Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Having never ridden a motorcycle the whole staff voiced their varying options as to what I should be riding and the various reasons as to why certain motorcycles would be a better riding experience. With all their input, I decided to rent a motorcycle for a day. Richard and Dan were great at the rental counter to make sure I was comfortable on the motorcycle that I finally decided on. They made sure I felt comfortable on the motorcycle and explained to me the nuances of riding that particular model. So much so, that they even stayed past the time that the rental department closed, just to make sure I felt confident enough to venture out on the streets.
Upon ther return, they were extremely enthusiastic to know how I did and how much I enjoyed the experience. Richard and Dan truly love motorcycles, the experience that comes with riding and their job. It's because of them that I am considering renting from them again really soon, or fast-tracking my decision to purchase a motorcycle.

While doing a cross country road trip in July, I stopped at Scottsdale HD for a minor repair, a burnt out tail light bulb. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to opening.
Service Consultant Mike "MJ" Jackson was very friendly, explained they weren't officially open for the day, but said he would look at my bike ASAP. Within a matter of minutes, he got the bulbs from the Parts Dept, brought the bike into the Service Dept and had Service Tech Jon Wagner working on it.
I then began touring this spectacular HD Dealer, like a kid in a candy store, as I have never seen a dealership of this size. After buying some T-shirts (never can have enough) I went back to the Service Department and found that my bike was ready.
I was pleasantly surprised that they not only replaced the bulbs, but they also gave my Ultra Limited a well needed bath, as it was filthy from my trip which started in Naples FL.
I would like to thank all of your employees who I death with, they were all extremely friendly, professional and I would say they are great assets to your business.

Every time I go in this store I am treated like a king. Always helpful, never pushy. Always a smile and a handshake. These guys are the best. I dealt with Christina C in motor clothes & had such a great experience. I wanted to take pictures in different places in the dealership & she helped me all the way. Then she helped with my shopping experience & pointed other features of the dealership that I might want to explore. I was made to feel like I was at my home dealership even though I was over 1700 miles from home. I highly recommend this dealership & Christina C for your shopping needs.

I have rented from these guys twice and will be heading back for a third time. I can't believe how easy they made this for me. This is fast becoming my go to destination dealership. With a new location and open house in Nov, 2015, I plan on returning once again. Fantastic service and great riding in AZ.

Sabrina from the clothing department set me up with a helmet, jacket and a nice pair of boots. Great job Sabrina. Patrick and Bryson did a great job with installing the wheel chock in my trailer. Christian from the parts department was also a great associate to go to for parts and any other additions to your bike. Thank you all very much for making this buying experience a very pleasant memory for me. You all ROCK.

Disappointed, I'm on the email list. I have bought two bikes from here. Got an email today about a demo ride for the livewire 11 to 5. I work down the street. Went over just after 11 on my lunch break in hopes to beat the crowds. I was told they aren't doing any test rides for the public until after noon. I left bummed out. Poor communication from the marketing team.

Nice place... I went to the parts dept and the assistance I got was great. Knowledgeable help and was great with fivibg advise and assistance. The store is huge. Has good selection of bikes new and used. Nice clothing section. This is definitely a place to stop by and just browse around.

Was in your shop for over one hour. Although I saw several "employees" it seems no-one works there. I was not greeted. No-one asked "how can I help you". I sat on four bikes...guess maybe should have started one.
I went to your parts counter and waited....and waited...couldn't see the items I wanted on the floor. Eventually I realized you either did not want my money...or it wasn't good enough to line your owners pockets.
This was my second, and probably LAST time in your shop. I tried to buy a bike there a few years ago. The price went up 4 thousand dollars in just a few short moments. Thought id give it one more try but now...why go back?

In the past, I had my Harley in service for the same problem at another dealer. they had it 3 days before they thought they had the problem resolved. NOT!
I took it to Scottsdale Harley and the figured out the problem (6th gear bearing), had the parts in stock, and performed a 15k service on the same day I dropped it off.

Everything you could think of to represent Harley Davidson is in this two story location: Harleys, clothes & shoes for men and women, parts on the first floor and snacks & refreshments, a small arcade, a lounge and a tattoo shop on the second floor! Cool store and experience.

Friendly folks for sure and a very cool environment. That s about where it ends though. When looking to buy a new bike here, pay attention to all the fees and SHOP AROUND. They say they can t change any of them, but it s odd other dealers can. One example is the freight. On my price sheet, they wanted to charge me $900, when the bike s tag showed $399. When I asked about it, at least they owned up to it and said it s profit . No, that s a lie. Not a good way to start a conversation. Add on top of that the bike prep fee, which I think came in around $700. Still ridiculous - anything over 2-3 hours of labor is just more profit. Then there s the $400 doc fee, which is unfortunately notoriously high in AZ. Between those 3 items, you re looking at $2K in additional markup that s nearly all profit for them. That doesn t include tax, tags, etc. either, which could potentially include more hidden markup. Finally, they offered me $600 less than another dealer on trade-in and told me I could only negotiate my trade-in value (which was allegedly guaranteed by Freedom Promise) or the MSRP. Not both. For a company that allegedly gives all profits to charity, I don t understand why they try to screw the customer with so much hidden markup. Best to focus on an out the door price.

I've come into the H-D of Scottsdale several times and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff has always been super helpful, from the girls in Motor Clothes, the salesperson on the floor (particularly Judy who ALWAYS has a great smile on her face,) to the GM Doug who is super upbeat and awesome. This place isn't just the largest dealer in the world, but has an awesome tattoo shop run by Club Tattoo as well. Their staff is equally awesome.
I highly recommend that if your in the market or just visiting Scottsdale, H-D of Scottsdale is a must stop! It's not just a motorcycle dealership but a super inviting destination place with comforts of home + plus the friends and family that cones with it.

Having been to most of the Harley dealerships in the U.S. as my job requires travels, I must say there is no place like Harley Davidson of Scottsdale when it comes to the friendliness and helpfulness of every staff and the quality of services in all aspect.

Judi Almeida, the best salesperson I've ever met, is not only an amazing problem solver but also a very wonderful lady to talk to. Before you give up on your dream bike because it is out of your price range, be sure to speak to Judi. She will find a way for you.

If you are in Phoenix area, you must visit Harley Davidson of Scottsdale. Not only this is the highly impressive, World's Largest Harley dealership, but also you are treated like a family just for walking in.

I was told that if I had my bike fixed there, they would wash and clean it. It was there for over 3 weeks when I picked it up I asked why they didn't clean it, guy at counter said they forgot. I spent over $1,200 on repairs. You only get alot of attention if you are buying something

Extended Warranty Financing! Brought a used bike from a private seller. After buying my husband Charlie needed a extended warranty from Harley but short on cash. However the dealership Bob and Jon took up the quest to get financing for the warranty. They did it! Yesterday 10% down 18 months interest free he now has 5 year unlimited mileage extended warranty! 12 years or newer less than 75K miles you can get the same deal!

Harley of Scottsdale sold me a lemon!! Terrible customer service. Reached out to Ari Pappas, service writer, Michael Jackson, service manager, and Doug Roessing, general manager on multiple occasions. Purchased new at the time 2018 Road Glide special. Had a terrible head shake shortly after purchase. This has been going on for over a year now. Harley couldn t solve the problem so they wrote me off and ignored my calls and emails. Bike was still under factory warranty. Michael Jackson asked me to consider taking the bike to another dealership. . Best way to get rid of a Harley problem is to get rid of the Harley. Adios!! Terrible customer service from a struggling company.

basically a Harley shopping mall. this place is amazing. but the staff are even more amazing. they aren't pushy or snobby just very friendly and relatable. one of their employees went out of his way after work to help me when my bike broke down. they had my bike brought to their dealer for free and I was given a free ride home. when I told them I couldn't afford to have work done they brought it to my house for free. this kind of experience is unheard of from any other dealership as far as I know. I am extremely thankful for the kindness that was shown

Dropped in on Thursday the 19th of January to search for my 1st HD. Found exactly what I was looking for, pic attached. Danny and Paul were awesome. did everything I expected as a customer. On Wednesday, the 25th of January, I went down to finalize the deal. I would like to personally thank everyone I dealt with: Mike Nottingham, Danny Foss, Yvette Phipps, Christina (with a C H), MJ in Service, and John in Finance. They all did a great job at making me feel that my business was appreciated . Likewise, they left me with a tremendous feeling that I will be taken care of in the future. The little things
Went to Harley of Scottsdale to purchase an ESP Warranty and worked with Krishelle. Everything was explain, bike was inspected and went smooth,I might add at a great price. Service took the time to wash my bike.

Went back the next day for some maintenance service (oil change) again at a great price. Got home and found that during the check ride by service, they Heard A rattle coming from the windshield, located the rattle and fixed it. Then they found the clock was not set and service took the time to set the clock.
Sometimes it is the little things people do that makes a great company.
