I'm super pleased to finally have a harmonica shop with modern Internet business practices.. I like tracking and quick postage, it makes me happy. My package was both fast and tracked and I got information all the way along.
I can't review their customer service yet, but a guy at my harp club said they were quick and friendly when dealing with his questions.
Happy to recommend and I will use again. Probably too often as I seem to have a problem with buying harmonicas.

I bought an harmonica there because they didn't have it on amazon (this shop basically has all the harmonicas in the world). There were a small problem with the order(not their fault) and I was surprised with the astonishingly quick reply and professional behaviour. With this kind of service, I am not buying an harmonica anywhere else. Perfect company!

Bought my first Richter scale harp, a Brendan Power Low F...It is not too hard to get used to if playing, but when playing with slide guitar it is a struggle at first, but it's worth it. The Brendan Power harp has terrific resonance and feels as 'live' as a Marine band, so I really like it.

Great selection of instruments and superb customer service. The Harmonica Company will be my "go to" for all my future harp needs! Delighted to have found them!
