The staff in the rental department was very supportive as we had an accident with our bike.Their main concern was our well being. The girls in motor clothes were also very helpful and Even posed for a picture for me to send to my nephew Nathan, a Marine currently serving in Afghanistan.This will truly be our home dealership when we are in Arizona! The BEST H-D in Arizona hands down. I came to these guys after my being cleared by my doctor to ride again. I wasn't pressured in any way, and all my questions were answered honestly. Danny was an amazing salesman and helped me through every step of the process. After a minor SNAFU with the bike I purchased, I was amazed all over again by their willingness to help and patience with me. Chad, Cory and Bryan B, were excellent, helping to get the bike picked up, checked out and working to fix the issue. I came all the way from Albuquerque, NM to get a hold of my dream bike from Harley Davidson of Scottsdale. My local dealerships tried to mark up my Road King Special by thousands of dollars. I remembered my great experience at Scottsdale Harley Davidson during baseball spring training and decided to give them a call. Thankfully I was introduced to Rian Dulberg. It was refreshing to hear that they don't mark up any of there bikes above factory MSRP and that all of the bikes have a price tag that clearly states the price. Since the Road King Special was a hot seller I placed $1k down (refundable if I changed my mind) to lock in on one that would be delivered a few months down the road.
During that time Rian kept in touch and would give me updates. In fact a buddy of mine was shopping for a new bike and it was a toss up between a BMW and Harley Ultra Limited. Again local dealerships marked up the Harley. So we made a road trip down to Scottsdale. What I witnessed while my friend was there is what should happen at every dealership. Rian is extremely knowledgeable about motorcycles and even knew a lot about BMW's. He gave my friend factual information about both bikes. He never bad mouthed the other brand and never put any sales pressure on my friend. Rian's main goal was to ensure that his purchase was thought out and the bike fit him for comfort and safety. After a couple test drives on both bikes my friend settled on the Harley!!! I was extremely excited for him to be a part of the HD Family. As a bonus that I had no clue about Rian said here's $100 dollar gift card for a referral.
So back to my bike... it finally arrived!!! Made the trip back down. The bike was everything I dreamed of... beautiful. Rian kept this whole process about the enjoyment of riding and being a part of the Harley Davidson family. (This is my 3rd Harley and the best purchase experience).
This review is strictly about Rian as we had many months of interaction from the time I ordered my Harley to the time it was delivered. Rian always answered my texts and phone calls and treated me exceptionally well. If you are thinking about purchasing a bike from Harley Davidson of Scottsdale I highly recommend asking for Rian Dulberg. I will be bringing my nephew back in 2018 to Rian to buy his first Harley Davidson and I want him to have a once in a lifetime experience with a class act fellow motorcycle enthusiast.

Service department is top notch! Yes, this HD dealership is an awesome facility with state of the art everything. But it's the people that work there that make all the difference. Ari Pappas in service is extremely knowledgeable and professional while putting the customer concerns as his top priority! Also, Brian has picked up my bike up as well as myself many times when an issue arose with my bike. Brian is great guy. Giving me a ride to the dealership is huge. Looks similar to lots of Harley franchises these days. I bought my son an ordinary short sleeved t shirt and the sticker price was $36.99. However, if you're actually shopping for a Harley their selection of new and used bikes was great and their prices seemed decent. I would definately consider this place for my next Harley if I lived in Arizona.

Been riding a long time and was looking for my next bike. Last one was a Dyna and have been looking at the FLSS Softail Slim S with the WLA inspired paint since it came out. Walked into the dealership last week not sure if I would qualify to finance a motorcycle. Was greeted when I first walked in and asked for Phil who I talked to on the phone. He came over greeted me and we talked as we were looking around. Told him of my finance problems asked what I was looking for. I really wanted a new trike but I knew I would leave with nothing. I left there a few hours later a proud owner of a 2013 trike with only 11k miles on it. It felt great. Thankyou all that worked with me to make everything work. Am now having a blast on riding again

John "JJ" Jones took the two of us on a tour of the facility, and talked to us about a few of the new models. John definitely enjoys his job, and if the way he treated us is representative of the rest of HD of Scottsdale... Then my next bike will definitely be purchased in Scottsdale!!

Yesterday (10/5/16), my bike quit on Shea. In less than 30 minutes Javier Jacome was out there to haul my bike back into the Scottsdale Harley shop. Javier met me with a bottle of cold water -- and even asked if I was hungry because he wasn't sure how long I had gone without eating! He was amazing. Kevin Friedman (who manages the building) is also an amazing person to work with.

Best Dealership in the Valley!! I recently purchased a 2015 Street Glide from Judi. She was wonderful to work with. So much so that we referred our friends to her for their bike purchases. Service has been great too and Kyle has been particularly helpful. Most of all we're made to feel like valued customers. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Harley of Scottsdale where looking good is more important that decent service. First time customer, took my bike in for service.Service department got my okay to do a repair. Okay was never passed on and cost me 7 days without my bike(okay no biggie it happens). When they got the part they realized they ordered the wrong part.. Hahah(strike two). Costs me another 2 days. Finally done but one minor snag they say my derby cover is bent. No problem I bought it from them 3 weeks ago. They say sorry they wont cover it as they didn't install it. Wow really I bent it by putting 3 screws on it?(strike three) No biggie the extra 60 bucks is worth knowing I will never ever spend another penny at the store.
I have to say the service rep Ari actually seemed like he was trying hard to give me good service. But he might be the only good apple in the rotten bunch. The old adage applies you can sheer a sheep many times but only skin him once. These guys skinned me bad!
When I buy my next bike or any accessories it definitely will not be from these guys. As a consumer I would say avoid this store like the plague.

One of the nicest cleanest and largest Harley Davidson dealers around. Free arcade for kids. Also a free movie theater in the basement. Keep the kids happy while browsing or buying. Much easier to mull over the should I buy a new one question.

Huge dealership, 160,000 square feet of cool stuff. Military bikes were not for sale, they were beautiful. Enjoyed the visit.
