Visited burger and lobster in Knightsbridge and I have to say for a London restaurant they have the most terrible customer service, attitude and not child friendly. I, my wife and 5 month old baby visited the restaurant with another couple who also have a 2 year old baby. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were told that only one pushchair is allowed per table and a maximum of two pushchairs in the restaurant at the same time. As there was already a pushchair in the restaurant we had a wait over an hour to be seated while everyone other customer was seated right away and when we were seated our friends who we had planned to have a meal with had to sit on the other side of the restaurant to us even though there was loads of space around our table, we even offered to leave one of the pushchairs outside the restaurant but this was not allowed.

We did ask to speak to a manager who told us basically that s the rules and there s nothing she could do (personally she had an attitude of I don t care and didn t seem interested in finding a solution to the issue).
Come on burger on lobster you re a big chain and this is 2017 and you shouldn t have rules like this.
