Wowwy. Fun fun fun all the way!!! Plus the hotel is beautiful too!!

Place is awful im here now they put a 600 @dollar hold on my card for no reason rooms are awful resort fee is a joke there the only one in town with one do your self a favor and stay some where else they have ruined my vacation completely

Very comfy rooms and beds!! Very clean with great service! Great buffet and casino! Loved the staff!!

Currently staying here. First night was not impressive. Room was OK but the ac didn't work. Called front desk and told them. Noone showed. It was late so we went on to sleep. Next morning the shower wouldn't drain. Called and they sent a very nice building engineer to fix the shower. Couldn't easily fix it so I had to ask to switch rooms. (Noone had addressed the ac yet) finally got to take a shower at 11 am. Almost half of our day gone. We have 3 more nights so I'll update later

After a 1 hour check in time at the counter our keys would not work, room was not clean, and there was a hole in the door, will never stay again, very disappointed. stayed at the Aquarius had a great time with a nice room. also was Charged a non refundable deposit for room.

The most horrible place my family and I have ever stayed at. Beginning with the nasty casino and rooms, down to the customer service racist employees they have there. Will never, ever go back there again. Don't waste your money.

my room key worked when we first got here and then neither of them worked after a few hours and it was not fixed so i had to go through the connected rooms door my entire rest of my stay

Pretty decent hotel. I personally am not a fan of hotel casinos but I had a great experience. Avoid their Cafe unless you want overpriced Dennys quality food

Love it...kind of cool the weather but awesome fun....zero complains...zero problems....good service...friendly staff....

Walked in with a hoodie on. Walked all around the whole 1 St floor. Played pool for about 2 -3 hours had security walking by and eyeballing me most of the time and he didn't say anything about the hoodie until I was headed towards the exit

Beds are very comfortable.Very clean rooms the only issue was that the shower had no water pressure and even at its highest settings the water was cold. Other then that everything was fine.

First room bathroom wall was peeling, the elevator was broken so took like 10 minutes to use it.

Some rooms are very basic, no refrigerator and not even a bag for dirty clothes. But our upgraded room had a fridge and a great view, albeit at a small price increase. Decent free internet.

No comparison to the other casinos. My favorite. Need more food options.

Nice for the price. Room is decent. Maid service is great. No in room coffee. Expect a $15.75 a day resort fee to cover their WiFi for 2 devices and $5 a day for each additional device. Our floor's ice machine was broken. Our tub had a backup before we got in and had dried on black particles that we had to scrub off. Response from the Hotel, "as in a residence things like this happen and enjoy your stay". Not sure I will return.

The Slots looser then the other Casinos in the area . Plus they allow Dogs , there is a extra charge but if you have your Furbabies with you ,I believe they are the only one .

Rooms were tidy and line moved quickly for check in

We Stay at Harrah ' s every trip west, after many days on the road it's a true oasis. The staff has always been top notch!

I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Laughlin vs Las Vegas. I like the river however, I'm a water person so very bias. I read they did a lot of remodeling at Harrah's. If yes, they missed the carpets in the hotel room area for sure. Carpets are worn and gross which adds to the old dingy smell. Fresh, new flooring would go a long way to making it seem clean and fresh. They don't have 3 card poker with 6 card bonus. That happens to be my table game. Stayed in worse places though. Hence the 3 out of 5.

Good place for a short visit. Staff very friendly but do eat at the cafe service was bad and food terrible and over priced.

Had a great time staff was very polite and honest I dropped my wallet and a employee found me and returned it

I thought I'd be bored but the whole stay was fun. Great buffet, fun pool options and a dip into a gamble or two. Loved meeting new people.... and of course it's a part of the Cesars chain :)

Was a great place . Staff was very friendly and helpfull.. food was great, valet staff was ver,very hepfull..the very best l have ever dealt with.10 stars to them. the machines were very lose.. would give it a ten.

The casino is nice and the atmosphere is somewhat inviting.

There was a bug in my food, and i had to argue with the manager to get my money back.

This hotel is south of the Laughlin strip. Very hard to walk here from any other casinos. Water Taxis are a good choice. They have their own Beach, Rentals, and Outdoor Stage. This Hotel Accommodates everything, you dont really have to go anywhere else if you feel like it. Largest Gambling area. Great Buffet.

Love the buffet...go twice a week at least...the staff is awesome!!!

Great place, the best beach area. Need more food options since it's not walking distance to other casino's.

The room was much smaller than expected, wasn't really impressed but I did like all the restaurants and things to do in the hotel

Strangely, there was hair all over the window sill but other than that everything is great. Staff is pleasant and the food is delicious. The shuttle from thw airport was quick and check-in was easy.

Ate over 2 dozen oysters at the buffet and felt okay after. Amazing!

The best adult pool in Laughlin. Great bar at the pool, food served by Smash Burger, and NO children!!!

Took the charter from Calgary. It was a great visit. Weather was beautiful. We ate at the Range Steakhouse and it was amazing. Great service and delicious food!

First room they gave us was not very nice. Really dirty chairs, carpet and very noisy near ice machine and elevator. Asked for another room which was a bit cleaner but now had a fridge and coffee maker. The service at the front desk was really not great. Not friendly and quite abrupt. Casino just okay not more than that We will not stay there again. Far better places in Laughlin to stay!!

Clean rooms excellent service need more in house food, very friendly employees a must visit either stay a week or just go to play odds are always good

Harrah's is clean, friendly and reasonably priced. There was no live entertainment which was a drawback. We had to go down the street to the Riverside.

Stay away! Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! Room was dirty, and looked and smelled old. The pool didn't have towels. You had to walk to another pool to get them and they didn't even have any. No one to help you. Beach access was like a maze and once we got out there it was closed to swimming. The only plus was that the view was nice. Choose somewhere else!

Looks old and dated. Lost 200 on penny slots in 30 min. So decided to move on.

Horrible!! So its Cinco de Mayo weekend and of course I booked at Harrahs specifically for the kids and adult pool.Well today the kid pool closed at 5pm. Like really on a busy weekend. So we call to voice our concerns because had I known the pool was going to be closed I would have booked elsewhere. So when I finally had it because on top of everything else my restroom smell of urine since the first day we check In and my air condition barely worked it was so hot in our room I called the front office and whoever I spoke with stated they just closed the pool early today for no specific reason. Like really we are on vacation so of course it was a bad experience for my babies that the family pool was closed at 5pm on a Saturday evening. She basically told said ya sorry hope you enjoy the rest if your stay and hung up on us .....seriously??

Good time! Hope to go again soon, so I can find the money I lost

Had a nice lunch at the buffet, the food was good. So much to choose from and we weren't able to try it all so we will definitely be back again soon!

Best hotel in the area. Walked through then all this one seemed the most clean and friendly. Very well kept up and had a beach front along river with cabanas.

Rooms were clean and smelled smoke free on our floor/tower. We went to our friends room and it smelled like mildew, and the carpet in their room was wet.

It is ok, not Vegas where I wish we had booked instead!!!

Had a fantastic stay, prompt, hospitably friendly, helpful service, easy accommodations. Water sports and fun in the sun for families or singles. Great for group gatherings. Only note: could use an outdoor public rinsing/shower facility for patrons exiting the river. Guests shouod not to have to walk through casino resort before washing sand, and river water off in rooms.
