I ve had nothing but amazing customer service here. Every service advisor is great. I d like to thank Kevin for being truly awesome on my last visit. His communication was phenomenal. The care and patience with a few issues that have come up was superb. He was able to come through with parts on a time crunch with some creative thinking and action from him and the technician. It feels like working with a really good buddy that is giving you $110% because you go way back. Not even kidding one bit.

Large Harley dealership. Rented a bike for one day during Arizona Bike Week. Paid an extra $50.00 for the pleasure. Bike had issues, the longer I rode it, the worse it got. Went about 300 miles. Really enjoyed the day, and when I brought the bike back without filling the tank they accepted it because the issue I was dealing with. So...Bike should have been in better riding condition, but I was happy with the transaction. Must have been all those switchbacks on the way to Jerome that had me smiling.

I went to Buddy Stubbs first and had a bad experience there. Then I called Scottsdale Harley Davidson and Bob Lynch the finance manager answered who was a very nice guy. Bob then later connected me with the sales manager Troy who was another courteous guy who spoke with me over the phone. So after about a few days of going back and fourth Troy called me and said that he would come and pick up my trade in bike that i couldn't ride to the dealer for safety reasons because it had bald tires and he promised me after looking at my trade in that if he couldn't give me the price i wanted for it then he would have it delivered back to me with no questions asked and I didn't have to go through with the purchase of the new bike which i thought was very courteous of him. After seeing the bike he offered me a fair price so i told him to go ahead and run my credit and start the purchase on the new Road King special. I then drove down to the dealership and Troy introduced me to Andy who is one of his sales reps who is an outstanding person as was the whole staff at Scottsdale. I highly recommend Scottsdale if u decide to purchase your next bike all the employees are awesome people that also goes for Chris in parts. If u decide to buy your next bike call Scottsdale and ask for Andy the sales rep and he will make u feel like u are a part of the family.

We always look forward to one of our first stops when arriving in Arizona and that is the Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale to pick up our rented motorcycles. Thank you Dan and Richard for the fabulous service and always being helpful and getting us on the road quickly. We'll be back!!

Rented a Harley Davidson Ultra Glide Limited great service.

Recently got my first bike here - The team at Harley Scottsdale made me feel extremely comfortable with every aspect and I had an amazing experience from making an appointment for a test ride and still for follow ups now! Ryan E. was extremely helpful and patient with me, knowing I was a new rider, he made the experience incredible and made me feel like I was in great hands. The whole team really makes you feel like family. I felt like everyone was just as excited as I was to get my first bike!!

My experience was quite overwhelming. I feel like I was treated very fair in the "numbers", got the bike I always wanted and at a smokin price. I'd like to thank the whole team just to name a few Curly (thanks for being real) and Javier (thanks for the after hours bike delivery!), I will definitely be back. GREAT LOCATION!

I recently went in to Harley of Scottsdale to find a $15 part...Yvette was awesome and quickly helped me find my part. She then took the time to talk to me about my 2003 FXDL, showed me the original parts catalog from 2003 and discussed some of the 100th anniversary bikes, very cool! I have been in the store several times since and when I start looking for a new bike, Harley of Scottsdale will get my business.

I was over at the Scottsdale store looking at shirts and gear. Kimmie and Joan were super helpful. Its a real nice store for all the Harley gear you may need. We will definitely be back to visit

I would like to take a minute to thank all of the staff at Harley Davidson of Scottsdale for the care, time and effort they all put into helping us with our purchase of our new 2016 HD Triglide. Our salesman Scott Craig made sure all of our questions were answered and did an awesome job getting our deal done. Ryan our sales Manager went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible.
Kimmie took us on our ride ticket through the store which was was fun. Alex and Eva in parts have so very helpful and Bryan Clink our Finance Manager was a pleasure to work with.
Scott called today as a follow up and this is the kind of customer service that brings us back.
We couldn't bring our new trike home the day we bought it so they delivered it to our home 75 miles away.

You have to love this dealership - from the Bike selection, to Judi on the Sales staff, to the knowledgable folks in the part's accessory counter, and not to mention the gentleman who highlighted the most important sections in our manual and went over it with us. They won us over to purchase our Softail Heritage Classic last weekend. We shopped a few dealers, and some private parties but found the selection and quality to be tops at HD of Scottsdale. Honestly, in these days it was a pleasure to do business with these folks. Bikes are a big purchase these days so If you are in the market for a Harley - make sure you stop by this place and you will see the difference I'm speaking of.

The rental guys were more than accommodating when I wasn't comfortable on the the first bike I rented. They swapped me out without question.

HD of Scottsdale has improved drastically since transfer of ownership from Hacienda. The staff moral is up, and the events are much more exciting. Purchase a bike and witness the amazing celebration in honor of the customer!!!

I bought a 2012 Road King Classic at HDOS and I love it! The staff was great all around. I got a great deal on the price the financing was easy. Parts and motorclothes treated me like a king. Lola was very knowledgeable about the riding gear and made me look good too. I had new pipes put on and the bike was dyno'd to perfection. Tell your friends they do sell fun.

I arrived late to the MMI dealership tour, but even just getting to see the sales floor and the shop was awesome. I am amazed at how the shop was laid out for the techs, the recessed lifts, and all the tools and benches for the techs.
As a future tech, this is the type of shop, techs dream of working in.

These guys are great. Awesome customer service and great quality rental motorcycles. I have come here twice for rental motorcycles for when I'm on vacation and have always been very pleased with their bikes and the quality of the customer service. The store it self is always cool to see too, it must be the biggest the harley dealer in the country and everything in the store is in pristine condition.

I purchased my new 2016 CVO Roadglide ultra from this dealer. Joe R. was my salesman and he was great, I also dealt with Cory and Troy ana they were fun to work with as well. I have 40 yrs car business experience sales, manager and General Manager/Partner. I understand Customer Satisfaction and these guys are doing a fantastic job.
I had a warranty issue after getting back from a 10 day ride so I called to see when they could get me in. I not only got in right away, they picked up my bike, did the service and detailed the bike and delivered it back to my driveway. Randy, Kyle and especially Brian made all that happen.
This is my 19th Harley Davidson and with a dealer like Harley Davidson of Scottsdale I look forward to many more.

Just purchased my 2017 Road Glide Special. Chad Pflueger, Jon Wienecke, Yvette, Dean & the rest of the team are top notch. I was treated like family & I highly recommend talking to Chad if you are in the market for a new bike. This is my 3rd bike I have purchased from them and would not even think of going anywhere else.

Stopped in for possible gifts, while traveling. The ladies were very helpful in finding some great deals.
