Seemed quite empty (Tuesday afternoon) but then given the niche market (saw advertising for "Billionaire Boys Club") is not that surprising. That also explains the questionable choice of fashion available. There were enough hints to suggest this is really for the super rich foreigner who knows neither style now value for money, which is partly why it may be amusing for others to witness.

Having walked in and found to young buff metrosexuals at the ladies beauty section having their makeup applied, I was under no illusions as to what else I should expect. There feels to be a sense of insecurity throughout the shop, based purely on the number of guards and such, but then if you are sticking garments at this price, you probably need to guard it carefully, sadly that means if you look like a normal person you will likely have eyes on you from the get go.

I know establishments like this have their place in the world but it's quite an odd experience nevertheless and possibly one you might experience once but not twice. In fact is feel more comfortable in Jermyn Street where prices are just as high but quality is assured and a sense of normality still prevails.

Maybe good. Hard to say because they are closed during "opening hours".

For some reason they just won't send me relevant e-mails. I live in London and receive email from all stores apart from Knightsbridge. I keep getting women's emails rather than mens. And last I went into the store I had staff pushing me around as they were trying to sort out something. Never agin I must say.

Dear God, what can I say... not really my type of shop, it's like an expensive burtons.

A large modern warehouse with a large assortment of high quality items. Highlight its food hall, where you can find interesting and peculiar products.

Super brand products very much. On top of that there are many restaurants to choose from.

Good collection of product, however I find that that the entire store is in a confusing layout and staff not as helpful as I would expect.

Wine shop has excellent selection with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

5th floor food and drinks is a must when in Knightsbridge

Opened at 11:30 am but the tills didn't open until 12pm so I went there for a quick shop and had to wait almost half an hour.

A great place for the individual to look at, dress up and see exclusive items for sale. All for a cost though! Definitely worth looking and purchasing from as their reward scheme is better than harrods!

Worst service ever: disorganized, confused, sloppy. More than a luxury department store it looks like a second-hand market

Very nice shopping place. Lovely designer bags /shoes at ridiculously low prices.

Food department on top floor is small and nothing spectacular.

Staff not very friendly to customers, heating on high- absolutely sweltering. Maybe if the management turned down the thermostat then people wouldn't be so irritable

Much more modern shop than the competitor around the corner, and friendlier staff.

Always a pleasure to have lunch here when in Town. Staff always very friendly, great selection of meat, fish, light snacks and lovely healthy drinks too. Flower arrangements are always a real treat as well, really lifts the mood especially when the sun shines. Highly recommended.

Wide selection of brands. Nice restaurants on the 5th floor, but annoying escalator system.

The locals version if Harrods. They have an amazing Jan sale with literally things up to 90% off

My wife shops there sometimes and tells me the customer service is excellent

Really enjoyed my shopping spree at this department store. The quality and quantity of goods on display was remarkable. Ended up getting quite a lot of tea and chocolate, and left the place a happy man :)

As a fan of the the 90s TV sitcom Absolutely Fabulous I was excited to check out the restaurants here. The food was great but it does not justify the price. With so many great cafes in the area charging half the price I don't imagine I would visit here again

Purchased Saint Laurent Wallet. Great packaging and superfast delivery. This is my go to place for luxury goods. Why because of there customer service. When things go wrong you need to be sure you can rely on a customer that sorts things out and I have found them to be very efficient when ordering plus price competitive. Excellent work.

It goes without definition but in London it is not a renewal that takes place at varying intervals in the Petrinas of the show and in ways of marketing his inspiration

It was the most awkward shopping experience I've ever had. I was followed by one security the entire time I was there until I finally stop at the fenty beauty section where I Was looked after by a nice young lady name Maise and it's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of her excellent customer service.... Harvey Nichols not everyone goes shopping dress in designer and expensive hand bags some days ppl just wanna have a casual day to shop. Your security should not look upon ppl and follow them because of ethnicity or how they are dress.

Disappointed with this store near Harrods cannot compare

Clothing store of excellent brands with a wide range in all sectors.

The roof has very good selection of restaurants ... They are very bold in fashion

The roof terrace is the place to be for lunch when the sun is out. Lovely poached eggs.

Rather disappointed I must say... Haven't been at HN for a couple of years or so, hence decided to stop by / see what's new... Not sure about the rest of the store, but as far as the Men's Section is concerned, not what it used to be...sadly; confusing floor layout, offering rather 'exotic' and staff not really bothered to help. Won't go back anytime soon

The only UK store for Fenty beauty. I waited an hour and a bit to have a colour match but can t blame HarveyNichols for that. Need more Fenty boutiques!

Superb store like many in London. Arrods of course another just down the road can spend all day and all your money but nice times.
