Nice place. 11 small small companies are there, see the photos below my comment.

It's a startup incubator (thanks for the correction), with few startups working on the their idea. Has Air-Conditioned rooms as well. I attended a workshop over there and clearly the place is quite good. There's a downside with regards to parking, if you use 4-wheelers.

Worked here for a few months..Extremely rude people..Most people are plainly rude especially front office members
