Excellent! Mercedes-Benz makes excellent automobiles, and they surround themselves w excellent, hard working, dedicated staff like Troy Bilderback. He made sure from start to finish we received nothing short of perfect service. I would highly recommend working w Troy, and I highly recommend Zimbrick Mercedes-Benz! Wow, does this place really embody customer service. I worked with Joe and bought my first GLA250. He he made sure the whole process surpassed every expectation I had. He was prompt with email replies and patient with every first-timer question I had. He even made sure to follow up a week later to see how things were going.

I had a pleasant vehicle buying experience with a salesman named, Robert Mooers, at Zimbrick European Used. Rob and Zimbrick made me feel that they truly cared about me and I will be going back there for future vehicle purchases.

The only reason I'm giving them 3 star is because they pick and choose who's car gets to stay inside and which one goes out to the lot. I've been there 3 times in the last 2 years to get repairs done. The 1st service was great, the car was inside waiting for me when I picked up my car. On my 2nd trip I had to walk outside to my car still parked in the parking stall. I was just there a day ago to pick up my car after spending over $3,500 in repairs. I had told them that I would be there that morning to pickup my car. When I got there my car was still outside, not even turned on to get it warmed up. What makes me mad is that there were over 10 cars inside sitting, with no one around to pick up any cars. I feel that it might be the skin of my color or maybe it was that my car wasn't new enough to stay inside. I'll have to say that as I was paying my bill they did bring in my car from the lot. So, I got in a cold car that was not warmed up and still had ice on the windshield.

At the time of buying my new GLA 250, I decided I wanted to get the ceramic coating so I d never have to wax the car. I was able to return the car to Zimbrick the next day for the treatment and surprisingly, I was able to pick it up the same day. The service was great and the ceramic treatment is a must for anyone not wanting to wax the car.

Just bought my second car from Zimbrick. This time not a Mercedes but a Lexus. Marko and Blake always go above and beyond. Their customer service is exceptional.
