Fantastic location overseeing the sea. Great service, pleasant smiling waiters, difficult to fault. A bit pricey not overly though considering it is Hard Rock Cafe

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Buffalo wings delicious. Nachos needed to be sent back because they were cold (pre made; not heated through). Sent back 'fresh' batch made - no flavour. Wine is good.

Great place with friendly staff! Came to buy a pin for my collection. They had cool celebrity items such a a Shakira belly skirt and a Britney Spears signed denim vest. Right by the beach so it's a great place to come and eat.

Fast delivery of the food and good quality ingedients. Original burger was a safe bet. Caesar Salad was very Basic. Sallad, chicken and dressing. Nothing else.. Price's was higer than alternative but that Hard Rock Cafe anywhere.. Clean area.

Sat down for 15 minutes. Still no server over to even greet us. After we ordered it has been 30 minutes and still no sign of food. Can service really be this bad??

A bit noisy but you can expect to be like that. Frendly, welcoming and always smiling staff. Beer options are enough. Food was more than tasty. We ordered one monstrosity big plater, and was more than enough to fill us. Thank you Hard Rock Cafe. We will come back :)

It is certainly not a typical place to have dinner. Still, the food was good quality and the location is nicely along the promenade. It might be a good alternative for those who stay for a few days and wants to have a change. It is definitely less ripping off than many other touristic traps in Nice.

This Hard Rock cafe is very nice especially for the staff that is available to give suggestions while dealing with customers of various nationalities and with different languages. The location is strategic ... on the promenade ... and the food, although not at the height of other hard rock that I visited, disappoints a little.

I visited Hard Rock Cafe more than six times. The location is really beautiful, you can enjoy a nice view (make sure to have a reservation for seats upstairs on the window). The food is delicious, fresh and tasty but it takes a while to arrive (around 15 mins). Favorite food dishes: Tupelos - Twisted Mac'n cheese - Honey mustard chicken burger. The only inconvenient is the staff's behaviour. But else, it is a must-try.

Atypical place to do absolutely. On-site shop. Costly drink.

If you're a hard rock fan, you should check it out. But the staff is uninterested and there is very little choice in the shop.

Got seated quickly, 20 mins later our server turned up and took our order, just blunt and rude, food came enjoy your meal I had to find him again as I wanted some mayo, that took a further 5 mins to come out. Asked for the bill and he just stood at our table while we were getting our money out, safe to say no tip was left which he wasn t happy with 50 for 2 burgers and 2 drinks, food worth the money, service most certainly wasn t.

I've never been too much into hard rock cafes, but this one just put me in the right mood for wanting more.

Phenomenal this restaurant ! I loved with my little family we had a great evening and especially eat well! Besides, we plan to go back! So I recommend it

Live concert evening: A cold and unpleasant welcome, a line of table as in a canteen, an unbearable noise of people with no respect and a menu imposed without notifying us at the reservation ... so we left to eat elsewhere.

Superb location: terrace facing the sea, very nice for a good cocktail at happy hour!

We are on a class trip and went there for dinner. We pre-ordered the food one week in advance so they would know how much food and what food we would need. We are 90 people so thats okay. When we got here we got our food relatively quick but it was already cold and the burgers looked pretty sad. I had the cheeseburger and the cheese was cold and stuck to the patty. There was no sauce what so ever on the burger. Just a leaf of salad, one slice of tomato and the patty with cheese. I was pretty dry and so seasoning what so ever. You could have bought a microwave burger and have the same outcome. The fries were decent and the atmosphere was pretty good.

Always the best. Hard Rock Cafe nice is smaller than other HRCs I have been to. Great staff, awesome food and the best ambience. Located right on the promenade, next to the Casino.

A burger and a beer with rock music in the background is the best! Waiters available and very kind!

Really disappointing experience here. The only thing good about this place is the music. You won t have good food and customer service at this place.

Extremely disappointed with this establishment, we were very poorly received under the fact that waiters and others asked us to wait in the middle of the restaurant. Then we discovered that our table was still not ready at the scheduled time when we still signed a C O N T R AT! Speaking of this contract, it requires payment in advance (about two weeks before D-Day) when no employee had read it since we had to guide them each time. To finish the staff speak only English and even with a very good level they did not understand our requests.

Regretfully most of the time the upper floor is close and it would be nice if it would be open more often coz it has a nice ocean view.

Great location and a truly American experience. Hamburgers and mac n cheese. Our waiter was not very attentive and we ordered some drinks and had other requests that were not fulfilled.

Very good but the waitresses are really unfathomable, not nice, take control of tourists immediately upon arrival but we have to wait 45 min without exaggerating and when we call a waitress she ignores us deliberately. I will not come back just because of the welcome and service

I'm 40 years old and I spent my youth seeing buddies bring back precious t-shirt rock hard coffee london, news york etc.

I had never been there in my life and I had a certain mythology for these places.



I went there around 6pm with my daughter and my wife for a drink. What to say ?

Everything is grossly studied to take us our pennies, the staff is childish and poorly qualified etc etc.

You have to read the map between the lines to find normal drinks.

The most boring is the rigid standardized methods: America in all its stupidity!

For example, each table has a server and only one. Since it is early, they are at least 4 to loll and only 1 works. Well, do not worry about asking a waiter who gland while our server is the one who works: we see you send a nice walk! You have to wait for your server to finish with the table next to it.



Short. No interest. To flee. A good pub like Manolans or Wayne is 10 times better job.

Well the food was good but the price too high. The stuff too annoying, the waitress came many times to check I don't know what. Haha

Like all Hard Rock Cafes around the world, the service is exceptional and the experience very pleasant. Nice, in particular, has an excellent view of the waterfront. Very attentive staff and delicious beers!

Extremely long wait, just to even get the starters. Ordered the Veggie Burger, after 15 mins was told they dont have any left... She came back with the Menu i tried ordering the Salmon (not a meat eater), they told us they dont serve any... Would have expected way better especially for these prices.. Definitely not coming back, there's better stuff to eat in Nice

The prices were absolutely overpriced. The selection in the store is very poor.

Point of sale of the Hard Rock chain easily identifiable on the Promenade des anglais: the two pirates at the entrance recall the informal style of a seaside town. Clothing items are sold also available in other stores in the chain, with the same design and the same range of prices; obviously the t-shirts are nice theme.
The bar serves beers, cocktails and starter, very suitable for a tasty and high-level aperitif. The cocktails, based on fruit and not too much alcohol, cost 10.90, the beer 4 - 5: the dish, which can be made up from a dozen euros, is quite large and feeds definitely.
There are some tables in the outdoor area and many others inside: in those closer to the wall, half of the people seated can sit on sofas.
The music is spread throughout the room, even in the toilet.
The staff speaks, as in all Hard Rock, many languages. The service is fast.

Having to make a comparison with that of London, on a structural level this is a small branch. But the kitchen remains on the same guidelines, excellent sandwiches and side dishes, always presented in a tasty and original way. The staff is nice and helpful, a bit 'of waiting to eat, but the place is perpetually full, as a result of the kitchens do their best. Prices for eating are high, but in the Hard Rock Cafe policy. The shop is small, and compared to the English "big sister", there is a quarter of the products. Present several "historical" relics, the Britney Spears jacket seems exposed that looks like the shroud.

We came for the "Freddie for a day", reserving in advance to have a well placed table, and conversely, we had one placed behind a wall, not ideal for seeing a concert. So we had to move the table ourselves. Before the concert, the place is very noisy, everyone is talking, see shouting to communicate. I think the tables are too tight so we are not too comfortable. The servers are friendly and attentive. At the table, we don't eat anything exceptional for a fairly high price. We attended a very good concert given by a very good group, which saved us the evening. I do not think of going back there, except exceptional event.
