Very Pleasant experience throughout the entirety of the deal. I have bought many cars in the past; this one by far was the easiest. Joey worked with me from start to finish and I was not easy on him! He was able to keep a positive attitude and put me at ease with my concerns. Ultimately a great Salesman, would highly recommend Joey/Apple to friends and family...or anyone for that matter!

Asked the price of PA Inspection and Emissions sticker and was quoted $50 for all. Nothing needed fixed. When we checked out we were charged $81.04 All we got was a sorry, but no refund. Wont be going back.

I had such a great experience at Hanover Honda! I worked with Terry Wolfe and I couldn't have been more impressed! He really knows his stuff! I was struggling to get things going with my car purchase and Terry worked with me for a total of 4 days! I'm now the owner of a used car from Hanover Honda and I couldn't be more happy about it!! I also was very pleased to learn that I will get free car washes and state inspections for life!!! Now that's awesome. Great company, great people! Thank you all so much!

I like to take my car in for regular mantience and I always leave knowing my car has been throughly inspected and any questions I need to know about my car are answered. The service team are easy to talk to and their manager is very knowledgeable.

My husband called to make an appointment for my car that was making an awful sound when starting.
I arrived and went to the technician my husband spoke with and he said he had no idea who I was. As I was trying to explain the sound it was making he was giving me an attitude asking to explain it better.
After he got all my information he dropped on me that there would be a charge, even though I only have 24,000 on my car and have a bumper to bumper warranty until 100,000.
He said there was no way to look up my warranty and that he wouldn't no anything until the work is already done and it was time to pay. I told him again of my warranty and he said there's no way he can say I won't have to pay because he can't look it up.
Mind you, I bought my car from Honda and bought the warranty through Honda and this was a Honda dealer. Doesn't seem right does it.
I said if I don't know until after the work is done then I'm leaving, he said sorry we couldn't please you.
I will never go to this dealer for anything again. Save yourself the headache and do not see Roger.

Tim Stevens met me when I first inquired about Honda models. He was very pleasant and answered all of my many questions. He showed me each model that i asked about and offered test drives. I was especially pleased that I felt no "pressure" dealing with him. I decided on a Civic Hatchback and Tim was also helpful initiating the paperwork and getting the vehicle prepared for next day delivery. Overall, I was very satisfied in working with Tim and would not hesitate to refer potential Honda buyers to him.

This is the worst Honda dealership I've ever been ...

This is the worst Honda dealership I've ever been to although as a disclaimer this review comes from an interaction I had with them a few years ago. The sales man that I spoke with was condescending, rude, and dismissive. Quite simply he did not belive that I was qualified to purchase a brand new car because I was young. He did not show me the car I was interested in and basically directed me out the door instead of treating me as a potential customer. Since he pushed me out of the dealership so quickly he never learned that I was already approved for the necessary financing. Ultimately I ended up buying my brand new Honda Accord Ex from an entirely different much nicer larger dealership that, as a bonus, offered a free (no strings attached) lifetime power train warranty. I acknowledge that things at this dealership may have changed since then, but because my experience here was so drastically different than the other dealerships I checked out I wanted to finally write a review about it.

Bought my car at their used car place, so I continue to use the service department. I have always been treated very well and feel my car gets treated well too. I like to just wait for my car to be serviced and while I wait I take full advantage of the massage chair in their waiting area.

I needed an inspection this week and they were able to get me in for that and an oil change. No charge for inspection or oil change since I got my car there. How cool is that?

Our sales rep, Aaron was super helpful, knowlegable, and most of all wanted to get us in the car we wanted at the terms we wanted. Not an easy task.
All of the staff and sales team go out of their way. I even had our little dog, Lucy, with us. She made tons of new friends and pampered with treats while there.

I had a scheduled service appointment for 9:30 am. I guess they don't usually schedule oil changes, but I also wanted to have my tires rotated/aligned. 3 hours later they still weren't done. If they were running behind, they should say so when you leave them your keys. If they are short staffed, they should schedule appointments accordingly. From the talk in the waiting room - asking for a time estimate doesn't help either.

and like last time.... after however long of waiting they come to me saying they don't have the part (rather than checking before wasting all that time) - making me reschedule and come back to waste more of my life another day.

I am not happy with them and after this is resolved I will not be coming back

They know how to treat customers.

I just love the Honda team that worked with me in buying my new CR-V especially Terry Franciis who went way beyond in showing me some different models and going over all the bells and whistles on this car. Can't leave out Ben,Lou,and Bill Fair who had the the Paperwork ready to be signed so I wasn't there "overnight". And then there was Bill from the service dept. who came to the showroom to congratulate me on buying a new car and Scott who looks out for me and my car making sure all is well and running smoothly ! This is my third Honda bought from these people,they almost seem like family and I appreciate all their help !!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! WAITED 6 HOURS TO PUT NEW TIRES I PROVIDED ON MY COUPE. THEY BROKE THE TIRE MACHINE SO SAID I HAD TO COME BACK, FORGOT MY HUBCAP COVERS, THEN FORGOT TO TIGHTEN LUG NUTS ON MY CAR!! REFUSED TO GIVE ME A LOANER VEHICLE AS IT WAS 6PM ON A SATURDAY AND WAS PROMISED TO BE DONE AT 2PM. SALES MANAGER HAS SUPERIORITY COMPLEX. SALES MIXED UP 3 CUSTOMER'S BILLS AS THEY ALL PAID FOR EACHOTHER'S BILLS! WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE! BEWARE!

I went to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership about a week ago. The process was so easy. Matt Barldof was there to help with every step. He wasn t pushy, gave me any amount of time needed and answered every question I had even if it seemed crazy/repetitive. I gave specific needs to Matt about what i needed as far as warranties and such and within minutes he had numbers, for 5 or 6 different possibilities to suit my needs. I recommend this dealer for sure. After my purchase, he called to make sure everything was going okay. He s Offered to detail the already detailed car every time I go to the dealer even if it s just to drop off papers that will take a few minutes! Overall he is just someone who actually cares about his customers as well as the sale. Not typical in a car salesman, but it s appreciated!

Well first of all I've been taking my 2013 Crv here for service since I bought this though from a different dealer. I feel like Hanover Honda has been very fair on my maintenance. Well I've been complaining about road noise for maybe close to two years. Even putting on top brand tires didn't help. Finally they said it was my right rear wheel bearing. It's very quiet now, though I've been getting this low speed front end vibration since the new tires. Took it in today and they had a bulletin on it. A software update and change the automatic transmission fluid. I think it's better then it was but I still feel a slight vibration. I'll give it a few days. The next step is a Tork converter which is covered under my 5 year 60 thousand

Thought this was a great place till I took my Civic that I purchased from this dealer and found that they would no longer honor their word of 5 free oil changes as promised. I will no longer recommend this dealer to ANYONE. If someone does not honor their word & original promise, they are not to be trusted - period! Very disappointed.

We used to be regular customers of Apple Honda in York, PA. We decided to give Hanover Honda a try and are very happy that we did. Their customer service is top notch. Lori, in service, is a wonderful person who greets you upon arrival and answers any questions you may have. She also advised me of their "preview" policy as well as the procedure for having an appraisal done, if you so choose. No pressure at all, as other dealers tend to do. When it is time to upgrade our vehicles, Hanover Honda will be the place we go first.

We weren't gonna give Hanover honda a third chance due to bad past experiences with the sales and service but Eric actually showed us that changes have been made at the sales part and we were very satisfied with working with Eric.Eric made sure we got into a vehicle that fit us just right he didn't want just a quick sale he took time with us. Hopefully the service department gives us as great of an experience this time

Although I am happy with my 2019 accord I am extremely disappointed with Apple Honda who took over for Hanover Honda and made no attempt at informing me of the change in ownership.

I mention this because when I purchased my car in 2019 the annual inspections were supposed to be free every year along with free car washes throughout the year including 5 free oil changes.
Well yesterday I had my annual inspection however the cost was added to my bill without customer service informing me. I had to ask the question why and only then was it removed from my bill. Apple Honda still charged me for the oil change and washed my car free of charge.

I understand ownership varies however most of what I was promised had not been honored only until I complained during my checkout.

Two problems: First, I had bought Hondas from this dealership years ago under different management. My attempt to do business with them a few months ago was a failure. After telling the salesman multiple times what I was looking for, he continued to tell me I was wrong and that I 'needed' something different (happened to be what he had available on the lot). His approach was high pressure. I do not respond well to pushy salesmen, thanked him for his time and walked away.

Prior to that, I had an oil change at this dealership, which they said came with a free car wash. After a 45 minute wait, they finished the job and said I needed new tires. Knowing what tread was left, I asked the serviceman what the tread depth was. He said 4/32". And knowing in PA 2/32" passes inspection, I asked him how much tread was needed for inspection. He said 2/32", but added I should change them now and proceeded to tell me about this great deal he had on a set of 4 tires for me. I declined and decided to no longer use Hanover Honda's service department.

I came with a "situation"...more than one, actually. But I was treated with dignity and respect. And was not even looked down upon when I could not afford to take advantage of some of the financing "extras" available. This treatment makes me want to give them my business when things get better, and I CAN afford a few extras.

Let's get right to it. I was looking for a fairly rare pre-owned Jeep in the fall of 2018, one of which had just been traded in at and advertised by Hanover Honda. As an out-of-state professional I needed to cut to the chase to figure out whether this particular car met my somewhat rigorous purchase criteria. I had the good fortune of speaking directly with the used car sales manager, Jon Bloom, who is one of the most candid, hard-working, cooperative, reasonable and trustworthy car sales representatives I have ever worked with (and I am 52 years old and have purchased dozens of cars over the last 35 years) (and, no, I am not being paid for this review). Not only did the financing options, acquisition paperwork and transfer go smoothly, the dealership worked to facilitate pick-up/delivery of the car since I was over 350 miles away. Included in the purchase was a 12 month/12,000 mile powertrain warranty in writing. While every experience is unique, I have nothing but good things to say about my purchase and this car dealership, and I would not hesitate to buy here again. And remember, you may want to get to know Jon Bloom, who runs a tight ship at the dealership.

The service was on point but, I was not honored my reduced inspection fee that hanover honda honored for being a return customer. And when I returned to my vehicle the service tech left his seat film in my car for me to dispose of and left my insurance and registration scattered on my seat. Unlike how they were handed to them at drop off. Will not be returning

Jayna (sales) knows her stuff. They worked out a deal to get me the Ridgeline RTL-E, which is the unicorn of the Honda world. Had me driving up from Maryland. This was my second purchase with them, and I'm very satisfied. They went out of their way to make it happen.

SHORT STORY: They broke my antenna over a month ag...

SHORT STORY: They broke my antenna over a month ago putting my car through their automated car wash and agreed to replace it. Then never returned my calls and where never able to tell me if they had my replacement antenna or not. Then I call today, they tell me they have it. I go in, the replacement antenna, that took them over a month to find, is a USED antenna that "they found laying around" AND IT DOESN'T FIT.

FULL STORY: Over a month ago I took my Mini Cooper in for an oil change, that was done fine. After the oil change they perform a complimentary automated car wash before returning the car, a nice gesture. The serviceman working on my car forgot to remove my cars antenna (a requirement for all makes and models of cars with screw on antennas) prior to putting it through the car wash causing the antenna to be snapped off during the automated car wash. He apologized and Honda agreed to replace the antenna.

In the last two weeks I have called numerous times only to be told that they know nothing about the progress in getting my car an antenna and to leave my name and number so that the manager would call me on the next business day to up date me, the manager never returned my calls. Today I called in and they told me that they had an antenna for me. I arrived and they brought the antenna out saying "We couldn't order it straight from Mini of Baltimore because they don't deliver so we had to get it third party" I said "That's fine". I was curious as to why the antenna wasn't in any packaging but I just kept to myself. I led the parts department worker to my car and he proceeds to attempt to screw on the antenna which doesn't fit and I notice that the antenna is a used antenna and state my observation to the man. We go back inside and he talks to another parts department worker saying "It doesn't fit". I engage the other worker in conversation and ask why he is attempting to replace the antenna that Honda broke with a used antenna and he replied "Because your car is a used car" I then ask where he found it and he replied "I found it sitting around and assumed it would fit" I then asked him if I had broken something of his would he expect me to buy him a new one or replace what I broke with a used one. To that question he had no answer.

I proceeded to call Mini of Baltimore and ask if they had an antenna that would fit my vehicle and they replied "Yes, it's in stock and ready for pick up whenever". Why Honda wasn't willing to fix the problem and actually drive to Mini of Baltimore, which I now have to do in my own time, is beyond me. Why they thought it was acceptable practice to tell their customers they ordered something third party when in fact they found it lying around is beyond me.

Excellent dealership with professional and courteous staff! My family purchased a new 2020 Honda Ridgeline earlier today, and we were there this past Monday for the initial test drive and everything moved at a very quick pace, straightforward, and truthful, honest answers and recommendations. I highly recommend requesting Terry Wolfe to be your representative when you visit this location - he s the best and will develop a great relationship with all customers.
