I d been trying to find a car dealership to help me find a car to buy. After about 3 weeks I was starting to get really frustrated because no one would talk to me unless I came in for a test drive first. I m a caregiver and I live a long way from any city so it was important to do most of the preliminary business on the phone. McKenna understood my situation right away and helped me take care of everything very quickly! By the next weekend I was able to drive to Hayward and pick up our new Ford Escape. Their service department is very friendly and helpful. I've had 3 interactions with them. 2 oil changes and 1 replacement belt and they were awesome each time. I would recommend them.
