The place is beautiful. The view is spectacular. Has a river accessible beach area. Perfect place to stay.

Nice place, needs a updated but a good place to go.
Went to the range for a to go order and they sent us out with a lobster tail that was more mushy than mashed potatoes. The sad thing about it is that they would never had served anyone that who dined inside because it would have been sent back. Shame on you
Excellent quality all around. The desserts were impressive, especially the apple pie. Try their southern bbq night.
Overall, a fun place to stay. They have a great beach area on the river, water taxi service to get you around town, and easy parking. Although navigating your car to the casino can be a little tricky. The staff is courteous and attenrive as well. If you are looking for a fun place to stay in laughlin, Harrahs is a great choice.
Well the casino is great they have a loy of concerts there on weekends ive been at mosy the places and you definately can have a good time in Laughlin
Went to buffet but the line to get in was moving slow so we left to go eat somewhere else. Great Buffett but long wait time.
Still a nice place but the food in the food places isn't that great.
Great beach on the river with lounge chairs, and palapas for shade, jetski rentals on the beach,2 nice pool areas with jacuzzis. Water taxi pier for easy route to other casinos. Friendly, quick bartenders at the video poker bar. Many rooms with Riverviews. Would give 5 Stars but 2x Front Desk had long line of guests cking in with only 2 agents on staff...mgmt needs more coverage.
IF YOU'RE EVEN THINKING OF going to Laughlin, Harrah's,The Riverview,The Golden Nugget,The Tropicana or ANY other gaming enterprise BEWARE.
THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A SUCKER,A RUBE!!! I consider myself an experienced type at these places and let me say,It starts with the $4.00 bottle of pepsi. Really? Most casinos post the percentages of win/lose ratios.
Not once did I ever see this posted in their casinos. I understand that the odds are in their favor, but to NEVER win in 3 days between 2 people I just find very, very odd.
Not only couldn't we win, we kept smelling the vapors of excrement throughout the hotel, and Laughlin for that matter. I asked a front desk person about it, they were clueless.
Not to mention the food at the breakfast buffet at Harrah's was vomiteous.
Amongst all the other BS they threw at us was a $15.95 per day" resort" fee!!! That they NEVER mentioned or told us about verbally or in writing nor is it mentioned in any website that they have on the Internet or otherwise. Supposedly for use of the beach the internet and their exercise room. Go figure. I advise once again to stay elsewhere period and play elsewhere.
Beautiful resort, casino. Stay here once or twice a year and you can't beat the views.
It has been many years since we have stayed at Harrahs Laughling and it still is a wonderful property. Out of all the hotels in Laughlin, this one is truly a resort and offers many amenities one being a beach area and some excellent restaurants. From word of mouth, I have heard that some or most of the rooms have been renovated.
Upon arriving to the hotel we were greeted in a friendly manner by the valet staff and made us feel welcomed. The bellman who loaded our luggage on the bell cart was also. The front desk staff all had smiles on their faces and made us feel welcomed. Our agent was friendly, informative, and outgoing. She was quite professional. Now being a front office manager in the past, I know what I'm looking for in an agent. They must have a friendly, professional deameanor, be informative, and most of all smile. Our agent had all those attributes and made us feel welcomed. I am glad though that Ceasers Entertainment place kiosk for self check in and self check out at their hotels. I also was able to check in and check out through the Total Rewards App on my phone. We however opted not to use those options just to see what type of service we would receive at the front desk. The bell staff was wonderful. The bellman, I believe his name was Omar, was very helpful and answered all our questions about the area. He had even brought up some ice for us along with the luggage. So far at that point it started off as a great first day.
Our room though a little small was still comfortable. Our room was clean and we were happy to see a coffee maker in the room unlike one Ceasers property we stayed at in Las Vegas. However I opted to go to Starbucks every morning instead for coffee. We did not have a view of the river but still had spectacular views of the desest sunset. We did not mind staying in a room without a river fo view for two reasons. 1. How often are you in the room except to maybe sleep or rest, and 2. We were planning on gambling or to visit local attractions. Our room obviously was not renovated but it's still was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. I actually slept better here than at the other Ceasers Property in Las Vegas.
The guest service at the buffet was also ex excellent. We ate their for dinner and breakfast. Cashiers were always very friendly and outgoing. The servers were were also friendly and very attentive. The buffet was still as I remembered it and had not change to much. They still had a better and larger selection of food items than some of the other Laughlin Casinos. The food was decent but I definitely would stay away from the fish since it tasted awful and "fishy".The staff at Starbucks were also friendly and were always smiling when I went get coffee in the morning. Previously we had stayed at another laughlin property and decided my partners cousin to Dinner at Guy Fieris El Burro Boracho. I believe that was sometime in August. The food was excellent and the service was pretty good itself. The one drawback was the one thing I hate the most. It's when the wait staff hovers over you and tries to make you order quicker. The cashier herself was not friendly but over all we still had a fun time there.
Overall we had a great and restful experience. The room was dated but comfortable, the hotel had a true resort feel to it, we enjoyed the desert view with the sunsets, and overall the guest service experience was great. Thank you Harrahs Laughlin.
Now I have to ask myself would I stay here again. Possibly Not and it's not for bad service but for two main reason. 1. The other Laughlin property ( which I will not mention )has treated us very well and has treated us like VIPs. And 2. The proximity to the Laughlin Strip. Yes it's not to far and yes you can drive down or take a water taxi but I like to walk out of a hotel and be able to walk to the places.
Now would I recommend staying here. Yes I would absolutely recommend it to other visitors. The resort has many things to offer.
Great little resort in Laughlin part of Caesars empire.
Resort fee includes WiFi which is big plus. So it's basically included with your stay.
Hubby and I got away for the weekend. Had lots of fun and even won some money!
A great view from an inexpensive room. The flowers look awesome from the boat dock.
Just stopped in for the day it was empty not like during the summer when it is always packed.
Our room was little old and in need of some updating. The sink didn't drain properly nor did the toilet quite flush adequately, often required reflushing. Other than those items, the room was comfy. The casino itself seemed to be continuously cleaned but often later in the evening when as its busiest ashtrays were not emptied and drinks and trash cluttered a number of the slot areas.
Harrahs was the last casino on the river walk but clean and efficient service.
Great place & people. 20 yrs & still return every yr.
The ADA room had black mold in shower and grout was horrible. Along with Chair. Bleach is and scrubbing wouldn't help. And the windows were really dirty to look at view of river and city. Also mold was in the theater room smelling along entrance with all the signed artist who performed or visited. The smell was horrible
This place is dirty and run down. The room did not have a mini fridge as stated. Parking is very inconvenient. Other than the room rates the prices are ridiculous. The only place reasonably priced there is Starbucks which I never thought I would say in my life. You can get good meals for half the price at the other casinos. There are much better options in Laughlin. I will never stay at this hotel again.
What a nice place and the service is great with a fantastic workout area and great food. The view from our window to the Colorado River was spectacular, especially the sunrise and sunsets.Well done
If you want to work at Harrah's Laughlin apply directly to Harrah's Laughlin. Do not go to work for the service companies. Very dishonest and did not want to honor a Dr note. Instead told me to go to a third party. Meanwhile points were accumulating against me. I wish I had applied directly to Harrah's Laughlin.
Pay offs lowsie, ten dollar from hotel to casinos
Never going back
Had alot of fun coming up on the slot machines!!!! Put in $10, walked out with 15 times that from penny slots all evening...lol
The casino was packed because Chippendale's were performing, staff was extremely helpful. There were smoking and non smoking sections for gambling. Drinks were reasonably priced.
Truck parking on the top of the hill across from the entrance is a big plus. Had a good time. Ate at smash burgers which was pretty good. I usually play table games but didn't this time. Only played slots and they were giving out some good line hits. The bonuses didn't really pay nothing but overall I had a good time and I definitely will come back!
Whole building needs to renovate because too old and dirty
service was great, better gambling odds than the rest of the casinos. beautiful grounds and hotel.
Went for a night of gambling. Machines were ok, tables were crowded.
I was there since Friday and I left Monday and gambled all those days and I didn't see anyone get a hand pay to me I think that the machine are ride up on holiday I lost all my money and didn't even have a good time when you just getting money out and not making it at list a little back I've asked a lots of people in the elevator and they all said the same thing they lost
Pretty good place. Lots of geezers like me. Fun to play the slots as long as you don't expect to win. Lots of smoke in the casino.
Had a very nice stay... Lost money but o well. The room we had was in the south tower. It was nice, not overboard but nice. Will I go back, yes but not in august it was 114 degrees. Thanks Harrah's!
It is so comfortable and fun and it's kid friendly!!!!!
Harrah is separated from the other hotels so you have to walk up a high hill or take the water taxi to the other hotels. It was close to 100 degrees each day and when we went to buy bottles of water they would average $2.50 each or more. We did see people bringing cases of water to the hotel and now we know why.The room was clean. There is an adult pool which was awesome and the beach was nice. The cigarette smoke was terrible in the casinos and there was no live entertainment Sat night. It would have been nice to be able to shop more than one boutique and once again we walked miles to get to the small mall. There is the beach, the pool and the arcade for children. The bus was late leaving the casino and between traffic and road construction we were on the bus for almost 5 1/2 hours on the return trip. Google show it should take 3hours 20 minutes.
$15 resort fee + tax. $10 + tax fee for check-in before 12:30 pm. A/C does not keep the rooms cool. Showers are to be desired. Buffet is good thou.
Not bad for the money casino could use more modern slot machines but otherwise allright
The slots are very tight don't know when I'll return
This has been the worst experience ever at Harrahs Laughlin, from checking in to dinner and as for the bar experience the green light system sucks for us that play for hrs each day we are there.
No Thanks
Beautiful place. Keep in mind the beach is only for guests
Decent machines...good variety...but a long walk from the other casinoes
My stay has been awful so far. We had a reservation a month in advance but when we got here they told us that they didnt have any rooms available. I was very upset, for obvious reasons. I also noticed that a couple was right in front of us in line that had the same issue. After 45 minutes (i started timing it 10 minutes into them telling us they were looking for a room) they said that a room would be available shortly as they were cleaning it. The lady handling the situation was condescending as well, trying to be polite but it was so over the top fake. Upon getting into our room, the floors were still wet from them scrubbing them. They also gave us a smoking, pet friendly room. The exact opposite of the non-smoking, non pet room we reserved. Stains were on the floor and on the bed. On top of all of that, the lock in the bathroom did not work (minor issue considering all of the above). Plus they charge you $11 a night to use their internet. No parking was available in their garage so we had to park up the hill, across the street and shuttled to the hotel. The shuttle driver was not very friendly.
The only positive thing i have to say about this place is that the price was very fair but the service, room quality, and proximity to downtown were all very poor. I would highly discourage anyone from staying here.
Wow, they first give my wife and I am room with two full beds so we asked for a king bed room. The big surprise were BUGS in the bed and the floor. So now we are back with the full bed ... You would think they would try to rectify the situation. I think this will be our last stay here.
Casino hotel with very cheap rooms. We had booked a premium king for about 45 and got a room with two queen beds. The decor is already very old and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff were friendly but not very helpful. I would recommend anyone, for a few euros more in the renovated tower. For the price it was fine for one night.
Beach Cafe, excellent food service. Great food, cooked just the way you order it.
Was given a twin bed hotel room when I had reserved king size. Also the casino took my $100 but I guess that's my idiot tax for the year
Awesome place on the river. We were in the older side and it was just what we wanted
I brought my Mom and Dad here Mother's Day / Father's Day gift. My parents were in or out for about a day and a half we went to Vegas and we came back and someone had stole my mother's dress that was specially made for her. So they launched an investigation and then they have a third party company to conduct it and then they come out with the findings that nothing was missing we were basically told that we liars. My mom and dad have six kids 18 grandkids and they were trying to have some fun and that dress is a one-of-a-kind and it was only valued at $530 but still. The hotel offered no apology nothing tried nothing to try to make it right. I wrote a letter to the hotel and never got a response back. Who's to say that this third party company is going to find out who stole the dress. There are no cameras in the hallway because I checked, they need to ask the maid who swiped in to clean the room. But if they did as this male or female do you actually think they're going to say yeah I took the dress So this third party is a joke. So much for being a diamond member here.
There was. Roach crawling around the buffet and the manager was hesitant on giving me my $ back because some of our party started eating Frustration at its finest. At the end of the day we got refunded and left.
It is the best located hotel of all and a very nice vidta
Was going good Intel one lady had a cow walk around to people she thought wasn't wearing a mask right with past women who had it half down and copland about mine not covering my nose started saying if I don't do it her way I would have to leave so I did
I drove in at 1am and only stayed one night for business. The room was clean and I liked that the casino didn't smell like cigarettes.
Fun place. Did have trouble getting a room that wasn't dirty. No cominsation for all the trouble of having to move our stuff to 2 more rooms. The casino was average.
Hard to get in and find parking. Casino average to the others in the area.
One of the nicer hotel/casinos in Laughlin. Best part of the property is it's big beach area on the Colorado River
Nice place to stay, swim, gamble and done. The Range is a lovely place to have a dinner.
Buffet was great & we left with more money than we came with!
Love the casino and the hospitality; rooms need an upgrade but all in all nice place
As ALWAYS, clean, great hosting ability. Comfortable place to stay.
All Rooms my bed was crooked Tilting On one side They have to change my room Krapp dealers Very rude and unfriendly
Great experience and fun staying at this awesome resort
