Stayed the night here. Beautiful facility. Definitely a boutique hotel so not ideal for a toddler who may wake up crying in the middle of the night as was our case. We ended up being overly concerned that the other guests would be woken up due to his belly ache. Restaurant food and drinks were done well and priced right. The wait staff and facility staff provided sufficient service, but at times we got the impression that we were more of a burden and that didn t sit well with us.
The room was overpriced, but the amenities helped make up for it.
Overall an enjoyable stay

Beautiful property. I made the mistake of attending an event Haras held on their property that was NOT as described but can't blame the property for that. I hope they make better choices in events they hold on site and choose better on who they do business with moving forward.

Terrible customer service. . I mean the worst. I went in may to celebrate my sister's birthday. We didn't have reservations but they seated us anyhow rather quickly because it was completely empty except for 1 table. It took 20 minutes to get water. We ordered beers and the waiter put ice in our beer because the weren't 'cold enough'...ICE IN BEER! We got replacement drinks but he still wanted to charge us for the beers we didn't drink. We moved on and ordered food but then he lost our order. There was only 2 tables in the entire restaurant. We repeated our order and we're told it took 40 minutes for our meals. So we hunkered down and were prepared to wait until he said that he couldn't get us a well drink or cocktail. We saw the full bar behind us but he claimed it wasn't in service on a Sunday. However he could get us a mimosa. We were so confused and annoyed by that point we decided to leave. We attempted to complain to someone of authority, but the waiter claimed that he was the manager and owner. I later confirmed that he was lying. I. Our way out he insulted my sister and said she was trashy because she rose her voice. Luckily she doesn't understand spanish so she wasn't insulted on her birthday.

Haras Hacienda, a place that can be determined as an equestrian complex or Country Club, offers among its amenities a Spa-Salon, Restaurant with its wonderful international cuisine with a Mexican touch, where you can try authentic enchiladas or a super delicious drink, the best of Everything is not only its large green areas, next to the lake with a super romantic view, but the details of each place within the Hacienda, such as its Shabby chic rooms, with a mix of Spanish wrapped in pure romanticism. The best place for a photoshoot, or a really beautiful landscape wedding near Houston.

Haras Hacienda is one of the best kept secrets in the Northwest Houston area. It s pristine equestrian setting is at once captivating and inviting. The dining, lodging and spa are impressive. Our team thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we will be back.

Dee Ann Hodges is the ABSOLUTE BEST esthetician! Every Time I have an appointment she goes completely above and beyond to create an individualized plan to address my skin's needs.

The atmosphere and furnishings of the Haras Spa were lush and the overall experience with Dee always way exceeds my expectations.

This place is like a little slice of Mexico right here in TX! It's definitely worth the drive from downtown... not only to enjoy the food & cocktails but to also taken in the beautiful property!

The seating in the restaurant was a nice window seat looking out at the rain.

Haras Hacienda is a beautiful facility but not without its issues. The new arena is very nice with LED lighting and numerous large ceiling fans along with good footing. However the old arena has lower than normal entries and rafters. The stall area next to the new arena is a fabric building which when it is windy makes the horses nervous in their stalls by the flapping of the roof. The largest problem though is if you have a large truck and trailer rig it is impossible to navigate the roads around the stall area to drop off and pick up your horses and equipment before and after a show. Unfortunately for this reason alone we will not come to another event at Haras until they have worked out a better ingress/egress.

I can see why people think this place is amazing - beautiful property with lots going on (spa, hotel and restaurant) especially for the horse lover. It is easy to transfer that experience to the food and restaurant but I think mistakenly so. I have been there for dinner four times, because I love the property, and each time I was underwhelmed. Compared to other 4 and 5 star restaurants I have been lucky to visit, the portions are small here and the prices are all over the place. Recently ordered the Venezuelan Four Cheeseburger and a margarita. For $24 you want at least a 1/4 pound burger and a 16oz margarita and what I received was the tiniest margarita I have ever seen and a basic cheeseburger. Maybe I should try the brunch next time? Not sure...

I stayed at Haras Hacienda last weekend and the food and service was phenomenal! Yurel was very attentive as well as the rest of the staff. Haras Hacienda is a beautiful place and I truly enjoyed my stay there. I definitely give it 5 stars and recommend it to anyone needing a weekend getaway!

Every part of the Haras experience is phenomenal. The food at the restaurant is delicious, the grounds and buildings are immaculate, and the equestrian venue is second to none. I absolutely love going here. Fabulous place!

Used to be great for Easter brunch but now nothing but frozen bar food get it yourself. Asked why they change and they said they had too much business and had to start buffet. They will find out its not about quantity but quality. Still charged $30 a head for sub par bar food that absolutely was out of a bag or freezer. If not they have some poor cooks. Used to be great, now not so much at all. Very disappointing.

Beware of this place. Do not use them for your events. They the will ruin your special occasion. The owner is very rude and foul mouth. I went there this weekend for an event. When I arrived there were no indicators where the entrance was. More

Unacceptable service. Had twice been kept waiting for half hour to simply meet the coordinator for a scheduled venue tour. Was told 3 different times to wait 5 minutes before half hour passed with no help.

This was the ONLY venue tour where We were kept waiting, so never showing up to a scheduled appointment this late is unprofessional. If he was truly busy, he would have the courtesy to say a reschedule may be necessary instead of falsely delaying the appointment continuously, so there's no excuse here.

If I can't trust them in meeting me for an appointment, then I have no faith in them hosting an event for me.

Beautiful venue for weddings and parties. The restaurant is great and constantly updates their menu. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating, they helped me plan a surprise wedding reception for my wife and family. They also have equestrian events on site throughout the year. It's a little hidden gem

I brought guests from out of town to visit. We had the pleasure of watching the equitation events. The facility was magnificent, the horses were beautiful, the children were playing, the staff respectful and the guests appreciative. It was a wonderful afternoon in all and I highly recommend the experience!

I received a warm welcome at the spa, where I had booked a Swedish massage. If you go, ask for Margaret - she has magical hands! Definitely one of the best massages I've ever had.
I was able to have a look around the equestrian facilities too - as a horse rider this just added to my enjoyment of my tie there.

Went for brunch, the decor is absolutely amazing, it is a real intimate spot that has a great equestrian theme while being very classy. The staff was very kind in seating us without reservations and opening up a tad early since we arrived at 10:45am. Unfortunately, the food is rather forgettable, especially at a price point of $40. The lemon ricotta pancake and poblano aztec cake stood out while the rest of the dishes were poorly done. Ingredients were clearly frozen not fresh, flavor elements specified on the menu were not included (egg with the salmon bagel, ginger in the syrup), whoever was doing sauces was very lost and for dessert they claim to have a banana pudding and strawberry tart which in reality is an apple sauce covered bundt cake and a creme puff with cut strawberries respectively. I wish I would have taken some photos, as there is no way they should be calling those desserts what they were.

Horrible service at the restaurant. Forgot Caesar salad that we ordered. Reminded the waiters twice and we finally gave up after 20 min and everyone else was done. Ordered soup to go the next day. Told me it would be 30 min because the restaurant was really crowded. Walked into the restaurant - 3 tables out of 12 inside tables were occupied and no outside tables occupied w 3 servers working. What? I asked and the lady said to go orders are after all the tables are served. Won t be back.

Excellent food (ordered the taco sampler, coconut shrimp, crispy tilapia, and enchiladas), atmosphere is amazing and the staff was attentive and friendly. So good we are having our son's rehearsal dinner there. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Will be returning to eat here.
