The casino has a good selection of games. I do enjoy the smoke free environment. Overall the gaming is fun and up-to-date.
Starbucks has been closed and taken out.

The hotel rooms- mattresses are wrapped in plastic that you can feel. The overuse of air freshener to cover up the sewer smell( if you notice the tub and the sink drains will be closed because for some reason a sewer smell seeps through the plumbing) is migraine inducing. If you are not diamond status or higher you will be charged almost $17 of a resort fee per day. However I do not see or have not experienced what you benefit from for the $17 charge. This property does not have a pool, spa, or a nice up-to-date workout facility.

The food options- The buffet is overpriced for the quality of food that is served. In the buffet you can get your stomach full but you won t necessarily enjoy the food. Certain days of the week it is closed as of 9/26/18.
Cross Street grill is the tastiest option. They do serve breakfast until 11 AM every day which is nice! However expect very long wait times because the food is cooked order and that is the only thing that is open on certain days.
The steak house is just ok, However it does have the best ambience of the options.

This buffet is by far the worst I have ever been to. Food has no taste shrimp not deveined etc. Prime rib is likely tougher than the bottom of my shoes. Guy at prime rib station seemed to be offended by my presence. Wonder why I paid $26.99. Video poker machines fixed to never allow you to win. Will never be back and will certaily spread the gospel to anyone.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was great! My onoy.complaint is that the walls were pretty thin. I could hear the girl next store complaining on the phone for 45 minutes at 7:00 am.

I met some friends there for their casino. Finding a spot for each of us at the tables were no problem, the two dealers we played with were friendly, conversive, and pretty helpful with someone of my buddies who were playing cards for the first time. They definitely know how to keep those beginners at the table.

My husband and I stay at Harrah's Joliet once a year in October on our way out to our hunting camp in South Dakota. Great variety of slot machines and nice atmosphere. Have been doing this for the last 4 years and we always have a nice time. Hopefully we will be there again next year.

Nice looking casino, but the rooms are old, dim and linger with cigarette smoke. The room rates do not justify what you get aside from the convenience of being in the casino. Otherwise, you can stay at a more modernized Holiday Inn 9 mins down the road for half the price.

The service at the restaurant was amazing. I ordered a cheeseburger and was amazed that a side had to be ordered separately and was a (large) additional charge. I ordered the burger medium and it was very medium on the outside but charred on the outside. If the burger hadn't been charred I would have given full stars.

Les Nomades is simply an outstanding French restaurant. I lowered my rating on service because I find the service to be just a smidgeon below the best of the best, and lowered my rating on value, only because it was rather pricey (our dinner for 2 with tip -- albeit with $195 in champagne -- was in the 600s). But those are nitpicking reductions. Based on the food, wine list, atmosphere and service, I think that Les Nomades may well be the best French restaurant in the Midwest, and I highly recommend it.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. People that work here are so ignorant. Came here for my sisters 31st birthday and we were unfamiliar with the place, never been. And everyone that we approached were very unpleasant. I would advise going elsewhere. Anywhere but this place.

Great room rate for a beautiful room on the 9th floor. We were a late night check-in and the two men at the Front Desk were wonderful. They were friendly and smiled which was much appreciated. The 9th flr room comes with complimentary bottles of water and soda in the mini fridge which is great perk! Played at the casino for a while and the staff (casino and security) were also friendly and welcoming. We ate at the Starbucks/Food location and the fries were some of the best fries we've ever had & the size of the grilled cheese could've fed us both. Will definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.

The room was ok, but run down and outdated, plus there was no microwave...the only restaurant open late is also the crossover grill, and its food was mediocre at best. The staff however were very kind and accommodating
