I forgot my password on my wireless router, tech support was unable to walk me through the simple process of resetting it, he even gave me the wrong IP address to get into the router. They sent a service man over, it took him 2 minutes to walk me through it. I was then informed after the fact there would be a $65 charge. What a rip off, and what poor tech support.
