Nice shop. Huge. Theater downstairs. Main floor has bikes, motor clothes. Up stairs has video games for the kids. Huge rest area outside with bbq pits. It even has a wedding chapel. One of the largest if not the largest HD dealerships. Friendly stsff. Very clean.

Great shop. They have a movie theater, tattoo shop, wedding chapel, lounge area, and alot of great events. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very military oriented. Best shop I've ever seen.

Amazing place. I have never owned a motorcycle before and came here with no knowledge of anything. Roger helped me out and showed me every single motorcycle in that place including pens that were not even on the floor yet. He educated me on everything I needed to know and found me the perfect motorcycle. Every employee I encountered made me feel like family. It was amazing. Then a few months later my motorcycle broke down. One thing after another was found to be a problem. I dealt with Sam in the service department and he was beyond helpful. He explained all of the things that required to be fixed. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire month and a half that they were fixing my motorcycle. This is the o my Harley dealership that I will ever buy from or take my bike to be serviced at. They made me feel like family and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service and motorcycle. I highly recommend to buy and service your motorcycles at this location!

What a great experience at an unbelievable dealership. Everyone there was great to deal with but Chris Carroll was amazing. He treated me as if we had known each other for years. He went above and beyond my expectations of a typical salesman. There was absolutely no pressure to buy as he talked with me about the different bikes and took me on the grand tour of the dealership. My wife and I really enjoyed it and were lucky to have Chris as our salesman. I hate to even say salesman because it was not that type of feeling at all. It was like meeting up with my brother I hadn't seen in awhile and buying a bike from him. While I was waiting for finance to do their thing, I was checking out the bike I planned to purchase and Chris kept my wife company while I browsed and chatted it up with another Harley enthusiast. I looked over and it was like they had known each other forever. I know this may sound a little cheezy but I have purchased many vehicles and bikes and I dread the fight cause I am obviously gonna try to get the best deal I can. Chris was definitely a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't have those comments about many of the salesman I have dealt with.

Large new dealership from motorcycles to clothes to tattoos

Nelson and the crew at Scottsdale's only premier Harley dealer always go out of their way to assure customer satisfaction.

These guys up here Truly one of a kind. The sale stuff. Especially for someone like me who has virtually no idea about Harley recycles. I come from the sport bike/moped oral so these are definitely different. I will say felt welcome to get their campuses giant. You will not find something here I looked for a very specific tank top best believe that I found. Was looking for something breathable while still maintaining the look of I m a badass on a Harley , you know what I mean.

Walked in just to take a look at what bikes were available. Phil and Troy accommodate us nicely. We rode a new bike home at the end of the day.

They messed up putting on my rocker box gaskets on and they won t admit to there fault. Tbh I wouldn t trust these people to put a battery in.

I got my bike for Hardly Davidson Three day before xms thy worked so hard to get me on my glide that it a place that will not give up till thy get you a bike think you all the staffs that work there

The star of the Harley World. I've seen some nice Harley dealerships, this place is the best. Cycles, service, merchandise, wedding chapel, theatre, restaurant, tattoo parlor... it's like a theme park.

Loved the atmosphere and had a wider selection of everything then most HD shops... definitely bigger store. Greeter at the door was great and very informative. And the girls behind the registers were helpful and awesome. Definitely worth the drive.

I'm from San Diego and was only in town for a short time. I have been looking for a certain CFR exhaust for my 2015 road glide. Called them up and they happened to have the the ones I wanted. We negotiated price over the phone and gave me a good fair price. Road straight to the dealership after I got off the phone and they have my new exhaust installed within two hours. They simply made it happen by doing the best they could to provide what I needed. They met my financial needs as well as worked within my tight schedule to getter done!

Other than being the largest Harley dealer in the world there is nothing special about this dealership.

There's so much to see you can get lost in there for hours.

I could never have dreamed that Harley-Davidson in Scottsdale was as beautiful as it is. The Dealership has everything you need and the expert staff will see to it that you are totally taken care of with every step of the purchasing process. The folks there are so knowledgeable and professional. They gave superb suggestions along the way that helped us out and we appreciated their input at all stages. We were made comfortable and absolutely NO stress. The kindness and concern were conveyed every step. I would always recommend Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale. You will have such a positive experience there you hate to go home!

The team was Great, would listen to what I had to say and if something was off per internet/ NADA they would check and fix the problem on the spot, Not just say it's not their problem. I would HIGHLY Recommend this Dealer over the others I had dealings with.

I buy all my parts from them and only them. 10% discount for vets has saved me a ton of money, and they can get just about anything you could ever want for your bike! Parts counter customer service is consistently superb, only complaint is I almost never get a phone call or even an email when my parts arrive, which can be a huge inconvenience. 4 stars and not 5 because of that, and the bike
salesmen vary in quality greatly; from friendly, knowledgeable and great, to ignorant about their own products and downright annoying.
Overall I love stopping in, as I do frequently. Great experience as a whole, like an adult Disney Land!

Friendly atmosphere, good vibe from exhuberant staff.

Mike Taylor is the guy every Harley dealer needs/wishes they had. He goes lengths to make sure things are right, and you are happy. I went to this service dept a few yrs back for a warranty issue with the horn on my 2004 Softail, and found myself in a high pressure sales situation to buy a 160 dollar horn , rather than have the original one repaired /replaced. Your service dept has a totally different atmosphere now. I'll be back and spread the word that Mike Taylor is running your service dept now. Secondly, a guy named Russ helped me in the parts dept, he was first rate. I'll drive 25 miles past two other dealers to come to scottsdale, rather than Chesters or Chandler HD. You can thank Mike Taylor for that.

So I was happy when I got my ultra limited; however I rode it one day and it went into the shop. I got it back two days later and it stalled on me on I-10 on my way to work. I was frustrated as it was during rush hour and missing work. HD of Scottsdale picked up the bike, gave me a loaner to ride. Another day later I go back to the store to resolve my bike issue. I had already traded my bike and down payment and I was a concerned consumer. I spent my entire Saturday trying to resolve it. The bank had already funded my bike so I was told to re-do an appl., to trade in the bike I had for three days and HD had it four days. I followed along with their recommendation as the process was completed. I told HD I'm not putting anything down but to keep everything as it was like the first bike. HD came back with a higher payment and wanted more $ down. I was livid but kept my cool. The issue here was/is they can't find what's wrong with the bike I purchased. The service tech told me they got it running but when I asked to take it they said it stalled again. All I wanted was to switch out the bike with another comparable bike but it was too much to ask. As a first time HD buyer, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the lack of decision making and coming up with a solution to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, I'm still without a bike. Thanks to Judi for being the middleman and keeping me sane.

Well, I know that the decision was late but they did sit down at the table and put something together for me. Scottsdale Harley wanted to make it right with me, they did thank me for giving them the chance to correct the problem. The End results is that they were very reasonable, as I was reasonable with them. They accommodated me more 60% even when I was willing to meet them in the middle they did take care of me. I really love my sales lady Judi thanks for being by my side the whole ride I appreciate you.

America's largest Harley dealer with highly certified technicians and an awesome tattoo studio (Club Tattoo) up stairs.

Recently (Jan 2015)...head bolt came loose and fell out during a ride. Went to the above dealer (on a Sunday) since it was real close to where I was. Got a replacement bolt and was going to install it...mechanic recommended against it..stating "that could cause the gasket to fail since head bolts have to be torqued in a certain sequence." The guy seemed pretty up front...claimed he wasnt trying to up sell me..just wanted me to be aware. I asked them to price out what it would run me for them to do it. It came back priced at 400.00 total. (the petcock leaked and replacing it was included as well in that total) I asked if they were open on Monday...they told me mechanics worked on things on Monday..so they were "sorta" open. Monday came and went...heard nothing...was expecting that. Tuesday rolled around...heard nothing. I called on Wednesday...they guy who answered had no idea wtf I was talking about. (I signed a work order) So after he "researched" it..called me back couple of hours later and said it was all done...the petcock only. When I inquired about the original work(re-torque head bolts)..again..he had no idea..had to call me back. He called and told me they cant do that work, but, they were willing to go through my top end to ensure nothing was damaged. After explaining thats not what they told me on Sunday...just for laughs I asked how much to do what he was suggesting...he said "I will have to refer you out to another shop to do that work"?? A Harley Dealership that cant go through a top end?? Also to note...they had the parts listed out on my receipt..which included gaskets for top end etc...Obviously..they didnt want my business. I was never rude...never dropped one F-bomb or anything. All I told them was I was very disappointed with this whole situation. Now..looking for an Indy shop for my needs...I should have known...did not have a good experience with a dealer 25+years ago...and it would seem not much has changed.

Interesting place everything from a Wedding Chapel to a Barber Shop in there. I don't ride Harley's, (Triumph for me) but this is a unique place. Fun to go thru

If you're a Harley fan this is a mecca. Huge selection of everything as well as a photo "booth" with different backgrounds and props, a tattoo and piercing place, arcade with free games. If we weren't on our way somewhere else we could have made an afternoon of it.

This is the Largest Harley Davidson Dealer in the World . I m kinda a little biased because I worked there until my strokes which medically retired me . I was a Parts Pro/Chrome Consultant my coworkers as well know their business

Staff is very friendly. Place is huge, tattoo parlor, barbershop couple of free arcade games. They host rides and events. Great spot even to just pop in and look around.

This should be the standard for other Harley dealers to follow. Prices are posted and the staff is personable not pushy.

SDHD is a premier Harley Dealership. From the moment you walk into the place you are greeted, asked if you need any help with anything and enjoy the atmosphere. I live about 25 miles from the dealership and there are others closer to me, but I like the way I am treated here and they have some of the best people around.

Excellent service and top notch staff. Judy in sales is super and always willing to work with you. Knows her stuff. Service department is tops and kept my anniversary Fatboy in top shape.

I bought my Breakout there and thought it was great until my first service experience. I called parts for a rear tire and was quoted about $320 plus tax for the tire. When they transfered me to service the guy was an idiot. First he said install was just $10 but said I get a discount if I buy the tire thru them and install it at the same time. He said my discounted price was $405.00 out the door... Where is the discount??? Thats more expensive than if I bought it straight thru parts!! I hate to be hustled so they just lost a great customer. Buyers beware...

Big place, (I guess the biggest)...I liked the dealer in Mesa better though.

This had to be one of the easiest and best experiences I have ever had in purchasing any type of vehicle. Both Al and Bob made sure everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. They met or exceeded every commitment they made then doubled back to be sure they had. Great team!

I have a '99 Ultra Classic and the seat has broken. I went to the store and Bob Scarlotto helped me. Bob spent a great deal of time explaining what options I had since the stock seat is no longer available. He even went to the demo wall and put a seat on a new Ultra Classic so I could see and feel how comfortable the new seat will be. We also discussed several other upgrade options to other parts of the bike.

I have not been to this store in years due to the attitude of most of the employees. However, I thought I'd give it a shot since ownership changed. What a difference!!!!!! I'll definitely return for all of my future parts and service because of the great service I received from Bob Scarlotto. Would definitely recommend you check them out too!

Recently had a friend in town visiting with the plan of riding together. We went over to Harley Davidson of Scottsdale and could not have a better experience. Daniel and Richard we so helpful and friendly. They help my friend pick out just the right bike, a new Street Glide Special and in 1 1/2 days we clocked in over 300 miles exploring some of the most beautiful roads imaginable. Between the extraordinary people at HDOS and the incredible new inventory of rentals, you would have to work hard and not having a great experience. Take it from me, if you need a rental in the Phoenix area, Harley Davidson of Scottsdale is the Number 1 place, and go see Daniel or Richard. Absolutely NO DISAPPOINTMENTS!!!

In over 40 years of riding, I am happy to say the folks at Harley Davidson of Scottsdale never ever disappoint! I just purchased some new motor clothes(rain gear) from Kim Marin and I could not be happier. She took the time to listen to my needs and patiently helped me to select just the right items, and that kind of service you just don't get anywhere anymore, especially from the internet stores. The warm and friendly culture at HDOS is so refreshing. Great bikes, fair prices, knowledgable staff, terrific service and parts, and the new building on the verge of opening make this an extraordinary destination for any rider!

So, full disclosure, I'm not a Harley fan, and visited this place as part of a corporate event. That said, if you are a Harley fan, you should come here. They have everything from some unique and special bikes to clothing and equipment. You could eat off the floor in the service area, it's that clean.

I discussed issues with my extended warranty experience that would be forwarded on. The new enduro coming out would be a time that Harley could spread the word to younger buyers by having a meet with other manufacturer's with similar bikes.

I went to see what all the "hoopla" was about at Scottsdale Harley. I walked around for about an hour. Not one single employee asked if they could help me with anything. Very disappointed! I won't be back.

Phil is the man... so much knowledge and great suggestions. I will be making this place my main hang out once I move out this way. The entire staff are great, so willing and accommodating. No strong arm tactics here. They not only have HD, they also have a barber shop, photo booth, movie theater, arcade game room and they're across the street from their driving course. Great place indeed!

I rented a Street Glide while in town on business last year. It convinced me to go and trade in my Softail for one. The staff was great and friendly all around. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I was there in May 2015.

I believe someone stripped the heat shield off of my front exhaust while I was there, a tech took it around back to add air to the rear tire, and to pump out some oil. I clearly remember everything was there when I came in, I even tightened everything down the night before on my exhaust and forward controls. I said something to the tech when he brought it out because I noticed it right away. He said he never touched the exhaust and I believed him.
Update: after calling in to discuss the possibility of theft, I actually learned that the tech had brought it up already to the service manager and discussed looking at security footage. This was great to hear because the tech was so helpful and forward and took good care of my bike while I was there. I would hate to hold any resentment towards him or the shop.

Ideal location, well set up, thought a bit of a Hassel to manuver the parking, due to the busy round a bout road as it's main entrance.

Javier Jacome is outstanding! It was raining Tuesday Aug 9 and I ducked into HD of Scottsdale. I needed some parts I had purchased installed on my '99 Dynaglide Lowride Conv but didn't have with me. Javier drove me to my apartment to pick them up so I didn't get soaked. Plus he remembered me from a couple months back when he picked up me up when my drivebelt snapped.

My father in-law loves his bike and this is the perfect place to go and get him some extra stuff for whenever he is out n about.

Jackets, jeans, boots!! We can find anything and everything and obviously from the best biker brand out there! Harley-Davidson!

Even if it s just to stop and take a look to some of the most beautiful bikes in the market! You definitely have to stop here and hey why both get a tattoo on the second floor shop! They sure look hella good!!
