Worst customer SERVICE by this person Jouzeth Perez. Wanted to talk to a co worker that was not working while I waited for my paperwork to be completed. He needs to be retrained on the customer comes first bfore coworkers and personal....
We took our car here for a few oil changes which were covered with the purchase of a used vehicle. They are always nice and we get in and out quickly. They also always recommend more service which we always decline. Part of the service is to check the tire pressure which should be around 35 psi. After the last service I rechecked the pressure and found it was now 55 psi in all the tires. It was not that way when we brought it in. We will not be going back. .
We had a good experience with our salesman Jerry, and overall the process went quickly and smoothly. We didn't like the attitude of the guy who handled the financing end of it. At the end of the day we got the deal we wanted, and we would recommend others to come to Jerry in the future.
Staff is very friendly and helpful they had a good selection of cars there was a few things that I feel should have been done different such as instead of walking somebody across the street in today's time with traffic being so crazy I think that they should have driven the person across the street to look at the second lot for safety sake and I feel that they could give better discounts I don't think they're going that extra mile to help give you the discounts that they can be giving you.
Steve was walking out the door late Friday night to head home but he chose to stay to help my wife and I find a used Rav4. He showed us all our options and went through the website to look at the available inventory. The reason we drove past two other dealerships to come to Hamer Toyota was due to the large amount of certified pre-owned vehicles to choose from. We went for a test drive and he answered all of our questions. They offered a reasonable price for a Rav4 in excellent condition as well as offered a fair price for my trade in. The deal was easy to make with no pressure as Steve threw in the floor mats with no haggling. We will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases. Thank You Steve.
Seemed to be the place to go for maintenance when I called to make a service appointment, when I went and gave them my phone number, no appointment had been made, no big deal, walk ins are welcomed, i asked if i could get a loaner car because i need to run errands and go on with my day while my water pump is replaced, at first this guy Efrain says he can get me a rental for about $30. I agreed to that, I show him my insurance card so he could get the VIN and says to me, if you had full coverage your insurance would cover for rental, adding "I won't be able to get you a rental" when he just told me 2 minutes before it would cost me $30. I turned around and left, crappy costumer service, gotta love Nissan service, they do offer courtesy cars when they do maintenance to my other car. I figured since this one is a scion (toyota) I would take it there, but ended up very disappointed.
I knew what I wanted, they knew how to make it happen. All of the personnel were professional and willing to negotiate in price. I also got a low APR and drove out with the exact truck and color I wanted. They have a massive selection of vehicles and I highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. We will be back!
This dealership is like no other. Previously before finding out about HAMER I shopped around but when you step foot in the building and see the setup and the vibe inside,we ll that says it all. I have bought 4 vehicles from them over a 3 year span and every single time the process has been great. There very professional, knowledgeable, kind just to say a few things. Every test drive I have ever taken with them was great. Never pushy never in a hurry always professional and friendly.
Staff very friendly but I felt a little cheated when I was told one Interest rate over the phone and when I got down there it was a different interest rate. I am very happy with my car though !
I was overwhelm when I arrrived because there was a very long line of cars. But, I was told that appointments are HONORED!! The staff are Professional and have a "text communication" while you are waiting for your car. Their Lounge is spacious, a big TV with Free water bottles & doughnuts. A great treat!! There was a woman sleeping on one of the sofas. I did not need to wait toooo looonnng I was impress. Keep up the Great Job!! Toyota.
My whole family has been going to Matt for years when it comes to buying a car in Toyota, I just bought a 4Runner this weekend and it was quick and easy, overall a great experience, we also had help from Marco, they were both awesome, will definitely recommend to friends!!
Sales team is great; willing to work out a great deal. The discontemptment came when it was time to go through finance. I waited for an hour in the lobby for a finance rep to see me. I decided to leave and come back another day. Hamer Toyota got a hold of me and arranged an appointment to have a finance guy available for me as soon as I arrived. Wish I would have recieved that treatment first time around. Buying a car shouldn't be this painful and dragged out.
Anyhow, customer service is key!!! If I were running the floor, I would ensure that the finance team not start leaving for the day if there is above average floor movement even if it's near closing hours; or in this case after hours, by the time I was waiting for a finance rep.
SCAMMER. If I can give negative star, I will rate it. Please carefully look at their sticker price before negotiating. DONT waste your time at this dealer and expect to get a good price. They will not honor their INTERNET price or even MSRP ( manufacturer retail price). They will not allow you to even purchase the car at the MSRP price. They will add something called AFTER dealer mark up price of $5,000 plus $995 for theft patrol GPS. So if the car is msrp'ed at $15000, the car is worth $20995 before taxes and fees. In addition, they will charge you a tax that is over your paying price, which is illegal, but they claim it is not. This whole experience has been a nightmare because they truly use dirty tactics. Carlos Rodriguez (announced himself as sales supervisor) already said the he doesn't need to earn our business. You have to agree with their prices and taxes because this is their business rules. They can charge any tax percentage that they want. No law here.
Horrible customer service.. Sales General Manager Johnny Younan rude and aggressive. He told me , his profit from my purchase is not enough to pay for his light bulbs. He walked away from me and challenged me to contact the CEO of Toyota.
Our salesman, Ricardo Zaldana, was very helpful and patient listening to what we were looking for and showing us the vehicles Hamer Toyota had to choose from. The dealership has many, many vehicles on the lot and with Ricardo's help we found exactly the Tacoma we were looking for in just a few minutes. We appreciate his friendly, easy going personal style and would recommend him to others who don't want to deal with high pressure salesmen.
I've had only wonderful experiences from beginning to end. This will be my 6th car from Hamer and Steve Denson and each time the experience is better. He makes car buying fun and paperwork seemless. I purchased a vehicle here only because of TrueCar. The price I was offered and the deal I ultimately signed was only gotten because of my unwillingness to sign their 1st, 2nd, 3rd offers.
Do not sign the first offer this dealership puts in front of you. They re used to dealing with uneducated people willing to sign whatever is put in front of them.
I literally left the dealership not signing their first offer. The car salesman (Frank) couldn t have cared less and told me they couldn t help me. I came back the next day after I was reached out to and promised we could work something out. Ultimately I did but again, only after refusing to sign what they wanted repeatedly. Magically they found discounts .
I d never go back to this dealership again if I didn t have to.
Wasn't aware about the company changes. Came in to do an oil change and discovered a change in my contract. They informed me about the advantage care price drop and basically my service not sure what they really call it (haha) was closed out. BUT I do want to thank Mr. King for writing a letter for my next oil change and also Nicole and Efrain for their customer service! Hamer Toyota Mission Hills is my first dealership purchase and still make me feel at home! Thanks Hamer Toyota!! I would say I would recommend this dealership BUT I've already started since I first purchased my car! (haha) for the world out there! This is the dealership to go to!!
Purchased s car from them, after taking it home and 5 days later they called saying we needed a larger amount of a down payment. Be careful with this trick they play.
Bad experience with the saleswoman nicole gonzales. She was the salesperson who attended me and to make an account she borrowed my phone to use the calculator while I was the client. As you may not have a calculator if it is your working tool. Apart from that I had to return to the dealer, thanks to its inefficiency she gave me the car before they finished with the maintenance, and they call me that I have to change the battery because the efficient saleswoman deliver it without having done the change.. Never come back to buy on this place..and My friends either..
Ive been wanting to write this review all day but been so busy. I ve been checking everywhere for a new car with affordable monthly payments. I ve check this place out before awhile back online to just shop around and get an idea but never thought about going. So Saturday my car started breaking down overheating etc and a mom with two kids I couldn t afford to lose my car. So I decided to schedule appointment with Toyota and it was so worth it. I came in Monday to test drive a couple cars, and start the application process. And mind you, I m still building my credit so I walked in here I thought I wasn t gonna get approved at all. But Nicole G made the whole freaking process easy. Carlos and Nicole found a bank who approved me and today I came in to pick up my 2019 Toyota Yaris Sedan.. The only thing I didn t like was waiting but it was honestly worth it. I will HIGHLY recommend Hamer Toyota to anyone. Amazing customer service, staff and not to much coffee and donuts

I went in for just a test drive. My husband and I loved the 2020! We ended up getting a 2019 sienna xle. We LOVE it, dont get me wrong. When I questioned the sales guy and finance guy about the high mileage on a 1 year old car, they chalked it up to "it's a mini van" it wasnt until we got the the signing of a contract that we were told it was a rental. This is why I gave only 3 stars. They didnt know much about the history of the vehicle. It is a bit upsetting.

I am not even sure how to grade but because I had more of a positive experience than a negative I will go with four. I dealt with your sales girl Bernice whose service and diligence sold me and really deserves the recognition. I unfortunately could not purchase vehicle same day/on the spot because I had someone else that needed to make a decision with me. I let your team know I would be there on Monday should I decide to move forward. All is good up until this point. I arrived Monday, all is going smoothly with Bernice and then had to deal with your Sales Manager Carlos who advised they could no longer offer the deal. After going back and forth with Carlos for 30 min, I was told he would only honor the deal because I have evidence to support what I was offered. In his exact words you probably took a picture when no one was looking . I was completely turned off by this as I was made to feel like I had done something wrong and kept being told I should have purchased it same day if I was serious. 1) Someone from that department allowed me to keep the piece of paper 2) How am I as the customer supposed to know I shouldn t have it 3) It felt like it was more of a stunt for him to save the deal as the whatever manager he is. As if we ran into an issue, but here comes Carlos looking to make an exception because HE cares. No one ever advised the deal was good for 1 day and certainly didn t appreciate being made feel as if me taking a picture of something I was being offered was a sneaky move.
Had that conversation gone on for 2 min I would have walked away from the sale. The service he provided was completely unprofessional and unfortunate.
Turbulent deal agreement in the beginning, however after much bargaining, assertiveness and sticking to my guns! I eventually got the deal I wanted. My credit is not 700 nor below 644, but I had a rough time making the salesman understand that what I wanted was very simple. It is very important when purchasing a new vehicle that the customer is comfortable with the contract they're getting into. Therefore firmness,confidence and assertiveness is imperative in these situations, specially a little woman dealing with 3 big aggressive salesmen.
They really worked hard to get me the car that I wanted at a great price. Overall great hardworking people that are willing to help you no matter what.

After scheduling a service day and receiving a confirmation from the service department of the arrival of my car parts. I travel 50 miles for the service.. to find out that they didn't order the parts. I do not have words to describe my anger.
Our New Buying process was the best experience I ve had in a long time. The deal was all done over email, and some phone calls. I had to travel from Lancaster Ca and when I arrived everything that was agreed upon happened. Tiffany was my initial contact and she was so easy to talk to and secured our Deal. When I arrive Ruben was so gentle/nice. He made our family feel at ease. Ruben explained everything in detail to us and there were no surprises along the way. He even fed my kids pizza! They will always remember that. Good job to everybody on the team for making this a great experience.
Federico was very knowledgeable about the two vehicles I was considering leasing. He gave me the best care in choosing the right car. Jason's welcoming was as if we had been friends forever. Cary did his best to cement the deal. I came back in because of some specks on the body and he said it would only take about 45 min. to fix. Actually it did take longer, but he kept me updated regarding progress. The longer time was attributed to hand buffing instead of a quicker job. I am thankful for the care everyone at Hamer give me whenever I come in. That includes Mike Kushnatsian when I come in for maintenance. He is the only one I will deal with, not because anyone else has not been nice, It's just I try to be loyal to the people that consistently help me resolve any issues I may have.

This was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I ve ever had, I first found the car I wanted through an online source. I worked with Bernice, an internet rep. From Hamer Toyota. I was able to negotiate the price I desired, and made an appointment to come down to purchase the car. We met Steve Denson and he made the rest of the process hassle-free and enjoyable. He is professional and yet relaxed with a great sense of humor. Most importantly though, he knew all about the RAV4 we wanted to purchase. He answered every question and even more we didn t even know to ask. We felt valued and were treated with respect throughout the process. There was no waiting as we transitioned from one part of the process to the next. Everything went smoothly and easily. We drove away with our brand new car in record time!

I went here for 2 simple recalls and it took literally the ENTIRE day to get them done. If you want your car to be in the shop all day long, then go here. Also, not impressed with the shuttle service whatsoever. It took 2 hours to get home. I won't be going back to this dealership. Their Service Dept. is seriously lacking in Customer Service.

Marco's Flores was one of the most honest persons I met as a salesman. He helped us out (my wife and i) took everything step by step and answered every question we had. I sold cars before at Camacho auto sales and they took advantage and did people dirty, not here. He worked the same way I did, and that's with honesty and a great attitude. Overall the experience went well. Roberto is a hard working salesman with many customers who grow fond of his personality. he was personable and shared that he is from a small town of Cd. Guzman just like my family. We ended up leaving with two cars. I was in a hurry because I had to leave so the only down fall was that after the transaction was quick, financing took 5 hours. This is not including the time it took to look for a car and test drive... that was faster than financing. My score was over qualified so I am not sure why It took so long! I was ready to leave without the cars because I was so tired and hungry and full of water! I believe for more efficient customer service you should keep track of just how long a customer has been in your store. My husband had to order pizza for us that's how long I was there.
3.5/5. We bought 2 cars from them. We had great experience when we bought our car in 2008. But the experience was very bad in 2017, when we reported it they contacted us back and we went back ended up buying our new car from them. Very busy place.
I was involved in an accident which ended up in my car being totaled. I needed a new car, and I had no clue where to start so I chose Hamer Toyota first. They made me feel right at home and they walked me through the process in a manner that was beyond superb. I walked out with a 2018 Camry SE which is beyond beautiful. I am VERY SATISFIED with the 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA. I got the SE with fully equipped. It is a VERY GOOD LOOKING CAR. The Saleman was Ron and the Manager Carlos gave me a GREAT DEAL. They are very nice and if I buy another car I will coming back to HAMER TOYOTA. Thank you for EVERYTHING
