Clean spacious room. Nice front dest & valet employees.

Great stay..hotel was clean and comfortable...diamond lounge was good as always..free gift was right on time for the super bowl..and the Free Play won me some $$$ so I gotta say it was a good day!!!!

Excellent place for a weekend getaway. Everything was great on this visit.

I do not know why I can not comment because I did not enter the casino but I do not recommend it because only one goes to the pure money and one does not win there

Went for the brunch buffet. It was was decently priced and the food was pretty good.

Great selection of vendors at the farmers market & clean restrooms. Food at the cafe was very good but took forever.

We reserved two rooms, 1 of the two had dirty towels bunched up in a closet, which made the whole room feel unclean. We were moved to another room. The rooms weren't terrible, but highly outdated. The place isn't really worth visiting during these covid times, they have only 1 restaurant open and its only to be consumed in room only, the casino closes at 11pm, too early to arrive from a drive, try to find a place to eat dinner (because nothing worthy is open at the casino) and try to enjoy some time at the casino. Sure you can wake up and gamble the next morning, but I'm more of an even casino visitor opposed to a morning one. The area around the casino is dead, I'm not sure if it's due to covid or not, but didn't even feel safe walking around the downtown area looking for something to do. I will never be coming back to this town or this casino/hotel again in my life and I suggest you don't either.

Fun and enjoyable evening. The rooms were great and customer service was awesome. I just wish the machines treated me as nice as the waitresses.

One might say the casino here is small, I would say quaint. Really nice staff, and everything you need is only a few steps away.

The hotel staff was rude and was unwilling to work with us working our event. The service elevator was broken and so we needed to go out the front. Very rude staff.

Very nice casino. We got to stay at the upper level rooms which were extra roomy, and the casino had good security to make sure no minors would gamble. The fact that they had free sodas too (not just alcohol) was a huge bonus. You wouldn't expect something this nice in the middle of Illinois but I'd come here again in a heartbeat.

Casino is small at at the reserve it was a nice place but was out of two of the things I was wanting to have but other then that everything I had was very good

RIP off "resort " fee not included on room price. Beware. You pay it whether you use anything or not. Resent the way the sneak it in. Room will cost 15 to 20 more bucks than advertised.

Atmosphere okay. Machines mixed eith old and new digital. Only downside is the l ayput and space to play is tight. If crowded lits of people bumping.

Harris's was a joke. We were supposed to be getting a free room for customers' loyalty and then they added on resort fees to make you pay extra. Everyone checking out was complaining!!! Never again.

Room and staff were nice... hotel overall was nice... they have a little mini convenience shop that I was able to purchase a couple items that I forgot to pack... they also have a Grill open until 3am whoch was nice to grab a bite at late at night seeing that I arrived late... just had one issue... they didn't have pillow protectors on the pillows and the pillows had a musty sweaty person smell... I had to wrap 2 pillows in towels and take the other 2 off the bed to reduce the odor. Only then was I able to sleep.

Nice hotel..we spent the night, because we were at a wedding at Rialto.

Good Casino experience, casino floor is smoke free. Smoker's have a designated smoking room. Good buffet solid value for the dollar.

Holding flashlights yo go down escalator. I think it is a scam with the ATm they r hoping u get drunk and do not take your money when it sucks it back in and this was before the blackout the cashiers were right there they were claiming we have nothing to do with ATm they tell u to call number on machine which is Direct TV not the bank How to puss off customers even further after losing their money no one comes to help then I go to cashier cage after complaining was handed a piece of paper phone number to call well I was told I had to put in dispute had to call my own bank security told me it happens all the time to customers and 6.99 fee Four Winds doesn't charge that much plus the ATm s are old and dysfunctional

Very nice Casino and hotel. Rooms were spacious and elegant. All staff from the hotel and the casino were very friendly. Good price for the buffet. Poker room was nice. Big tables with lots of room. Chairs were very comfortable. Dealers and the pit bosses were very professional. I really enjoyed the smoke free environment. I recommend this casino to any poker player or casino player.

I went there tonight and we walked around it was dirty and run down looking we didn't even gamble there was very disappointed don't know if I'll go back they need to work on cleaning the place up the welcome person did his job after that it was all down hill left and went to hollywood casino definitely worth the 14 min drive

It was pleasant and clean. It had a Starbucks. The best Starbucks I ever had. Well, maybe not the best Starbucks, but one of the best.

Way overpriced for nothing in return! Will never go there again! Nxt. time I'll try Hollywood!!! Room was not clean right after maid was there! Ordered room service & table was filthy to eat @ before going out! For almost $180.00/per night? Don't think so!
Shuttle didn't care about anyone!

Handicap accessible rooms are not handicap accessible. The doorway has a ledge that makes getting a wheelchair across a workout - I had to get a running start to push my grandmas wheelchair in and there is no way she could have done it alone. The door does not have any means to prop open, again making entering with a wheelchair nearly impossible. The tub wall was over a foot high - not possible to get into for a handicap person. The bed was very elevated off the ground, was very difficult for a handicap person to get into without help and extreme difficulty.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel the room was very nice.I stay at this hotel each time I'm in Joliet. I love it

Harrah's Casino is a nice casino in downtown Joliet Illinois. This is a small casino but I enjoy going there. It's a casino so you know what it will have in gaming. For beer lovers who frequent Harrah's Joliet they have a decent selection of beer and only a few available on draft. I would like to see them add a few more draft beers to choose from but that is just my opinion. I go there frequently and I always have a good time.

The people watching may actually be more rewarding than the gambling.

For over $100 a night the bedding is TRASH!!! way overpriced, have stayed at Motel 6 with softer sheets. Big nice looking facility on the outside but the blessings so bad I won't be coming back
