Stayed in the revamped South tower. Rooms are nice however those half door showers are terrible. So spread lots of towels on the floor so you don't kill yourself. There is also a small towel rack jetting out from the sink counter. If you're not paying attention, you'll bust your thigh on it and get a nice big bruise.

Most of the staff was awesome especially our caretakers in the Keno lounge, say hi to Jeff and Estela. Our floor ladies Patty, Rosie, Mattie took care of us! Harrah's had the best buffet (Friday seafood)! Good room prices. Food is expensive on the Nevada side.
Pools were so dirty, it seemed like they haven t been cleaned for a while. And both of the Jacuzzis out of service. Then early in the morning before check out housekeeping kept knocking at our door several times.
Very disappointed in the restaurant in this establishment the "Burro" ....not what it was suppose to be for both dinners.... Should have stated ground beef...Not braised beef .
This is a spanish-styled casino and hotel in Laughlin, NV. I never have any complaints. I have always been comped for my room at this location. Are they Ritz-Carlton level. No. Are they Motel 6 level? No. They are somewhere in between. Basically, they are a clean, decent room with an average-sized bathroom and nice amenities. I always say in a casino hotel, you probably aren't spending too much time in the room anyway other than sleeping because you're either in the casino, or in the case of this hotel, also possible on the river, at the hotel's private beach or across the river in Bullhead City, AZ. Centrally located, fast check-in, clean. Not as smoky as some other casinos and this one has dedicated non-smoking areas. All in all, it is a nice place to stay and visit. Lots of restaurants and shopping on site as well.
For it being the first time staying at the Harrahs hotel, I was expecting the best. Well, as soon as we walked into the room there was an awful smell of urine. The beds, carpet, and bathroom was disgusting. I can honestly say it was my first and last time staying at the Harrahs.
The signs to check in and to the front desk is very bad. The front desk is poorly designated and little lit. After checking in (took 10 min.) One had to find out for oneself, where e.g. Tower 2 is located and where is an elevator. The staff was rather taciturn. The room was nice. The chairs were greasy and in the cracks were all sorts of crumbs. Sockets are in short supply. Internet is available for a fee of $ 15. The restaurants are relatively expensive! There is a non smoking and smoking casino. Both are well air conditioned!
We stayed two nights at Harrah's and had a great time. The rooms are old but very nice and clean. The food options were great for all meals of the day. All the staff have been very helpful with all of our questions about the hotel and town
Disappointed. When you first get there to check in . They decided to get away from the personal touch an go computer check in. Our rooms for what paid for was very standard. No coffee in the room, no small fridge nothing .. I think we just looked for a little more service an nicer rooms for being a Harrah's
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, very bad attention and bad attitude of the people who are in the reception, we went and we were sitting on the floor for more than 2 hours because according to no batteries the yabin at the door is a ball of stupid those who work in this Hotel, the kind ones were the security
The amenities are OUTSTANDING!!! The PRIVATE, man made BEACH is FANTASTIC during the DAY but FULL of RACCOONS and SKUNKS at NIGHT! The BEDS are AWFUL and feel like you're sleeping on CONCRETE
I went to Laughlin to visit my grandparents who flew in from Wisconsin. My family and I have been to Harrah"s in the past and they are msking a lot of changes. Are the changes good?? We have yet to find out. It seemed the staff wasn't overly helpful and the food choices as options were very limited and quite expensive. I have to say, I was a bit dissapointed with pur visit.
Had an amazing visit to Harrahs for a quick getaway. The hotel has some amazing food options and the best breakfast buffet in town. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Il be back again soon when im treated that well!
I didn't stay here but rented jet skis from the beach area, my family and I had a blast. We will definitely be coming back. Also the guys at the rental booth made this experience so fun, thinking about actually staying here next visit.
The staff was really nice but I will not stay here again. Very long walk to anywhere and the room was not very clean even the smoke it was disconnected from the wall.
The location was a little tricky to get into. (Just because you can see the hotel but the entrance is almost past it) we had amazing service in the buffet, everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The ventilation in the building was a little dated it seemed, just with the amount of smoking in the casino. Overall I'll def go back for the buffet and possibly stay there.
Absolutely disgusting, Newly renovated room smells like stale cigarette smoke,. Room rates are so cheap multiple families are staying in the same rooms. Children all a over the adult pool. Restaurants are horrid.
We will never stay here again, much better hotels in the Laughlin area that offrrs much better environment that Harrahs
DISGUSTING! There was a bloody tampon on the bathroom floor! They showed us 4 other rooms after we complained and ALL of them were uncleaned. No lie, the place looks like a crack hotel for drug addicts and prostitutes. We had to leave and luckily got the last room at Golden Nugget. Avoid this place like the plague. All their good reviews are fake bought google reviews!
Some of the machines had quite a bit of age on them. It took about five minutes for an attendant to come by when I had an issue with a machine. The kids loved the arcade and the attendant there gave both kids a prize of their choosing. It looks as if they are actively updating the facilities. We had fun!
My room had bottle caps on the floor from the previous occupant, one wash rag looked like a stained cleaning rag & the other wash clothe had long dark hair on it
Good price, but the hotel rooms are outdated and smell funny
My experience in this hotel has been mediocre. The check-in was long and tiring. Took about 45 minutes to be able to get my room key.
They were six elevators in the tower that I was staying in and only three of them work. Most of them slam shut and does not give you enough time to walk into it. I saw someone hurt their hand trying to hold it open.
The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was the moldy and dirty toilet bathroom smell. The room does not have an exhaustion system in the bathroom. The ice machine did not have enough ice for my cooler, and I had to go to the machine throughout the day to get more ice.
The Wi-Fi is a little confusing, you can only connect to devices per day and they charge a $15 a day resort fee which covers the Wi-Fi and the use of the beach and the pool towels.
The pool was busy and noisy, a lot of people have their own Bluetooth speakers and are blasting music and it s not an enjoyable experience.
The Casino buffet was not as great as I imagined. Dinner cost $19.95 and the food was very low quality. Reminds me of hometown buffet or a similar places.
Wow all I have to say is Laughlin itself wasn't what I expected at all. We only stayed here just to sleep so we could head over to Phoniex the next day to make our trip shorter the next morning from Vegas. The Parking garage was a mess, the elevator's were a mess, decor and everything else was run down, the only thing good about staying at Laughin was the night was free so we couldn't complain about that but everything else was just a complete mess, the rooms were quiet messy and the decor was just not it with many tears in the bed itself.
I stayed at tower 3 - not the renovated rooms. The room only had two table lamps and one did not work at all. Room was too dark and I asked to replace the lightbulb. About 2 hours later, (I was sleeping by that time with do not disturb sign outside) I received a call from the front office regarding the lightbulb. Told them it was too late. The bathroom smelled like nyc subway. Totally ruined my last night of entire trip.
Harrah's Hotel is very clean the bail boys are great, the valet are awesome. Went to eat at the pin up pizza joint, I was very very sick from the food. Stayed in bed the whole vacation missed out on Toby Keith concert because of the food. My husband and I go there all the time I have never had a problem but this time was awful. We usually go to the steakhouse in the hotel which is a five star restaurant. I would tell everyone to stay away from pin-up Pizza.
First time to travel to USA No coffee pot and slippers and no fridge. However, the temperature control of the air conditioner and the power supply can be done directly in the room.
Disgusting and dirty. Dogs everywhere. The cinnabon when you get off elevator you can't even smell all you smell is dog pee and mold. Elevators had same nasty messes in it for the whole 4 days we were there. Back in the day this was the nice place you went to on Laughlin.. no more it's sad and down hill
The room is clean, bed is great and the view from our window overlooking the river is unbelievable...the service has been fantastic and everybody who works here has been friendly and helpful!!!
went in to eat at the diamond lounge, the casino itself awas very nice. Loved the look and feel, but the diamond lounges food needs some work, Very bland and un impressive. but everything else was top notch. I go to alot of different harrahs resorts, so can say its prob the least nice diamond longue Ive been to.
Reserved my rooms for three nights, first night $35, second night $55, third night $25. Upon arrival, they put me in the old tower with the A/C broken (it was 103 when we arrived) AND had me put a deposit of $125 PER FREAKING NIGHT on my card! Needless to say I did not gamble a single dollar at this place, not that it make a difference. The worse part of it is, I am a Platunum Player with Harrahs. Speaking to mananagment just to get a better room (I had to swalllow the deposit) and they came up with "we are all sold out". There was nothing going on this weekend and the place was empty. Harrah's, you can kiss this loyal player of 9 years goodbye.
Enjoy a lot of delicious buffet Eclair here Anyway, if you come here anyway, you will be tired and you will sleep early, but it would be wise to forget the facilities and sleep a lot.
Now to cross another border we go north to Nevada 45 minutes. Not bad for a good afternoon at the harrast casino.buffet free in the evening 1st visit alcoholics free drinks. 1 penny machines up to 25.00 dlls Per line there are 40 is your option. I played for .25 ctvs. I got more than 900.00 dll. Nothing bad.
Great property. Classic Spanish colonial feel. Nice adult pool with a bar. Enjoyed the river beach area. The staff in this property is very friendly. The dealer Greg is exceptional. He can really get a table going. He's been employee of the month 14 times. Will keep coming back.
Bad signage, outside and inside. Fast check in. Room is okay. Hardly any sockets! Mini fridge. Internet fee ($ 15!) Is debited even if you don't use it !! Seating furniture is a bit gross. Price-performance ratio is OK.
Upon our check in we asked for a transfer from Central Tower room reservation to a South Tower room - the adult only part of the hotel...Rico, at the desk, who was wonderful and fun hooked us up with a king bed, non smoking, river view corner room on the 2nd floor...close to the elevator...1 floor up from the beach...YES! Thanks a million! It was a free upgrade and wow...
Extremely dirty room I have never been in such a dirty place ... it does not mean that because you go with a pet you have to navigate in the dirt ... it should be on the contrary the rooms where the pets are should be cleaned better ... otherwise everything is fine but for please clean the pet rooms better
Rude service at main bar area told me I had to gamble to order a drink I was prepared to pay for. Ride hostess at guys restaurant she was ill tempered and downside rude. Overall not our best experience ypu used to ne our favorite not sure I want to come back
Room was advertised as newly remodeled and premium . Although better decorated than some of the other rooms it still felt a little dated. The room was fairly clean, but the hallways outside the room were filthy. I came on a promotion offer & was even told at check in I could collect the next day. However, the following day I was told the promotion was offered only the day before & despite arguing that not only was I told otherwise that their promotion material was not clear, or specific offering details. I wasn t the only one at the promotion desk making the same complaint either. Harrah s was absolutely unmoved by the complaints & was adamant to the point if almost being rude that they would not do anything to compensate for their misleading advertisement. Really discouraging that they wouldn t give up the $70 in fp, especially after seeing I d already lost 10x that much. I did not feel like a valued customer.
