for me and completed the paperwork within a couple of hours. The sales reps and management were very friendly and considerate. They wanted to make my experience a good one and they succeeded. The delivery of the truck was even better, I really believe they were as excited for me as I was for myself. A great experience all round.

Chris Corry is the best employee in your dealership. He has the most impressive customer service skills I have ever seen. Give him a raise and possibly the Sales Manger s Position before another dealership steals him away from your place.

I came in 5 days ago. Made an appointment for this morning at 9:30. Got there st 9:15. Was told it would be couple hours. Then after waiting 30 mins I was told 2 people were waiting before me and it will take much longer and they could give me a ride home. As their driver picked me up I was asked if I had to could I leave my vehicle overnight. I'm not happy with the service so far. Why make an appointment if it doesn't matter?? They should have been honest up front and told me they overbooked and reschedule me so I wouldn't have to wait all day or longer.

I was able to make an appointment the next business day. They offered to drop me off to shop while my car was being fixed and pick me back up. A unexpected problem was detected which caused extra time needed to repair so a loaner car was issued. Our car was ready the next day and the price was the original quote. We were very happy with their service.

Worked here probably the worst place I've ever worked. People stole stuff from you. Tecs steal change out of cars they are working on and God knows what else. I do not recomend this place for anyone to work or get their car serviced. And on top of that they can care less about your family if you work for them. I missed some days cause my dad was in and out of the hospital and my wife was in a car accident. And they said sorry we cant have someone work here like that. What someone that is trying to take care of his family. Maybe one day they will be a true family business. So think twice before you work there or get your car serviced there. Never know what might go missing

Well, if I am completely honest I do NOT like buying cars. The main reason is the salesmen/women that come along with the process. BUT Ramone and Bonnie at Hayes Auto in Gainesville were amazing! They make me want to go and buy another car!!
So here is the story: I own a business (start date Feb. 2017) I do not have a lot of cash...none really. So I went to MY bank and got 100% financing through my business. When I called the dealership and spoke to Ramone he did mention that he could probably get me a better rate but I said, "No, I have financing. It's done. I just need to find a truck, please don't ask to run my credit." He said, "Ok, when can you come down?" I was almost 2 hours late. I called and texted him that I was running late, he was cool. When we got there the EXACT truck I wanted was there ready for a test drive at the EXACT price I had seen it for online!!! PERFECT!! If I had been a little more prepared I could have taken the truck home that evening but I wasn't sure if the truck I wanted and called on would actually be there. Now, this is the dealership I am going to for my next car...just awesome.

Rick helped me get my starter replaced in my Dakota. I had it towed in, they gave me an estimate and we pulled the trigger. I walked out paying less than what he quoted me. Turned out I had two recalled airbags that weren't in stock, so it took longer than expected, but he was able to set me up with a rental for a week. It was painless and I didn't have to stress about getting to and from work. They took good care of my clunker, and once I'm ready, I will be going back for a trade in

Bought a 2015 Dodge Durango at this dealership. Tracy was my sales person and she was fantastic. They offered some of the best pricing in the atlanta area. Very friendly staff all around. Transaction was quick and painless. Very responsive to email as well which is very nice. Highly recommend them.

Parts department needs to work on their customer service!! Two of their employees answer the phone like they don't even want to be there. The best person to talk to there is Rick.

I was looking for a four wheel drive truck with solid hp and torque, good gas mileage and plenty of space. I found several trucks across the major brands that had some of these features. After putting in at least 60 hours worth of research in the full sized truck market across all of the major brands, the Ram 1500 Outdoorsman crew cab truck really caught my eye. It had all of the features I wanted and some that I didn't think I could afford at a reasonable price (skid plates, back up camera, dual climate control, storage in the floor board, etc.) Ram really has figured out how to bring value thru engineering to the average Joe looking for a solid truck. They have a solid pulse on people that enjoy the outdoors as well as those who like to hunt and fish.
Once I identified what I wanted and what my budget was I contacted 10 plus dealers in the Atlanta area and told them exactly what I was looking for but none of the reps I talked with could find an Outdoorsman with the features I wanted within the budget I had to work with. Vince Mecardante called me back immediately and asked for details, the conversation was quick, efficient and polite. He was the only sales rep to find the truck I wanted at the price I needed. He sent an email over with good photos of the truck and included his photo in the signature as well so I had a face to put with the name. We had an excellent sales experience with Vince and I appreciated his honest, ethically sound approach. Ruben in the finance department was pleasant to work with as well, he will shoot you straight. My experience with Hayes in Gainesville was fantastic, it was nice doing business with both Vince and Ruben. They will look you in the eyes and treat you with respect and you can tell that it's not just a show. They gave me a good deal on the truck and gave me what my trade in was worth, much better than other offers I received.
I only have 5000 miles on my Ram Outdoorsman but it is exactly what I thought it would be and I couldn't be more happy with my truck. My wife loves the comfortable ride and I love the power (Hemi V8). On my daily commute down 400 I'm getting 18 mpg city (and that's in stop and go traffic). On the interstate at 70 mph I'm getting 20-22 mpg. I am providing this information unsolicited by Ram or Hayes, these are my real world results that I am very happy with. Go see Vince at Hayes and buy yourself a Ram 1500 Outdoorsman, you will love it.

I have been using this dealership for a year now. I bought my vehicle from them and liked the service in the beginning. However, when I go to have my vehicle serviced it is always so slow. Recently I had 2 wheels put on and although I had this scheduled before I had to wait 3 hours! When my vehicle was finished I saw it being parked outside but I had to find someone to ring me out and he had to find the invoice. They are always friendly, just dont be in a hurry!

I have been shopping with these guys for a few years now and it s always a great experience. They re knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful with the greatest products in the automotive industry. I have been having my vehicles maintained by the staff here and again I appreciate all their work.

Hayes did a wonderful job repairing my front end from hitting a deer. They fixed it in a timely manner and it was done to perfection. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing collision repair and their customer service is excellent.
