Overall the experience went well. Roberto is a hard working salesman with many customers who grow fond of his personality. he was personable and shared that he is from a small town of Cd. Guzman just like my family. We ended up leaving with two cars. I was in a hurry because I had to leave so the only down fall was that after the transaction was quick, financing took 5 hours. This is not including the time it took to look for a car and test drive... that was faster than financing.
My score was over qualified so I am not sure why It took so long! I was ready to leave without the cars because I was so tired and hungry and full of water! I believe for more efficient customer service you should keep track of just how long a customer has been in your store. My husband had to order pizza for us that's how long I was there.
