Althought I wasn't able to reach a deal on the Harley Davidson bike with the sales team, I thoroughly enjoyed shopping and purchasing a new helmet and sunglasses with the help of Lola. She is an exceptional people person, and will continue to visit your store knowing Lola.

Excellent! I bought my first Harley here and it's been great. The buying experience was fantastic. I had motorcycle class at Go Az across the street and we got a tour of HD during the class. After seeing a nice deal in an email, I clicked and scheduled a test ride. Justin reached out and we had a quick chat about motorcycles. No pressure. He asked good questions and understood what kind of riding I do. The dealership is ridiculous. Awesome design. Lots of buzz, lots of fun energy, everyone has a smile on. Rumble Zone to hear those famous pipes. Sound studio room- try out the speakers using your phone. Huge selection of bikes. They have bikes in stock other dealerships didn't which was nice to see everything in one place to compare- convenient. Justin got a few bikes out and I gave them a spin which was awesome because most places only let you sit on them. I made my choice and the paperwork was easy and quick. I met up with the department reps so I found out I can get all my maintenance, modifications and gear there, too. They're even open for service on Sunday. They had my bike ready to go the next morning. They have a badxss gong you get to bang- loud af. This place is a party- love it! Pretty much every Saturday they are hosting some awesome event for charity. They have stuff like food trucks, rides and rockbands. Really cool community. I'm looking forward to being a part of it. I highly recommend you start your search at HD Scottsdale. Ask for Justin. He knows his stuff and is very informative. Did I mention they have a tattoo parlor?

Andy George was very friendly and provided good information and Knowledge on bikes.

When we 1st walked we did not feel welcomed .. which was odd as we are visitors from Florida and are not use to not being talked to. It took an hour for someone just to interact with us.

Just a heads up, Scottsdale Harley-Davidson requires a mask and you must have your temperature taken. They do provide a covering(mask) if one doesn t have one.

I went to a Ladies Garage Party at the new Harley Davidson of Scottsdale and had a fantastic time! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, LOVES to RIDE and shares that joy with everyone they talk to. I learned about some new equipment and am looking forward to the new test track that will be opening soon! I LOVED meeting Ms. Lola, a fellow native New Yorker :-) and talking to her! Great overall experience!!!

I decided to rent a bike sort of spur of the moment, and the rental staff couldn't have been nicer. "Go look around and I'll come and get you when your bike is ready." Really a nice experience - and the facility is amazing. I'll be back next time I'm in town!

Of all the Harley dealers we have visited Scottsdale is at the top of the list!! Great variety of bikes, clothing, tattoo & piercing studio, wedding chapel, arcade and their own movie theater. This is a must see!!!

Visted Scottsdale from Florida to golf and sightsee for my 50th birthday. An awesome present from my wife, Lori. For better viewing we decided to rent a Harley Ultra and ride to Sedona. That's where we were helped by Richard, in rentals. He made it so easy and stress free.

Stopped by Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale to check out the new line. Met Jeff Nelson on the sales floor, he was incredibly helpful and knew the bikes in and out. Highly recommend working with him if you're in the market. Also took a tour of the HDOS facility courtesy of Jena Esquivel and learned a ton about the history of the HD brand! These guys set the benchmark for Harley-Davidson dealers nationwide.

Rob in service was very helpful. My bike was done when they said it would be and the wash job and detail was incredible. The price was less than I expected. I will return again. Oh and the loaner bike was great too. Thanks all for an excellent experience.

I was disappointed because I was looking forward to having some Accessories installed on my bike. They never called me back to give me any info I needed. I went there for bike week. The store itself was nice to visit.

This place is awsome. Friendly and not pushy sale people. They have everything in parts and accessories. They have a barbershop inside, a tattoo location inside, a theater, a huge grill area, a upstairs overlook with a huge deck. Story is they donate all of their money to charity like wounded warriors, and others. Makes it that much better.

This is my second bike that I have purchased from Judi at HD of
Scottsdale. Let me start off by stating that I am a sales manager of a high volume Ford dealership where I deal with customers and customer service all day! When I buy a car, truck or bike I am very particular on how the deal goes down and how I am treated. I would pay a lot of money to have Judi on my staff because of how she treats me and family when we are there. She is by far the best sales professional I have EVER met! She goes way above and beyond with everything she does. I traded in my sportster for a 2016 Switchback and the transaction couldn't have gone any smoother.....
I was in and out in less then 2 hours. I got a fantastic deal on both my trade value and the new bike and they included gap and a extended warranty and still got to my payment. Everyone at that dealership is amazing from sales, managers to parts and service.

Trust me, for me as a sales manager to put a good review on another dealership is rare, but this place is beyond PERFECT in every way!

I've been renting different bikes through Scottsdale Harley Davidson for the past year after purchasing a condo in Scottsdale. I thought about buying a bike in AZ but enjoy the variety of bikes Scottsdale HD has to offer as it fits into my schedule and it's super easy to reserve a bike and ride. Richard in the rental bike area has taken care of me each time I've rented and he's been awesome. Richard explains everything on the bike thoroughly, takes his time and makes sure I'm comfortable knowing where the toggle switches are and what they do, it's critical to a stress free ride. I"m not fumbling around for something I'm not familiar with. The bikes are low mileage and they're mechanically solid, I don't have to worry about anything breaking down or riding a bike that's been used and abused, the motorcycles they offer are absolutely perfect! The dealership is insanely breathtaking once you walk in through the front doors. I've always been greeted by someone with a smile and asking if I need anything or if there's anything they can do for me.

I'm not really a big Harley fan, but I love this dealership. It's a pretty amazing set up. I went here to buy some riding boots and the staff was great. Great vibe here.

Super friendly staff! On weekends they are serving some sort of breakfast or lunch to all visitors. If it has a Harley logo, it's in this store. Great motorcycle and clothing selection. Bar and Grille, and a Tattoo Parlor are on-site. If you are on your bike and looking for a destination ride, this would be great.

I went to Scottsdale Harley yesterday Monday to get my voltage tested at around 4:30 in the afternoon when I walked into the building the staff we're playing catch with a baseball. I asked the first guy if he could test my voltage he said nope then I asked him if I could leave my bike overnight and check tomorrow and he said no it's by appointment only and the next available appointment is next Sunday five days away.

I am traveling cross country on a 2013 heritage and was in bad need of new tires. I stopped briefly in Scottsdale and contacted Rebecca in service who did an absolutely wonderful job of squeezing me into a full schedule to accommodate my trip. Through her and the sevice managers spectacular efforts, I was able to get in at 3:00 pm and had new tires and an oil change of all 3 fluids by 6pm. And to top it off, their detailer was able to clean away 4,000 miles of road grime and bugs, making my bike look like new. While I was waiting, I had the opportunity to have a good conversation with Joan in merchandise while picking out a few T shirts. She was extremely helpful and I was impressed that she took time out of her busy day to add a personal touch. I wish to give Rebecca, Joan and the entire service staff at Scottsdale Harley a 5++ rating. I have been to Harley dealerships throughout the US and this was by far the most personal, professional and best service I have ever received. And on top of it all their prices were extremely reasonable!

Love this place! Not just a dealership but a destination! Largest dealership in the world. Tattoo shop. Negligee shop, arcade, free coffee and a huge meeting room. And let s not forget the movie theater downstairs! A real not to be missed experience!

Being on the other side

Yesterday my Harley broke down and being very worried with the way it sounded I had to bring it in to the dealership. Being a seasoned service advisor and being on their other side can being stressful, but after talk with my advisor Kevin and the Technician Tony at Harley of Scottsdale. Never been happier. They are incredibly nice and gave me all the information I needed and went above and beyond What my expectations being in the industry are.
I love my bike and they made sure I was reassured that they are fixing it right. Can give enough kudos to them!!!!

By far the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle (car or motorcycle). Just the level of care and attention to detail to all my needs and wants was met at every turn from Danny [Foss]. I work during HDOS' business hours so getting down there was extremely difficult. Danny made it work without flinching. Answered every question I had and went above and beyond researching what would be the best motorcycle for me. Giving me nothing but honesty and respect the entire time. Really treated me like a friend, not a customer.

It didn't stop there.

Troy, Alyssa, and Binder (aka The Numbers Dream Team) came in at the end to complete the experience. They worked with me on my down payment as well as multiple options regarding a monthly payment. I definitely liked having options. There wasn't any pressuring, hard ball, shenanigans or tom foolery. Just good ol' fashioned service. They just helped complete the whole experience. And I can't forget Jon who helped making all the signing as fun and efficient as possible.

There's just one more person I'd like to mention.

Dean literally polished off the experience. Like seriously, I saw him polishing my new Road King cause he found finger prints. Even though I have owned a new Harley prior to my visit, he still went over all the details in maintaining and operating my new bike and I am glad he did! I thought I knew enough...I was wrong and glad he went the extra mile to ensure I left knowing everything possible.

I really can't thank the staff of HDOS enough. They made the entire process so easy for me.

They beat the best deals 2 other dealerships offered me. Customer service was amazing. I feel like family whenever I walk in and I refer them to all my friends. It's a must see, no dealership like it on earth.

Russ and Johny were awesome! My husband and I just stopped by as we are starting to look for our next bike. Russ took us on a tour of the facility, spent time talking to us about each bike we were interested in, and treated us with respect. We didn't find what we were looking for today, but when the right bike comes in, this is where we will go. We live closer to Arrowhead HD but were completely ignored when we walked in. Well worth the drive to this location and ask for RUSS!

The whole service team and Ari especially took great care of me and my bike. Scheduling was very easy, great explanation of what needed to be done, great suggestions for solutions and some over and above extra care made this a great experience. I will definitively take my bike here for all my needs and would highly recommend them!

I called to find out about your ability to resolve the problem (specifically whether your shop had the air testing equipment) and met Ari over the phone. He was very informative and kind and offered very helpful information beyond the servicing needed. When we came in, he was friendly and helped us with additional repairs needed (new tires.). The work was finished sooner than promised and did not require a return trip to AZ ADEQ! I am very pleased with Ari and your repair shop. This dealership is amazing. It is more than just a motorcycle dealer. Barber shop, tattoo shop, clothing and accessories. I was greeted in a friendly manner by all the employees I passed by. I was allowed to walk around and dawk freely. I did not go upstairs or downstairs, maybe next trip.

I completely recommend this place. Very friendly staff. John was very patient and helped us in selecting the right bike. Ari in Service gave very good tips and was very informative.
