my parents bought their Sequoia here in like 2002. i bought my Prius from here last year. i bought a Prius C at 22 yrs old, trust me, i had no intention to buy one when i first came. but the sales rep heard what i needed and found the Prius C to be a great fit. I LOVE IT! Now, they have like the slowest service ever, 2 hours for an oil change! and their Internet speeds are super slow. however, the employees are incredible and so is their customer service. im here at the moment, they have donuts and coffee for customers that are waiting. they also have a cooler with water bottles available to guests, which i saw a random employee grab some and start handing them out to us waiting in the lobby.
come check this place out before you go anywhere else.

Hamer Toyota service department is top notch! They take great care of our car! And the Toyotas we buy there are troopers, they go and go and go!

I've been here a couple of times moving from out of state and I have to say the service for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection takes at least 4 hours. Given I did not make an appointment, a simple heads up would have been appreciated so I can take care of other things while I waited. Instead, I was promised a little over 2 hours which turned into 4. If I had not talk to the service guy it may have turned into 5 hours or longer, basically a quarter of a whole day. The lady before me was upset as well and said she had to wait about the same amount of time WITH an appointment. With this type of wait, the DMV sure makes itself look more promising for its services!

Went to buy wheels and it said $129 per wheel. Checked out and was great, then I get an email that the order is $180 per wheel. I called and asked if they would honor the rate and they said no. Not good customer service.

Very easy going people here with alot of help towards meeting your goal of car buying . was on my way to a different dealer but once i sat down with the folks at Hamer it was a no brainer

I went to get Corolla test drive but surprise!! All the salesman are watching TV while the costumers waiting for them in the showroom... Never go there... Don't waste your time

WARNING Let me start my phone number is BLOCKED!!! I am looking for a car and paying cash only. I went on the KBB to look at a negotiable price. The car I want is a Nissan Rogue. So I am sure it is a trade in. I spoke with Gabriel but no deal he then said it was UNAVAILABLE although there is a picture of it in the showroom advertised... He was rude but no problem. However, exactly an hour later I received a call from Oscar who said my name. I asked how did you get my number and most importantly my name...he said all phone calls were taped. I then proceeded, then you should know I NEVER gave my name or phone number. Also, do not run my credit. Maybe he already had and that is why he was calling. great credit. In actuality he had no idea about why I called. He kept trying to sell to me...I am reporting this to the police, because this might have been a 'Fishing" expedition since now he new my phone number, name and that I possibly had cash. They have a special caller id that can see your number even if it is blocked. Funny when I keep calling back no one picked up it just rang on a Saturday. Maybe I should post your number so everyone can call you without solicitation.

Purchased a used vehicle from Hamer on 12/20/18 and had a very poor customer experience.
After we showed up to purchase the car we worked for a brief period of time with our salesperson (Nicole). We were paying with a cashier's check for the car and were told we had to wait to complete the paperwork with the finance department. We were kept waiting without any communication from the salesperson for an hour and had to go back out to the receptionist to find the salesperson to get an update.
Finally we met with the finance person who had a very dour/non-customer friendly attitude. I'm sure these guys get spiffed on whatever add-ons they can sell and since we weren't buying anything other than the car he really had no interest in being cordial to us.
Cut to the chase 6 days (3 working days) later after we gave them a cashier's check for the car and we still don't have the car in our possession. They claim that it takes up to 5 working days for a cashier's check to clear and without us providing our social security number they have to wait until the funds are deposited in their account. While I understand their need to protect themselves I must say that it is an EXTREMELY poor customer experience to hand a cashier's check over to a company and then still not have the car in your possession almost a week later.
Bottom line - would not recommend this dealership, certainly for the purchase of a used vehicle.

Came in to take care of a recall notice. The staff was friendly. (6/25/20) 7am.

They don't have any good deals . I had a busy day and went in around 8.30 pm (their close time is 9PM) and the sales guy told they are already closed . I just asked him about the latest deal and all he said was ,there is a $750 off from msrp and no other deals. I think its high time they do a market study on how much other dealerships are offering . It seems they keep cars on 2nd floor of opposite building and that person was in no mood to go there, though there was half an hour for their closing time. Looking at his face I felt may be we have to climb a mountain for half day to see that car placed on top. So just left the place thinking may be I will buy a helicopter to see it from top at least once

Very, very bad experience on this dealership, I was in need of a new truck, at the dealer a sales person approached to me I asked for any discounts or incentives on tacomas hes answers was there is "never "discounts or incentives on tacomas and on top of the sticker sticker price to add another "$5000 for market value" so I asked for down payment and monthly payments the the manager show me son nunbers he showed $2500 down payment and $705 a month for 36mons, I made and offers he laughed and say no, i just walked away.........

I went to others Toyota dealer and after a week I found the same truck, the manager offers me a certificate for $2,298 he never mentioned any market value price this was my deal at "NORWALK TOYOTA"

I bought a Toyota LE at Hamer Toyota. The sales consultant, Erik was friendly and helpful. It did not take long to negotiate the price with Jason and the manager-- we got a good deal! They did not beat around the bush. Jason was very hospitable, he provided us water while waiting for credit and background check. It took a long time to to meet the finance personnel to finalize papers after we have agreed on the price. It was past our lunch time, we felt hungry and dizzy waiting. Thank goodness, Jason came in to the rescue and gave us a complimentary sandwich. Jason and Frank at finance were really friendly. I would recommend buying your car at Hamer Toyota.

First time I bought my TOYOTA from HAMER in 2012 and it aas a good experience. I am not an easy customer and every penny of the price and the financial service is important to me . I bought my second TOYOTA Priuc from Hamer Toyota in Mission Hills yesterday very quick by a fast agreement in a minute. I had a real test drive on freeway and street. All personnel were professional .They even delivered my car to my home for free . I didn't try all dealerships in Southern California but I believe you can't find better than Hamer.

I made an appointment with Steve (after being referred to him) sat down and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I drove away in my new car an hour later after getting a better deal than I had initially anticipated!

Shoutout to Frank in Financing too. I had my newborn baby with me and had just gotten her to sleep when I had to go back and sign papers. He walked me through everything in a low calming voice to ensure she stayed asleep.

I went to test drive a vehicle and the sales person didn't seem interested in selling me the vehicle. He wasn't very detailed to the accessories, interior, exterior, etc. He just mentioned that the seats were nice and bulked in for aggressive driving. I bought my car from Anna Nathan. She was extremely patient and attentive, as we worked together several days and over the span of 2 weeks. She even picked up my finance check from the bank for me and drove with me to my babysitters house to drop off my old car. She really went the EXTRA MILE.

She also impressed me with her knowledge of cars. And she didn't seem like she was trying to over sell me or push anything that I didn't truly need. She listened to my list of things that I wanted and she showed me exactly what matched them. Not once did I feel she was not on my side. I've been to other dealerships where I felt the salesperson was pushy or trying to sell you anything just to make their quota. I didn't feel an ounce of that with Anna. It was by luck that I stumbled upon her, as I ducked in the back office where I found her, attempting to dodge the aggressive salesmen that stand in herds towards the front.
