These people make you feel at home and assure you that all of your needs have been met and your satisfaction is their number one goal...

My car key crumbled in my hand the other day when ...

My car key crumbled in my hand the other day when I went to start my Accord (it s old and the plastic was weak at this point). I took the key in to the parts dept and the person there quoted me almost $200 to reprogram and cut a new key. Luckily I didn t have my car there or else I would ve gone through with it. I took my key to another Honda dealership to get a second opinion, and I m glad I did. The first thing this guy asked me was do your electronics in your key still work? to which I answered, yes. He said all he had to do was rebuild the key with the original electronics/chip, and he d put a new metal key and cover on it. That came out to $60 and the key works just fine. If you want to save money, I recommend going elsewhere.

From 5 stars to 1 with franchise takeover with Apple Honda, same exact oil change and slow inspection, but $25 more with new management somehow and no more courtesy car washes.

We have synthetic oil changes on all three vehicles at this dealership and several great experiences with Service Manager Scott Stewart who is very courteous and knowledgeable in past interactions and most recent/unexpected warranty service. Very swift and reasonable customer service, including the free washes and detailed inspection reports. Hanover Honda definitely puts the customer first with mutually agreeable solutions and services.

Went in for a four wheel alignment after replacing...

Went in for a four wheel alignment after replacing the front tires on my vehicle. I was informed at the time that my inspection was expired. I was also informed that the rear tire would pass at 3 and 5/32 however I would have to replace them soon. Since they were unable to do an inspection that day, I scheduled it for 3 days later. At the time of inspection I was informed that both outer tie rods needed to be replaced and now my rear tires had to be replaced as well because both tires were now at 2/32, or below the requirements for inspection. First off I was amazed that nothing was mentioned about the tie rod ends and why they would align the vehicle if parts were faulty. Second, it is unheard of that tires could wear down 1/32 and 3/32 in only 3 days. Be aware of mechanics or service centers that lie to try and create work for the business! I did replace the rear tires because one had broken steel belts, not because of tread amount. There after my vehicle was inspected w/o issues. Ask for replaced parts and/or get a second opinion before permitting Hanover Honda to do unnecessary repairs!

Yesterday, I brought my Honda Civic to get an oil change with a $25 coupon sent to me from Hanover Honda. NOW APPLE HONDA ! I rolled my car in as usual and the cutomer service person greeted me took my keys and coupon and said, " I can use it, even though we are nder a different ownership." He took my coupon, after waiting for more than an hour he came to the waiting room to get me because they were done. We then proceeded to check out. He handed me the bill for JUST AN OIL CHANGE $44.48. I asked if he used the coupon and he said YES? I got home and noticed he took off only $9? The pink coupon stated $ 25.58 for any OIL Change? Not sure if this will be a COMMON practice for the NEW Apple Honda, as of NOW, this was my first experience with them and probably my LAST!

This is the second car we purchased from this lot. Jim, Art, and now Jill have all taken great care to meet our needs and see that we are happy with our vehicle, and our deal. I would never hesitate to buy from them again, and I highly recommend giving them a try when you find yourself in th market!

I have been coming here for quite a while now and ...

I have been coming here for quite a while now and I have never had a bad experience! The staff are always very happy to help me with whatever I need and they talk to me as if I am important and not just another client. I always know the work that I get done on my car is the best of the best, and the service is impeccable. Scott and other advisors are always extremely helpful and honest. I have nothing but good... no, great things to say about this place!!!

The moment I walked in the sales office, Eric Saborsky, immediately inquired if I needed assistance. Within 10 minutes we were test driving the Honda CR-V. He was kind and more than willing to determine our needs, and very sensitive to the monthly payment we were trying to stay within. Great experience for my wife and I.

I would recommend buying a car from Hanover Honda. Our sales representative was very helpful and went out of her way to contact our insurance company so we could drive the car off the lot. She also found the car color I wanted and had the car shipped to the dealership. Everyone we talked to was extremely friendly.

Great service! I was in search of a car for my daughter. When I came to the dealership in search of information, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Howard Jones, my product specialist was great. Took the time to show me all the vehicles and clearly conveyed the differences for each, which made the selection process much easier. On the day of delivery, I was under a time crunch, when I showed up the vehicle was ready, the finance people had everything together and things went very quickly and smoothly.

We came to Apple Honda on a fact finding mission and to prepare for a future purchase. With a fair trade for our vehicles and a fair offer on a pre-owned Odyssey, we were able to lock in a deal on our next ride,( pending dealer prep and a test drive). We are in the process of closing the deal. Terry Wolfe has been our advocate and has worked diligently to get us into the best deal as quickly and effortlessly as possible. We showed up at 5:30pm to check out a 2007 Ford Explorer. Had low miles and 4x4 just what my wife wanted! She wanted an expedition... But my goodness, I couldn't find anything in our price range. My wife did her test drive and loved the explorer, so we decided to buy it. Our dealer experience was very much so mediocre at best. He seemed very pushy to get us out and hurried up the paper work. I was perfectly aware I was buying a vehicle 14 years old and AS IS. We could have bought the car cash but decided to finance in wife's name. In closing we put $2,000 down which was no big deal this was the vehicle my wife wanted. What they failed to tell us is that they just took our money but didn't have the title and we'd be waiting upwards of two weeks for the title to arrive. Frustrated, but understandable I assume thankfully we still had the vehicle she was driving. Not even 50 miles, and I'm sitting in the waiting room of their service department waiting for a "ford" mechanic to figure out why the serpentine belt is squealing and why the engine keeps idling high. That's just a quick story of my experience which I guess you get that at every dealership when buy a used car. Remember everyone! REMEMBER... FORD = FIX, OR, REPAIR, DAILY.

We continue to be impressed by the sales knowledge as well as excellent customer service satisfaction whenever we get our vehicle serviced. Hanover Honda really worked with me to get me the best car possible for the price I wanted to pay. They even let me take the car home and bring my trade in the next day.

Unfortunately, I found a crack in my windshield the very next day, but the manager John promised he'd get it replaced within a few days, free of charge, no hassle whatsoever. Shout-out to Kevin and Bill for all their help too.

Just bought my new 2017 Honda HR-V EX from Hanover Honda. What a nice experience it was. Lucy Schaffer did an excellent job of finding the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for. This was my second purchase from Hanover Honda. I still have my 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid and will continue to bring it and my new HR-V to their service department for top-notch service.

If my car is due for service, I feel very confident that their recommendations are based on what my car truly needs and not on a quota that has to be met. I trust them with all my vechicles.

I have always used Honda service as long as I had A Honda. I've have also gotten my car detailed at this place. I called to schedule a full detail and the lady over the. Phone once more that it would take 3 hours. I went in my appointment and dropped my Honda I asked one more time that for sure it was going to take that same amount of time Roger said yes. I clearly explained to them that I have kids and they had made a lot of mess. In the car. I was surely guaranteed that it was 3 hours. Well come to find out that 5 hours later!!! Needless to say if I was told it was going to take that long I would have dropped my car for an entire day instead of just getting ignored at this place! The service at this place has gone to the dumps!!!

Have been a loyal customer of this dealership since 1990. I have purchased 3 cars from them over the years and have always returned for their fine service department. I lament when some of the advisors leave. BUT they always have a great staff. My recent experience with Bob as my service advisor was excellent. He is friendly, personable, knows his stuff and is up front with you. I sooo appreciate the always helpful service and friendly atmosphere here. Mind you, I drive 80 miles round trip to take my cars in for service there. They have treated me extremely well over 28 years! Now...after all my patronage, and this great review...they just need to work me a fantastic deal on another Pilot!!!

He was very patient with our questions as we discerned what model vehicle was best for us. The closing process with Mike went smoothly as well. Other staff that we encountered was, also, friendly. I would recommend Terry Wolfe and Apple Honda of Hanover when looking for a vehicle.

Hanover Honda SALES made my car buying experience amazing and worked with me every step of the way. Go in and speak with Eric! He's awesome and he will get you what you want.

EDIT: The service area of Hanover Honda is appalling. I think it is by far the worst car service I have ever had. Especially since I have gone in to fix two issues, neither of which were my fault. Honestly where do I start? I live over an hour away from this place and the only reason I bought a car from here was because the sales people were very understanding and helped me with what I needed and weren't pushy like other car sales people. ... So, I had to have a safety recall done and that was a three ring circus. At the very beginning of that appointment I had asked if they could wash my car... I have lifetime washes for the life of my car. When I got my car back, I walked out back to find that it wasn't washed, no big deal and clearly they would've seen that it needed washed because it was covered in salt. What the issue is that I went back in to ask nicely and they asked me to bring my car around (uh, not my job). But, I brought my car around and stood out in the cold while they washed my car. Someone from the service department actually called to see about my service from that day I told them what had happened... That was the first time. I had to come in for an issue with my car that was broken when I bought it and they had an issue with that. A piece in my trunk was completely broken off and someone just stuck the pull lever back in the hole to make it look like it wasn't broken. They had to give me a rental because they didn't have the part in stock. All of this was not an issue. What the issue was the service I had received follow-up after I brought the rental car back. I think my car was dirtier than when I had brought it in. How is that possible? No clue. The car wash was closed that day I picked it up but previously it had been open when I dropped it off and having an issue with it before you thought they wouldn't have screwed it up this time. NOPE. The guy I spoke to was a complete jerk to me and that is never ok. The FREE stuff they promise you... examples being car washes (only if the car wash isn't frozen, wake up it is 2018, get a new car wash that doesn't freeze) I think a couple free oil changes, inspections for the life of the vehicle or as long as this place is open... Anyways the free stuff is not worth this hassle.

PS. Please do not call me now trying to fix this mess, I spoke to someone previously about the service I had received the second time. They said they would call back after the new year. I have given over two weeks for someone to redeem themselves but no one cares, so the moral of the story is, go buy your car from someone else.

We owned our vehicle for 16 years. It was time to replace. We had set our eyes on a Honda Pilot because of friends , family, and our own research. We had set up time with other local dealerships. Our close friends gave us a referral to Hanover Honda. We met with product specialist, Tim Stevens. He was outstanding, explaining, answering questions and understanding our needs. He made it an easy, relaxed experience. Along with all the representatives at Hanover honda who were all excellent. We made the right choice in our purchase of 2018 pilot! Thank you to everyone at Hanover honda especially Tim for such a positive experience!
