Adriatik Azizi was amazing to work with. Great dealership.

I live over an hour away, but this is the second car we ve purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Elmbrook! Aaron Harmon and team were absolutely FANTASTIC. They got me financing that was FAR better than I expected, everything was conducted over the phone (including my trade-in), and when I went to pick up the car, it was all ready to go when I got there. Everybody was happy to see us and took as much or as little time as we needed. Thank you Aaron, and thank you to your whole team!

Great communication from the service department. Danyele kept me informed throughout the process and the vehicle is running great!!

Car sales person was great to work with, unfortunately we could not make a deal. This is do to the car dealerships unwillingness to meet or exceed another dealerships price. I recommend driving to IL. Well worth it.

Took our 2021 Airstream Atlas in for check engine light issue. Scott Balistrieri was our service advisor. Was a great experience! Scott got us right in and carefully explained the issues. It was fully resolved and we were back on the road that afternoon! Thank you MB Elmbrook and Scott!!

When we had an issue with our Mercedes, the Service Manager, Matt, was very attentive. He provided the personal touch up to and including arranging to have me picked up and dropped off. Outstanding service!

I had an extremely wonderful time purchasing my first Mercedes thanks to Sarah!! I never thought buying a car could be so enjoyable!! She made the process very smooth and was able to apply an answer for any question that I had through the process no matter what time I called! She was very attentive and an absolute pleasure overall! I d recommend her to anyone I know in the market any day and I ll be giving her a call again when I m ready to upgrade again!! Cassie was also really kind and did an excellent job of informing me of what each document was stating through the signing process! I truly couldn t be more pleased with my experience!

We had a fantastic experience at Mercedes Benz of Elmbrook. Our salesman, Dennis Hackney, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We saw a car online that was of interest to us. We called the dealership, and from that first phone call, Dennis was helpful and kind. We traveled almost one hundred miles to get to the dealership, and it was totally worth it. He got us a great deal on the car, and helped secure financing at an amazing rate. We spent the afternoon at the dealership, and everyone was helpful and friendly, and social distancing was observed by everyone we encountered. Buying a car is often a traumatic experience, but with Dennis, we spent an enjoyable afternoon in a very low-stress environment. I cannot recommend Dennis, and the dealership, enough.

Idrizi was amazing, he made every process comfortable and smooth as well as Cass in the office. MBOEB is where you should go to purchase your next vehicle and please by all means ask for Idrizi Idriz. He will definitely treat you like family. Excellent service and very clean facilities.
