I wish I could give no stars. The hotel was completely full which I fully expect this time of year, but for the price you pay I fully expect both my shower and sink drain s to drain, room refrigerators that work ( especially after you say it is not working please replace) and no bugs. Yes we had multiple spiders in our room. I have stayed in very small motels in very small towns that were better kept than this corporate owned hotel. For the price you pay stay elsewhere! The wait to get on the 6 elevators when only 2 are running during peak season is absolutely ludicrous. I will be canceling my rewards and never staying in a ceaser owned hotel again.

This casino has quite a few amenities but is not walking distance from other casinos. This was our first visit and we were in an older room. Yuck!! Room was a free promo so that was nice but didn't really make me want to pay to stay here.

WOWzers, they charge $124 for a dog room (receptions called it that!) my yorkie is 3 pounds full grown! BUT a standard 2 beds room is $24!!!! I called to reserve 2 rooms but Never mind that outburst! Holiday Inn was $25 dog fee just last night. I m clearly in shock, it s a Sunday! I m doing them a favor!

Very dirty. Outdoor tables were very dirty and ground looks like it hasn t been cleaned in ages. Very outdated rooms and nothing told me the room was sanitized like other hotels (sticker or something to note it was sanitized). Pet fee was very high and FYI emotional support animals are not recognized at this hotel.

Some casino resorts in Laughlin are old and tired, but Harrahs tries to keep it fresh. I like it because I can take my Shih Tzu with me and not have to worry about her during the entire mini- vacation.
They also have a non- smoking casino room, a nice steakhouse, buffet, cafe, Baja Taco, Starbucks, froyo, and burger joint. Also, you can take the water taxi up the Colorado River to other properties if so desired.
If you would like a a half day adventure and have a car, visit Oatman AZ. It's about a 45 min drive, but this tiny old mining town has wild friendly burros wandering the main street, as well as handmade jewelry shops and other interesting oddities.

If I could give Harrahs no stars I would!! Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Stay away! I feel sorry for the few good people who work here (Bob the security & Joel the bellman). Worst people to come across Richard the "manager" & Rena Cole And most of the front desk. Here's where our vacation from Hell started: I hadn't taken a vacation in 3 years and I decided to stay here. Worst decision I've ever made!!! Bad customer service. My king size mattress was saggy, and springs make it unbearable to sleep. Also try sleeping while having small bugs that bite. Went down to front desk with a tissue that held bugs the were biting me in the room. Waste of my time showing front desk! They switched my 1 of my 2 rooms and the other room wouldnt be ready until 4. Spoke to RICHARD main manager there and he did get us the 2nd room with a worst mattress. This mattress was so bad you would think they picked it up from an los angeles dirty alley. My 1st room was being occupied by other visitors. In the mean while I was trying to arrange something with front desk who transferred me literly 13 times. I demanded to speak to Richard, waste of time he couldn't offer me anything better. 111 degrees air conditioning didn't cool down efficiently. Had a reservation for 5 day stay, day two and I'm back to my home sweet home. Go at your own risk. Go with bad expectations and I will guarantee bad experience you will get. Side note Guys restaurant Tastey, great customer service, no wait, heartbroken I will never get to eat at Guy's again because I will NEVER return to Harrahs.

The casino is great and the machines do pay. The room was pretty nice but it was hot in the room. We turned the AC to 60 but it stayed hot. Also the staff is manditated to check your room regardless of any do not disturb signs

Honestly it was my first experience at Harrahs and was a bad experience because the room was not well clean and AC was not working . I called the front desk and to send a person to check the AC took so long so I called again to be changed of room . Reality I didn t like the room that I was given ..., will never go back there and also because they don t have no have checking people for temperature for COVID 19.. some people would be without mask . I was scared to be out so I stayed Mostly at my room..

Think twice before staying here , it s not like it was 20 years ago .... cracked sidewalks with hazard cones , chipped paint everywhere, filthy elevators , worn carpets , pubic hair on toilet , cobwebs on the ceiling , no more Mc Donalds and Baskin Robbins , the cafe is tatted and filled with unhappy guests and if that s not enough to scare you away (I m not kidding about this ) no guests under 90 years old , wait I take that back - I forgot about the pushy and loud groups of Asians if you want all this plus a expensive room be sure to visit .

The cocktail servers are horrible here. Spent a whole night here with zero cocktail service. Moved to the bar, better service, limited gaming. Plus I has the joy of hearing the cocktail waitress (katie) complain about customers, EVERY SINGLE VISIT TO THE BAR. If you hate your job so much, please quit! Neither the bar tender, or the floor manager seemed to be concerned..but as a service industry worker on vacation, the last thing I want to hear is server drama. Probably should just stay up in my room tomorrow, or go next door. Buffet was nice.

There was a fire in area they didn't alert travelers after hrs of closed roads we found the hotel with no help from hotel staff.....the air is polluted w Ash and smoke definitely not good on the respiratory system instead of sending emails to teach me how to gamble before I arrive an email to warm me of the unacceptable conditions would have been helpful front desk staff was horrible I checked in and out with in minutes the customer service was horrible and had the nerve to ask me what route I took cus another customer was on the phone list this was my first time and last time less than a hour way to go ruined my birthday thanks Harrah's Laughlin for your exceptionally bad customer service

The new rooms could have had a sink outside the bathroom so somebody's in the bathroom taking a shower the other person could have been putting on your makeup for doing their hair by the sink or at least a dressing table with a man to do their hair and makeup that is the one problem with the new rooms also we need a makeup mirror in there one that is magnified by to him and some of your other rooms

The newly remodeled bathroom has safety issues... The highly polished flooring is slippery even with a towel on the floor. The shower is also slippery with no grab bars.... An accident waiting to happen.... We called the beach cafe from the room to order a sandwich for us to pick up in 15 mins and to guarantee payment we wanted to pay with a credit card they refused the order... Bad business. So food and beverage needs improvement. To be fair the room was clean. The buffet was good and staff was friendly.

Felix and Sylvia are the best server in the buffet. The crab was sweet and easy to crack open. Prime rib was delicious. Hot crab is definitely better then the child crab though. One of the best seafood buffets in Laughlin. Get the players card it will save you a few bucks on the price but you definitely get what you pay for and it's worth it.

I can't believe that this hotel has any high reviews. I will NEVER stay at this one or any other Harrah's again after this experience. As a business owner myself, I rarely post negative reviews but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. My husband and I arrived late on a Tuesday night. We proceeded to the casino to enjoy slots for a while. I stopped at the bar in the casino to order a drink before sitting down to play. My husband went ahead and sat down nearby to start playing while I waited. The bartender seemed to be too busy talking to the only other two people at the bar to help me while the two cocktail waitresses stand nearby gossiping (keep in mind that it's late on a weeknight and there is only 20 people maximum in the entire casino). He talked me into their top shelf liquor and then charged me $21.00 for two single Captain Morgan and cokes! Then he sees my husband at a nearby machine and casually mentions that if you're "actively" playing, drinks they complimentary. Ummm okay...thanks for telling me beforehand lol. We sit and play for over an hour before anyone came to see if we needed another beverage. I head back to the bar where the bartender is again too busy talking with the Cocktail Waitresses who are in the exact same spot still talking. I stand there for at least a minute staring in their direction. The cocktail waitress then looks at me and rudely asked me "umm are you okay?" I told her we'd been sitting there at the same machine for over an hour and could use another drink. She again with major attitude says, "where are you?". I point in the same direction to where we had been in the ENTIRE time. She proceeds to tell tell me I'm lying and that she was just there. At that time, I'm beyond irritated. I finally snapped back at her, asking if she was ACTUALLY calling me a liar. She responds with "well I know I'm not a liar". I have never been so upset with anyone at any establishment. We cashed out and left. I will say that the best experience of the night was the service at the cafe before heading to our room. The food was delicious and Lois and her coworker were sweet as could be. After this novel I won't even touch on the awful condition of the room. Thanks for reading!

The day spa and salon is horrible. My husband treated me to a massage for my birthday this weekend. The massage itself was horrible! The masseuse they have hire is extremely rough and almost a little aggressive. I know massage therapists have their own techniques and what they do and how they do it but to walk out feeling worse than I walked in is not okay with me.

My husband and I stayed in the central power this weekend. The building is old. The water pressure in the showers are terrible. The AC in the room's don't work as well as they should. We were in a non-smoking room and it smells horrible the moment we walked in.

The only good thing about this hotel is there Buffet.

Took 3x to get a room, over an 1hr to ckin. they tried to get are 2rns on same floor, was willing to give up king bed went to room and it was occupied. Scary thought that anyone could just go into someone else's room. Than they put us on another floor in a dbl dbl defeating the purpose when I said I want our king bed they said none available do I want to give up my waterfront view I said no. Finally got us on another floor away from our family but at least a king and waterfront view. Impossible to get a drink in casino hardly saw or heard a cocktail service. They say they'll waiver the resort fee, will see?!?!

The check in was horribly slow and there was only one person working in the check in desk. The line was backed up and the other person who was supposed to work didn't even give us or the line a glance. He just left. Please have more employees available so the check in will be faster. Thanks.
