EDIT: The service area of Hanover Honda is appalling. I think it is by far the worst car service I have ever had. Especially since I have gone in to fix two issues, neither of which were my fault. Honestly where do I start? I live over an hour away from this place and the only reason I bought a car from here was because the sales people were very understanding and helped me with what I needed and weren't pushy like other car sales people. ... So, I had to have a safety recall done and that was a three ring circus. At the very beginning of that appointment I had asked if they could wash my car... I have lifetime washes for the life of my car. When I got my car back, I walked out back to find that it wasn't washed, no big deal and clearly they would've seen that it needed washed because it was covered in salt. What the issue is that I went back in to ask nicely and they asked me to bring my car around (uh, not my job). But, I brought my car around and stood out in the cold while they washed my car. Someone from the service department actually called to see about my service from that day I told them what had happened... That was the first time. I had to come in for an issue with my car that was broken when I bought it and they had an issue with that. A piece in my trunk was completely broken off and someone just stuck the pull lever back in the hole to make it look like it wasn't broken. They had to give me a rental because they didn't have the part in stock. All of this was not an issue. What the issue was the service I had received follow-up after I brought the rental car back. I think my car was dirtier than when I had brought it in. How is that possible? No clue. The car wash was closed that day I picked it up but previously it had been open when I dropped it off and having an issue with it before you thought they wouldn't have screwed it up this time. NOPE. The guy I spoke to was a complete jerk to me and that is never ok. The FREE stuff they promise you... examples being car washes (only if the car wash isn't frozen, wake up it is 2018, get a new car wash that doesn't freeze) I think a couple free oil changes, inspections for the life of the vehicle or as long as this place is open... Anyways the free stuff is not worth this hassle.
PS. Please do not call me now trying to fix this mess, I spoke to someone previously about the service I had received the second time. They said they would call back after the new year. I have given over two weeks for someone to redeem themselves but no one cares, so the moral of the story is, go buy your car from someone else.
