It's old and not in the best repair. I honestly thought it was older than it's actual age. No little fridge or coffee maker in our room. It's like a maze. The bed was comfy enough but the pillows are terribly small. I will try a different place if we come back to Laughlin.

Fun

Room was cheap but old dated and with a hole in the wall. Bed was ok, all seemed to be clean. Pricy restaurants and Casino seems nice. Stayed on cold days, so nothing to say about the pool or water activities.

Very disappointing. This hotel is over priced and charges a resort fee. With that I assumed, the air conditioning in our room would work, the sink would drain, hair would not be left in the shower from a previous guest and our non smoking room would not stink like cigarette smoke. Also, the elevators were on the verge of breaking down, which would of been very bad because they were hot, super slow, stuffy and over crowded. I had no desire to use the pool because It was small and overcrowded. I understand being busy, however it took an hour to check in because they were under staffed. Being an old hotel and busy is no excuse for lack of maintenance. Lesson learned.

This is usually a great place to stay, not this time we booked a king size bed got two queens it took us 25 mins to check in because the lady didn't know how to look up reservations on the computer said it was due to her age, called in a manager to help (steve) steve was no help we gave a credit card for the hold to go on since they hold per day they charged the wrong card money I brought was now tied into a deposit which was over priced she charged us the wrong amount so a room that was 157.00 we ended up paying 465.00 because she had us checking out at a later date, very disappointed in you harrahs we are there 3-4 times a year and this is the treatment we get, I don't think we will be staying here again

Comfortable rooms for people traveling with pets. Excellent table dealers. Visited during slow time. All people at the tables were friendly and took care of the patron. A little dis-appointed in food options. Some places closed due to slow time.

Coming back from the Christmas holiday road trip stayed at Harrah's Laughlin with a friend. The room was at the third tower on a high floor. The view of the other casinos and the river were great. The suite was clean huge and quiet. Two large beds. Full bath and shower. Etc. Slept really well. Beds are very comfortable.

The stay at Harrah's was disgusting. From the night we arrived, we smelled a foul odor. We got there late and we were very tired so we went to sleep anyways. We woke up to a smell so foul that smelled like sewage. I called the front desk and asked to talk to a manager. I was told they were busy and was sent to a voicemail. The management never called back. I went down to the front desk and voiced my problem after waiting 25 min to talk to a manager at the front desk. I was told that they would spray and comp us 100.00 dollars in meals. They sprayed both rooms and left the area. We also left and when we came back, the smell of sewage was even worse. I went down and explained that we had the smell back. I was told that they had no rooms available to move us to another location, but that they could spray again. We left for 2 more hours and came back to the same sewage smell. The front desk manager said there was nothing more she could do and that we had to talk to the morning manager. We couldn't sleep all night due to the smell. I then talked to the morning manager who told me, due to the comp on the food, they could do nothing else more and that I would have to talk to the hotel manager. I'm still waiting after leaving 3 messages. Do not stay at this hotel.

No complaints here! The rooms were cool and clean. Prices are excellent and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly delicious! The lady that checked us into our room was very sweet and funny. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you are on a budget but don't want to make any sacrifices on a clean nice room. Well done staff at Harrahs!

I can only comment on the cafe, I didn t stay or play there. The employees were neither friendly nor rude. The food wasn t amazing but it wasn t terrible either. I felt it was overpriced and mediocre.

Had to stay in family tower. It's old, rundown. Rooms in poor condition, holes in doors, broken lampshades, weird wardrobe units with no hangers, damaged furniture. Torn carpets. Outdoor pool is not heated as advertised, there was no additional hand sanitizer stations anywhere. They don't even provide shampoo in room. Would not stay again. Beds are comfortable only positive thing.

Our room wasn't ready by four p.m. room was dirty. Pool bar closed at 6 p.m . Mon-thur. Dog was in the pool and spa.service was very poor. Hard to pay for drinks. Found dirty syringe in room chair by my son. Found pink pill in his room. Bathroom ceiling bubbled and leaked water into his room and on his floor and him when showering. Never fixed or moved him he showered in our room. Housekeeping was very poor. Rude and we were there four 4 days before visiting the Colorado Belle . I recommend going there

Fun and friendly place to visit, gamble and meet up with friends. Adult pool and family pool and hot tubs. Suite rooms are very nice. 20th floor in 3rd tower, even number rooms have great views!

It is almost a large ryokan.
There is no reason to tie it besides the Colorado River beside it. I also experienced an awesome service (?) To send in a group locker with a locked doorway.

Had a suite in the south tower, and it was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was wonderful, and I would stay here again, but ONLY to explore the area! Rented a car, as it was only a 1.5 hour drive to the Hoover Dam, which was more than worth it, with Vegas only a short drive beyond that. Took the next day to drive to California. Beats the hell out of Harrah's in Atlantic City! Next time I go, I'll use deals on airfare, rent a car/stay in Vegas, then drive back to fly out. DO NOT expect to win money with ANY Harrah's! Nothing but tightwads! Tried going to the beach on the property, but it stunk like sewage, and the water was FREEZING!

It is an okay and reasonably priced place. Parking is quite a walk and the receptionist who I had the pleasure of dealing with really needs some trainings on customer service and get off her high horse, maybe stop acting like a police officer. Oh and thanks for putting us on two completely separate floors with my travel buddy on a weekday.

Harrah's is a fairly basic hotel with the normal services one might expect. Some of its best features are the rooms which face the Colorado River and the Smashburger on the first floor which is open late and provides excellent food and customer service.

The water in the shower was tepid. I have been on a road trip for 25 days and have stayed in 20 different hotels. This is the first place that didn't even have a coffee pot in the room. Instead, you have to go down and pay about $5 for a cup. Water in t he vending machines was $3.

Dirtiest Hotel EVER.

Dirtiest Hotel EVER.
I can describe my second room as NASTY. Pubic hairs on bathroom floor, food crumbs on night stand, breakfast cereal under dresser, etc. The 1st room was too disgusting to list the issues..... strong odor of urine.
Never again.

Harrah's Casino Laughlin is one of the worst casinos I have ever stayed in to start we were overcharged for 3 nights horrible internet dirty filthy rooms dirty carpet the room had a bad odor checking in and out at the front desk was a nightmare they locked us out of our room and canceled our card on the third night do yourself a favor do not book a room there you will regret it .

Dirty hotel inside and out. Staff and most security are rude. Unable to purchase food for 2 hours, cafe closes 2pm and reopens at 4pm,while pizza and burger joints open at 5pm poor decision making.

This place is a penny pinching, greedy, strict, over priced hotel. Not only is it a complete dump- they make you pay for resort fees- YET you still have to put down a 75$ security deposit. There is no refunds, and no exceptions, even if your bed falls though the floor and breaks your neck. They would probably force you to pay for the bed and the floor. You are able to get free WiFi in the casino, but wait for thisss---- You have to pay extra for WiFi in your room. Not surprised at this point. Wana bring your significant other?? NAHHH!! Gotta pay extra for that too. Soo if you like over paying for complete and utter rhino pile? this is the place for you.
