Are first room they have us was very dirty then the remodeled room looked like it was redone 3 years ago. The beach staff was rude. I won't be revisiting Harah's any time soon..they need to try a little harder in customer service.

I had a great stay here. The staff was always friendly and anxious to help. Lots of little fast food places to get hamburgers, ice cream, or even cinnabuns! My stay was during the week and the rates were extremely affordable. I will definitely stay there again.

Cheap rooms, clean but a little dated. Noise from other rooms make if good for deep sleepers, light sleepers good luck. Isolated, so you need to drive or visit when it isn't bloody hot. Great service at check in. Bed nice but pillows were weak.

Needs updating, on the rundown side. Its away from the strip, so to keep business there I think it needs a few more restaurants and a lounge area. Was very surprised for a Caesar's property....

Machines way too tight. Disappointed that I can not win nothing on $20 even once. Staff not to knowledgeable; they said they were new hires. The flight is not dependable for times both ways. Wont be back.

I am not sure what people expect when going to stay in Laughlin. These are not 5-star resorts, so you cant expect 5-star service. I hadn't stayed at Harrah's since I was a kid. I recently stayed there with my husband and two little ones. I have to say I was worried after reading some of these reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful time. The beach was clean, the water clear. The pool was clean. The arcade was nothing special, but I am not a kid. Guy's restaurant was delicious. The Beach Cafe was good. Drink service was quick while gambling. Is the hotel a little rundown? Yes. But it's not new, so you have to expect that. We will definitely be returning to Harrah's again.

Our room was filthy, outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. The hall carpets are stained beyond cleaning. Elevators are filthy as well. Friendly staff though. Will never stay here again. Oh, this was an upgrade!

Very dated property. Supposed to be updated soon. Insufficient A/C. Not much at all to do in this area. Would much rather go to Reno or Lake Tahoe. Staff is friendly and helpful, as in all Harrah's locations.

Casino part was nice. However, the room you could tell was one of the older ones. I knew they had updated their mattresses in some rooms. Our room smelled like cigarettes, was musty. We stopped for one night on our way to Anaheim. Didn t realize we were bit by bed bugs until the following day. Entire side of my body was covered in bits. Dirtiest hotel room I ve stayed in, in a while. Also pool area smelled like sewage. Won t be returning

The hotel was really dirty overall, especially the room where i stayed with my family. Carpet floor was a JOKE, as you can see in the picture provided! All i was told was we ll inform management . And then the elevators were a disaster, we had a wait time of at least 10 minutes most of the times we used it. Arcade was half broken but somehow taking tokens, so pretty much robing people. Harrahs use to be my favorite but now i can say my next trip i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went Halloween weekend. Everyone was in Vegas. Enjoyed no traffic or crowd'. California sucks there's a fee for all lakes and river's infact everything. Loved the river was accessible from all points Laughing or Bullhead City. Everywhere we went everyone was kind and sweet. Loved my experience. Harrah's was kind to accommodate me, twice with a room change. Once closer for my inlaws and then 2nd x the room had a strong bleach smell. Loved The beach two pools and lots of parking. River awsome clear and strong current. P.s. the vents in the hotel rooms don't seem to work in the restroom. But loved the taxi ride up river$4 per person. Watch out for the $9 fee they throw@ u when you dont even use there wifi.

I've stayed 6 times in the last year. Gaming sucks and the same old games. I recommend you gamble somewhere else. I stayed last night and I had blood on the sheets on both beds. I'm a rewards card holder and I am very disappointed in this property. I get comp room elsewhere and I think I might use those instead. Lost a loyal rewards card customer.

Had a great time. From Omar who checked us in and upgraded us to Melinda our cocktail server who bright and cheery despite being incredibly busy. They made it a fantastic birthday week. Thank you all.

Harrah's was small but a nice place to stay. Our room was clean and fresh, the bathroom was a little out of date but it's a bathroom and for just a couple nights so nothing I wouldn't judge my stay on. The staff was friendly and there was a smoking and non smoking gambling area in the casino. The pizza parlor was only open on certain days so that's not convenient if you're there in the middle of the week but there were still more options available. As always food is overpriced but we had a credit for checking in. Overall, nice stay and would recommend. If the price is right I will stay again

We stayed in the South tower. It seems to be the most convenient as far as getting to the casino and the restaurants. I think it's the oldest building but it seems fairly clean and nice large flat screen in the room. The pillows weren't great, so if you can bring a pillow that would probably be best. The bed was a little hard but manageable.
If you stay while the pandemic is going on I recommend going down to the restaurants to see if and when they are open. What I found online was incorrect. The buffet wasn't open during our stay. Guy Fierri's was closed on Wednesday and Thursday. The 24 hr cafe is only open till midnight. The hours for Smashburger, Pin Up Pizza and the rest may be off a little. IMO Smashburger is overpriced. The menu pretty much only shows double burgers but the price is for a single. Example..the burger is 9.95 + 2.00 for extra patty + 4.00 to make combo. So 15.95 for a burger combo.
We went to the beach area twice. It is nice. The river water is clear and the atmosphere relaxed. We saw children there both days. There are Palapa's to rent. They price varies depending on day of the week. We rented one with 2 chairs for $118 (9a-5p) but I was told it can be as high as $260. They do have a couple pools that we didn't spend time by but they looked nice. I did notice the hot tub was closed. There are bars convenient to both the pool and beach.
The resort is kind of off to itself so it isn't convenient to walking to other places. There is a water taxi on the river that can take you down to the other casino areas if you want though.
Overall it was a nice place just not as much going on because of Covid. Masks are required everywhere inside except when eating and drinking.

North tower rooms were underwhelming. Did catch a $21/night rate during a promotion. Central tower rooms were nicer, but overfurnished for such a small space. Staff was friendly, and accommodating. That being said checking into your room will take at least twenty minutes. If you're getting multiple rooms, you'll need multiple ID's. Solid place to stay.

Fun, but the elevators were miserable

Fun, but the elevators were miserable
20 minutes to access an elevator with people trying to leave and get to their buses and not all the elevators were operational. We may re-think which tower we'll stay in, not the north tower for sure.

Harrahs always has cool things going on
Nice place to eat, play drink. The buffet is delicious one of my favorites and I'm a local. Smashburger is consistently good. They have an awesome pool area and there beach is great too with awesome views. The beach parties they have are cool and concerts at their venue are pretty good too. Recently saw Dustin Lynch and loved him...One of the screens had a wire in front of it but the concert itself was great. Dustin Lynch was so awesome!!!

We were actually at Harrah's to have dinner to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We went to El Burro Burracho, the Guy Fieri celebrity restaurant there. Let me tell you: don't bother! While the service is excellent, the food & ambience leave a whole lot to be desired! I ordered the shrimp tacos, my husband ordered the carne asada fajitas. His looked delicious, but needed seasoning, less onion and more veggies. My shrimp tacos looked nothing like the menu depicted, and I was a bit disappointed. Save your money, head across the river to El Palacio, or the new Mexican food place a few doors down from Denny's. The food at El Burro Burracho was way overpriced and the ambiance felt more like a cafeteria than a pricey restaurant. We won't be going back.

I usually don't complain or write bad reviews, as I know there will always be problems or issues that arise. But, I felt I should in this case. I spent a weekend there and it does not compare with Harrah's Las Vegas or Ak Chin Phoenix.

The Platinum line for check in took almost 45 minutes to get through. I attribute this to not enough staff or stations during peak check in hours. Some of the guests were told they would have to wait 2 to 3 hours beyond the advertised check in time.

Rooms never cooled down due to design of air vent in the rooms. Elevators were slow and could not handle the number of guests using them. There always seemed to be a line of 15 to 25 people waiting to go up. Going down meant waiting for 2 or 3 elevators to stop, only to find it filled to capacity, then wait on another.

Cocktails were very inconsistent and often watered down. Even when paying at bars. One Lemon Drop would be all juice, the next would be straight alcohol. Facilities were also run down and not as clean as they should be. I observed the same trash/spills in areas during the entire weekend. Never cleaned up or vacuumed.

Some of the staff were friendly and said hello as you passed by, the majority were not. If I didn't know better, and this was my first Harrah's stay, I wouldn't consider staying at any of the others locations. They could really use some "Mystery Guests" to point out the problems since management obviously doesn't see them.

You are only allowed 2 Wi-Fi connections per room. Any additional connections require a payment of 14.95 per device.

I came here two times in the past the second time was the worst!!! These people are very unprofessional and nitpickers and make a big deal about everything!!!! I will never ever come back to this hotel if I come back to this area. I'd rather stay at the Aquarius or Riverside, over all these people deserve zero Stars if I could give it??

Jewel of the Colorado River. Located right on a private beach with access direct from the hotel. I can't think of any other property in the area with that feature. Some rooms are renovated and there are even rooms with patios onto the beach. They have one of the largest non smoking casinos if you want but they also have an even larger smoking section. Arcade for the kids. A food court and the range steakhouse serving up great food.

The only good thing I can say about this property ...

The only good thing I can say about this property is that our room was comped for our 5 night stay. We were put in Tower 3 and the room was terribly sub-par in comparison to the many other Caesars/Harraha's properties we've visited in the past. The carpet throughout the entire 17th floor where we stayed was old, soiled and looked as though it was at least 10 years old. We are non-smokers and the ventilation system in the main casino didn't come close to removing the clouds of cigarette smoke. They do have a non-smoking section which provides a slight haven from the disgusting cigarette stench. Get a clue Laughlin, how about at least one casino for us folks that aren't addicted to nicotine like the Palace in Biloxi, MS or Harraha's in Metropolis, IL. We prefer playing the slots and the gambling was take, take, take with very few winning plays. They also add a "resort fee" which was several more dollars than what we were told it would be. Needless to say, when we return to Laughlin we'll be staying at another casino property. We are 2 very unhappy patrons!
