All staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet didnt have a huge selection but other than the rolls it was all very good. Bathrooms were clean

Beautiful new remodel. Friendly staff. Relaxing stay. Hot spring like hot tub.

Love the rooms, dining, and staff are always friendly. But, sadly, it's become impossible to win on anything but the tables.....they, like many casinos are only paying out jackpots on bets of 5 to 10 bucks a pop. If you can afford that, you probably weren't excited when you won!!

Not the best place for a concert I mean they wouldn't even let us stand up to enjoy it. Also very smokey like a lot of casinos.

Wow called customer service day before we drove 2.5 hrs to see what prarie cash we had. I was advised $108 worth of play. We drove up to play for the day..... no money was on the card. 108 points which equals a buck. Tricky tricky.....I called to complain that I have never had an experience like this before. Everytime I have spoken with customer service they let me know what prarie play or cash I have on my card. I called and spoke with the manager.... she advised there's nothing they will do.... that's cool then you lost customers. Its worth it to drive to the Kansas star.... bigger better casino. You had a chance to redeem yourself....

We always have a great time when we visit the casino, granted we may walk away without a dime in our pocket , but it's always fun..love the changes throughout.

Went for a xmas party from my job. Very friendly staff and good service. But didn't play the machines.

We just went there for dinner. The buffet never dissapoints.

Overly crowded casino that doesn't really payout, no starter cash for new members (first casino i have seen that doesn't offer it). Staff is ok, table staff are not friendly at all, be alert because they made several mistakes not paying. Overall ok for what is around.

Came here for a BBQ competition. Conference room was clean and well decorated, and the RV parking was impressively organized and managed. On site park rangers kept the peace on what must have been a very hectic weekend

One of the best buffets I have ever eaten. We went for the Christmas buffet. We will definitely go back. Our waiter was pretty lame but it was overlooked because of the quality of food.

It is a nice Casino and has easy parking and the Buffet was very good for breakfast We thought it was too expensive for the evening meal $37.00 per person I didn't win anything on the machines but my husband did some If you spend $ 139.00 on a room you would like to win

It's ok .I don't like they never have any drawing for the people r should I say the senior that come on the bus and have to leave before dark. It's all way after the bus leave

The slots are tight! if you want to check your coat you have to go all the way to the other side of the hotel

Would give 5 star rating,but I don't like the Plex glass between the machines. This is way over kill being we are wearing mask. Smoking not allowed at machines is over kill too. You can drink on the floor ,but not smoke. A non smoking section would be a better idea. A lot of people were expressing there dislike about both issues I brought up. Me and my wife have been coming here for years and have nothing bad to say about this casino. The food and rooms are great. As far as gambling,win some,lose some. The covid 19 has a lot of people and businesses paranoid,so I understand why they have installed the Plex glass. Just don't see it helping. No one wiping down machines after each use so that's my point.

Rooms were good, but very disappointed in the Buffett. We went at about 8 pm, paid $62.00 to eat. We had never been before and were excited about getting the surf and turf. Only to find that there was literally no surf, and the only turf was a few pieces of scraps left that were cold. The food that was there had been sitting out for a long period of time. Very unimpressed and wont be eating there again. Also, signed to be a member only to find out that the new member wheel was out of service, so any 'perks' to joining didnt happen. The people were friendly and it was clean. But other than that, not happy.

Very friendly and professional staff, back of house was incredibly clean and well controlled.

We drive a Class A 42'. Stopping at PCB was a good decision. Even though there is an RV park you can pay $30/ night with full hookups, we decided to primitive camp in the parking lot. We parked near the truckers in the back end of the lot. Security did come by and told us staying was fine but could not use our jacks because they can cause damage to the parking lot. No problem. The casino is medium size but very clean and fresh. Smoke was minimal so we think they do a good filtering job. And we got lucky at the slots and the roulette wheel so we think this place is great.

Had a great time with my wife last night at prairie band casino. The bingo hall was our starting point, then off to the slots and tables. We chose to stay the night and the hotel was very awesome. Thanks prairie band

I don't go here enough because I can't afford to just throw away any or ALL money.. So I guess if you have lots of money to just kiss off then it's a great place.. The dinning buffet is pretty good though..

Nice rooms, great food and variety with steak house, buffet, or off hours grill, awesome courtyard with hot tubs, plenty of gaming possibilities. Plus they. Actively support community. Fun alone or with friends.

Both of the towers that are available for overnight stays are always well worth the price. The tubs in the bathrooms are amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are always great at making you feel like you are at home.

I enjoy the relaxed hassle free playing,and clean environment. I've been to most of the casinos within a 100 miles and personally i leave Prarieband casino with more in my pockets then the other

A drive for us to get to but loved the bingo om Sunday. Would ho more often if closer. Great staff in bingo hall.

I really enjoyed concert blue oyster cult there... then i really enjoyed and had fun at the slots.. the employees are friendly... oh did i mention i won off of 50.00..

Great loyalty program, frequent coupons, bonus "Prairie Cash" (free money to keep you coming back), tight slots but frequently updated and I have hit A major jackpot ONCE. Table games are fun!

Beautiful, Vegas style casino. But boy were their slots tight!!!

Not always a winner of money, but the good experience associated with personnel is definitely a plus. Facilities are great as is the food.

Seems like they've got just as many perks as some casinos in Vegas, gone to Prairie Band since they opened as Harrah's

Absolutely love it, here. It's a wonderful escape from the daily grind. The customer service is impeccable and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure one is comfortable and happy. I couldn't ask for better service. The rooms are always clean and the soaker tubs are huge. The casino has a variety of machines and a bingo hall, the dealers at the tables are amazing. I have visited many times and have never had a bad experience. Would definitely recommend, very affordable, great service, great staff, great all around!

Forced masks AFTER taking ID and temperature. Shove your masks up your... I'll take my money elsewhere.

I always enjoy their variety of slot and table games. I love even just going to play some bingo in their bingo hall. They keep the casino clean and the staff is friendly.

It was awful. Husband and I went there and a lot of money. Kansas Star is way way better. Will NEVER go there again!

This is a decent place to go. The staff is usually friendly but I've had my run-ins with them. They're nice but definitely overpriced snd casino is.

I loved the room we were in, staff were great, food was great and we had a lot of fun. The only thing I hated was that the drinks were too expensive.

I love going here but since I hadn't gone much they stopped sending me offers so now I don't have much to look forward to going for.

Love the variety of slot machines... Been several years since my last decent win... Free play and promo offers could be better... $5 isn't incentive enough to make the trip... The free promo coupon to the Longhorn Buffet is awesome and bringing back all you can eat crab leg night is even more amazing....

Love the garden tower with huge tub! Nice rooms. Food choices are so-so. Breakfast buffet during the week $4.99.

I had fun here. Little get away, a video poker...makes for a real nice change of pace. Highly recommend
