Doctors And nurses are super helpful. During my grandmas last days they made sure she had anything she desired. Really appreciated there service and kindness during those times.

I was waiting 6hours to be seeing with broken bone on my spine

In order to just make an appointment with an ophthalmologist, we had to wait 1.5 hours in the emergency room and 3.5 hours in the urgent care. Just to schedule and appointment and see a doctor, expect to spend 5+ hours on a regular week day. It is still unclear for me why they are putting an administrative burden on the emergency care workers and thus make people who really need urgent care wait. This is at least inefficient; for people to take time off work just to gain access to schedule a doctor appointment is costly and unreasonable.

Orthodontist lady just completely rude disrespectful in a way with her voice people have just arrived to there appointment and she keeps complaining not the first time she been like that complaining about other workers that work here I feel that s very rude

Long wait specially in the emergency room. But once you are seen the service is good.

It's horrible, 2 hrs to get a room. Poor baby's all with pain and they careless. 5 patients we're released and 1 got in... How long does it take to clean a room?

This place is absolutely horrible. We have experienced the worst service at this facility. Everyone needs to be retrained starting from the security to the cleaning staff. My daughter was involved in a traffic collision and was transported to this hell hole. She arrived around 8:45 am and did not receive anything for pain until 10:30am, it took 5 trys for them to get an x-ray. We we're never asked if she was comfortable with a student attending to her. We did not know he was a student until he was leaving for the day. Around 8pm we we're told she would be admitted, and we asked why and we we're told so she can speak to a Oetho doctor. They figured out she has damn good insurance and they wanted to start billing for stuff. Nope discharge. I am filling complaints, law suits, and everything else. This place is horrible, people that work there are only for a check. No one has good customer service, bed side manner, or manners period.

This is one of the worst hospitals in California not because of the Doctors is because of how much you have to wait just to get someone one to help you. I took about 9 hours for the Doctor can give his final verdict about my grandmas arm if it was broken or not. The nurses don't help you or if they will they will give you attitude. If you can go to a better hospital is better if not then come here and go see it for yourself.

My mother was brought in through the emergency room by ambulance. They assisted my mother right away. They examined her, did testing, etc., and provide great care. She was admitted that evening and her room and bed where provided. For the majority part the staff is really friendly and caring. Nurse Wendy from the emergency room was outstanding. Kuddos to her for her excellent service.

Very bad service.. Me and my husband have been here for more than 24 .. We are in the emergency room still waiting to be seen. This is ridiculous

I ARRIVED WITH A TERRIBLE PAIN AND A STRONG COUGHT ... IMMEDIATELY I WAS NOT EVEN 10 SECONDS ... IN ADDITION I WERE TREATED ABOUT MARVEL. AH AND THE BEST OF EVERYTHING IS Q STILL WITHOUT LEGAL IMMIGRATION PAPERS ATTENDING EXCELLENT CONDITIONS.

It's a good hospital ...
When I arrived they treated me quickly, they did the tests until I diagnosed what I had ... I was almost unconscious and then it was there that I experienced what it is like to be an operated person but I thank My GOD first for give me one more life and secondly to the doctors who did their job

Nine hours in the ER waiting room plus over 2 more just to see a doctor for a serious health problem, 10 of 10 pain. Once I was seen, thw circus began. Rooms with no functioning call light, doctors that could not care less and know very little of actual medicine, outside boilerplate one size fits none solutions. Extremely poor communication, and a patient advocate that does not take phone calls.
Do whatever you can to get yourself or a loved one to an actual hospital, like the real UCLA. I have no idea what to call a mess like Harbor, except a tragic farce.

10/26 @ 0530 drop sister off for surgery . 10/27 0730 still waiting for that call to say all is well....

WORST WAIT EVER MY MOTHER GOES IN AT 4 pm AND UP TO NOW 12:43 AM NOTHING NO ROOM NO MEDICATION JUST KEEP HER WAITING AND THEY CAN CARELESS ABOUT HER HAVING PNEUMONIA AND BEING SICK THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW PROTOCAL FOR LIKE 8 FREAKING HRS LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS F@&$ THIS HOSPITAL WORST EVER, EXCUSE MY VOCABULARY JUST BS

I haven't been here in years. the er looks remodeled. but I don't want 2 wait 5 hours 2 see a doc. reviews here are bad. I went 6 years ago. I always got thru fast? you have to listen. because they have a triage system.

I am very upset !!!! I was there with my husband in emergencies for more than 6 hours, without being properly treated, they only did a blood and urine test, from there they told us that we were waiting outside, and in the end we decided to leave the hospital, not without asking if Were they going to attend to him or not?

They take a long time to attend to their interns, it does not matter to them how they are in health, they get down talking to each other while one is dying, I do not recommend

Worse hospital ever. I had to stay here because my Kaiser was full. The nurses forget about you. Some have attitudes. They re mean. Health care providers are supposed to care. They don t care. (Some) don t care. If they don t like their job they should at least pretend for the patient s sake. Some of us are clean people and would like to wash up. When asked if I can have those essentials to do so. They forget or don t care. Have to ask over and over. Please provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. Some of us love to take care of our gums. My daughter is in labor and delivery Dept, those nurses are the worse. Fix this problem. Train your nurses to be better caring for the patients.

I did not like this hospital because they did not attend my dad. I do not recommend this hospital because the people that work there are RACIST PEOPLE!!!!
