Like the small "private" beach. Pool is okay size. Buffet has various selections and food seems fresh. Restrooms are clean. If you have a rewards card you get a cheaper price on buffet. Their keno area seems fuller than other casinos.

Drove here 2 hours to take my 4 year old to harrahs private beach and spend the day at the beach and pool. As advertised on the website.. had security tell everybody to get out of the water cause there is no lifeguard on duty. Really? What a complete waste of time and money as the kids pool was also under construction and closed, couldn't tell us all this when we booked the room or had it on your website? What to do here with the kid now. My sons first vacation and beach day was ruined by 10 harrahs security guards removing all its unhappy guests from the beach. Will NEVER be back.

Our stay here was disappointing. First, the room was okay I guess...but what made it bad was the fact the the AC would not cool the room. It did not matter how low the temp and fan speed at were set at. Second, the pool was filthy and was not cleaned once during out three day stay. By the time we checked out you were to see the dirt and debris all over...gross!!! The casino was so-so....trying to play poker but there was never a table open...only a waiting list...unimpresssed. Honestly, I would not return here unless drastic changes occur.

First time I've been to the Harrah's in like ten years and now I remember why low paying machines .if you look at the pay outs of other casino's they are different and the cocktail service on the floor was non-existent

One step above a Motel 6. Have been staying here 1-2 times a year for last 5 years. During that time it has gone down hill considerably. Rooms are very basic, toiletries cheap, casino very tight. Drink service was horrible while gambling, took approx 10-15 min for delivery, so if you're at a crappy machine, you are stuck until you get your drink. Rooms are not as nice as they appear in the photos, and our tv was not 42in. Too make matters worse, they now charge a $8. "resort fee". We used to be able to upgrade to a suite at no extra charge, however now it is $95/night if you upgrade. We will be finding a new hotel for our annual Laughlin trips.

I've been to Laughlin many, many times as an adult and child. And I believe this was my first time ever staying at the Harrah's. I was Not disappointed! Richard the Manager was very accommodating and took great care of us, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We visited the gift shop, and the Lau Cafe as well. The gift shop was full of fun little nic nacks and souvenirs. The cafe was great! Fast. Friendly and the food was great! Perfect for breakfast, lunch or a late craving. I cant wait to go back in the summer and enjoy the private beach!!

GREAT CASINO! We went to 3 other casinos in laughlin but this one was my favorite! We had the most fun at this one. GREAT FOOD! Guy's mexican restaurant was very good. The service, food, and drinks were outstanding. There is so much to do at this place!

Now the room...not so great. We were in a basic king room. It was pretty dated and smelled musty. When we come back we will def come to Harrahs but we will either get an uograded room or stay somewhere else.

cheap but not worth your money, tiny pools, tiny beach, tiny casino area. To even enjoy the beach you have to rent a palapa which go for around $200. You can t bring your own beach umbrella either, so you burn in 100+ degree weather or pay the $200. Horrible communication with guests, we were told that we d be able to stay on the beach until 9pm for 4th of July fireworks, but were kicked off at 6pm for a private VIP event, had we been aware we wouldn t have the area for the fireworks we wouldn t have reserved the palapa.

I was very upset at how rude the staff was and we had over 4 different people with key cards just enter the room without notice. The slots are so tight that nobody at all was winning and the prices for food we're totally outrageous. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is on a budget and anyone who wants a small chance to win anything.

Needed a place for a one night stay for a business trip. They have plenty of non smoking facilities for us non smokers. Good selection of places to get food. I had a lovely room overlooking the river. Bed was comfortable. Good tv services. Kiosk check in was efficient to avoid wait in lines, however half of the kiosks were out of service. The room air conditioner did not work. The bathroon sink did not drain. The parking garage elevator was in terrible condition.

First time attending, from an invitation through Caesar's Rewards Air for 4 days and 3 nights. Requested a non-smoking room, but ended up in Tower 2 in a smoking room. Not sure if the ventilation is connected between rooms however at night it smelled very smokey when trying to sleep.

Showers had good drainage and water flow but you can tell room needs to be renovated badly.

Went during July, and it is over 40 Celsius during the days, so you won't be doing any outdoor activities. Heard others complaining about service on previous trips, like they no longer hand out water while waiting on the bus back to the airport.

Also the planes have gotten larger, but they only have two bus shuttles, so if you don't make the first two buses, you'll be waiting 20 mins for the first one to return.

Casino is decent, servers were quick and effecient, all wearing short skirts. I personally played craps while here, most dealers were friendly, loved some of the dad joke banter from Richard. Bobby needs to wake up. Sarah was very outspoken and fun.

Overall had fun but stay away from being located in tower 2.

Worst casino to play.

Hotel is average with most amenities. Just do not gamble at Harrah's.

If you are a Caesar's total rewards member avoid at all cost.

The rooms are clean, and we had a free trip. The good choices could be improved as there are some restaurants that are only open 2 days the entire week. It s unpredictable when you will have access to food you like. The games are really really tight. One of the tightest casinos I ve been too $3 bets for $.20 wins I didn t even gamble my whole budget, I couldn t see any reason to keep gambling. If you are there for free it s great.

Laughlin overall is pretty small so this casino does not deviate from that. Getting from the entrance to the actual casino takes some time though, as it is located in a hilly area. Video poker options were a bit lacking, but plenty of other slots if you're interested in that.

The casino and arcade is ok but the pizza place needs a revamp or just a boot... big slices looked appealing but they must have been old... plus bland... tasted like spoiled cardboard. No kidding.

Then there's also the issue that months after our stay, they interviewed me for a front desk job and had me sitting around for like 2 weeks waiting for an answer... then, finally, I demanded to speak to the interviewer and found out she was avoiding telling me they hired someone else... causing me some stress to put it mildly. Could just be an adult and tell people on the day you say you will, whether it's a yes or a no. SMH. So people can plan accordingly. I can easily make $1,000 a week having more fun so it ain't like you broke my heart.

Had a great time at Harrah's! I'm a big river person and we come out quite alot during the summer and I haven't been to Harrah's in awhile. Decided to try it and glad we did because Harrah's will be our go to hotel for our river trips now! Only concern was that there was no late night food available but otherwise we had a great time!

We were there on Saturday, beautiful casino slightly separated from the others but easily accessible with the water taxi. We did not stay here just stopped by to eat at El Burro Borracho

I stayed there about theee weeks ago in the 19th floor. The room was FILTHY. There were empty botttles under the couch, the windows were smudged all over and had t been cleaned. The floor hadnt been vacuumed and the tv remote control was stuck to the counter by bubble gum!!!
I called house keeping several times but no one ever answered the phone just a recorded message.

Very nice casino and hotel combo. Ate at the beach cafe and the buffet line at the Fresh Street Market. Found out when they say dark room means the entertainment will not be showing. All and all very nice trip. Rented scooter which they comp to the room. They have Pizza Pin Ups and smash burgers. An arcade for the little ones.
