Very little smoke smell inside. Large and friendly people.

This is the place to be man, you can jam out on your tamberine, drink whiskey, and embask in keeping America great again.

Buffet selection was good, had better but this one hit the spot for us hungry tourists

Room was very nice. Buffet on top floor was expensive but very good

The water heating had issues. The shower was dirty and the water wasn't warm. The key stopped working. Overpriced hotel.

Had not been there in awhile but brought back great memories and had a a great time there

The casino was great. Fat Burger hits the spot when you have had a night of drinking.

Went to do some sightseeing in the South Lake Tahoe area then stopped by Harrah's wanting to get something to eat. I really wanted to try their buffet located on the 18th floor but they don't open till 5pm. So I had to opt out for something else. On the brighter side I did win $10 on the Blazing 7's slot machine.

Just spent 5 days in Harrah's Lake Tahoe. What a beautiful area. The hotel was fantastic. The casino? Well... I wasn't lucky, so I did lose a bit of money. But the dealers were great! Carmen a Spanish women about 30yrs old, was absolutely terrific. She really treated me like an old friend. I had a great time playing even though I wasn't winning. You really can't say that too often.

Second time there and it's still beautiful. The hostess were always there to bring beverages and cocktails which was surprising but very much appreciated. Next time I'd want to stay there so I can enjoy the bar or night club but mostly the slot machines.

Stopped by to eat at the buffet but was a little disappointed with the selection (considering the price).

Visited the casino, which has lower minimums at table games, overall a mid range place with heavy smoke/drink smells in environment.

Prime rib is really good. Everything else was all right. Sushi rolls only had three offerings at the time. "Chinese food" was not good, but roast chicken was done well.

Not a huge fan of smoking being allowed in the casino, ski equipment rentals were very reasonable but the person who helped us didn't know what he was talking about

Professional staff at the club's, had a fun night out.

I was told I had 4 free nights. When I got there they had told me I d have to pay for 1 plus resort fees. Very misleading. Also I ve never been to a casino that is so tight in my life. Spent over 600 dollars on slots and didn t hit anything. The only good thing about this casino is location. If I was planning on staying here I would think twice.. I also had to check out a day early and they would not refund me for the day! Awful customer service.

Just went to gamble a little and eat after snowboarding. The food and gambling were underwhelming.

I went to the casino area to gamble with my family. My first time gambling here in tahoe and with my family. We were here to celebrate my mother's, my 2 two sisters, and my birthday because all our birthdays happened to be in march. We told some of the casino dealers that and they greeted us with the upmost joy. I had a lovely conversation with one of the dealer at the 3 hand poker. Her name was Barbara and she was just the sweetest.

It was too much crowded during holiday weekend and their service quality was low.

Even the non smoking rooms have a weird smell. Some staff members lacks knowledge. I had 2 rude employees treat us like were a burden. I dont know if it because its a Wednesday night or what.

Not bad. But rooms are very old. There is no avoiding casino. Not enough personnel. But still not a bad stay

Needs updating. I live in Vegas so I may be biased but it seems like this place is in need of renovations.

Nice overall, smoking was annoying but that's a casino for you.

Older than some of the places but clean and organized

Always fun to gamble a little and I danced my butt off with the great dj.

Great service, fast valet service, loved having a Cinnabon and Starbucks in the morning.

Big room, nice view, almost eerily quiet.had two separate bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub. Internet could be better and the damn resort fees are annoying.

Super nice and warm indoors pool. Forrest buffet is always the best. Fun nightlife too!

Pretty nice overall. Bummed that the sports desk was closed at 9pm

Slots were tight. The bathrooms are very inconvenient but were clean. The parking is not well signed.

Wish I could rate zero stars. The ATM inside the facility has a card skimmer in it and my card info was stolen. I saw fraudulent charges the very next day after using their ATM inside the casino. Hope no one else gets had like I did.

Had room 1939 on December 10th of last year and the shower was broken, I slipped on the floor because it was leaking out everywhere. Told 3 employees about it and not once did they ask if I was ok. Very disappointing experience with my room

Trickey to get into with a big truck to access the loading dock for shows. 3 busses and one truck filled the area to capacity.

The buffet has a excellent view of the lake. Ask for a window seat when you go. The food was good and at a reasonable price. Decent selection of food and the staff was very friendly.

Standard Nevada casino floor, if you're not accustomed to casinos, be prepared to handle the smell of cigars/cigarettes on your clothes.

Bartenders were chill, and lots of other events and attractions all on same strip

Very good service and clean rooms. It is connected to Harrahs through a tunnel with lots of restaurants inside.

Stayed in a pet friendly room, can't walk into the hotel regularly. But clean sheets and a comfy bed can't really be argued with.

$800 for a two night stay.
Concierge forgot to tell the housekeeping staff we were staying a second night but texted they were coming to clean the room so we left. Came back only to have to leave again. I complained about not having a room for 6 hours to the concierge via text to no response. I again gave the front desk a second chance to apologise and he literally rolled his eyes at me. Go to Indian casino's, they are cleaner, kinder, and newer. Harrah's has seen it's time.

This is the place to stay in Tahoe. Close to everything. And a great staff.

Had to wait a long time for my room, but they were quick to help when the non-smoking room had the stench of cigarettes. The rooms were also clean and there were good food options.

Attended a large Holdiay party catered by Harrah's staff. The food was awesome. One of the 2 bars was unorganized, they served people that arrived way after I did. The staff was not that friendly, kind of like we are just another humanoid.

Did not gamble. Room was modern, really warm and elegant. There isn't much to do in Tahoe. The surrounding shopping plazas have been modernized. But same stores you can find anywhere. Really long drive to get to from SF bay area. Much better to go to Arnold or Twain Harte areas for snow, casinos, fishing, camping, wine and beer tasting, and events.

Btw, my family have 2 homes in south Lake Tahoe and this is only my 2nd visit up there in 20 years. Lots more to do in aforementioned areas, especially water sports.

I enjoy staying at Harrahs while I am visiting Lake Tahoe. We always have a great time with all the staff there especially Sandy and Jim at the Diamond Lounge. I make sure to make a point to visit them every trip!

Had dinner at the buffet, great view and average food.

Seems a little run down but over all nice. The arcade for the kids is fun. Always too warm in the building

Fun to gamble, but it smells of stale smoke. There are casinos in Vegas that can keep the air quality nice, I don t see why not here.

Didn't stay here but gambled and lost at their table games. Left instantly to go back to hard rock

Have been to Harrah's numerous times before. It is very nice and doesn't change much. You know what you will be walking in yo and what to expect when you go to Harrah's.

Came down for just one night, spontaneously. Gambled with some girlfriends. Drinks and games were great but there were no rooms available for the evening which seemed strange as there didn't appear to be anything happening that night and the parking lot wasn't full. Ended up at another hotel but that meant we had to leave the casino to secure the lodging and didn't get to play more.

It's a great location. Very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and respectable
