Bought a CPO Mirai here because the deal was too good to be true. Free (hydrogen) fuel for 3 years! Hector Sanchez took care of me. For once, a sales person knew more about a car I am interested than me during the buying process. He drives one himself! Watch out for the finance managers though. The negotiation isn't complete until the contract is drafted and mine successfully extracted more profit from me. ;). Still, very happy with driving using the most common element in the universe and more importantly, free for the next 3 years!

I have always brought my Toyota to Hamer for servicing (bought new there) and have always been satisfied. Had a big service bill last time because I hit a pot hole and that cost me over $800...so 5000 miles later I brought it in for a servicing and they claimed that I needed this and that and it would cost $1600... granted my car is a 2003 but it only has 85,000 miles and has all servicing etc are from these guys......I told Luis that this is so unusual that none of this showed up in my last servicing.......plus the car runs beautifully......anyway ending up spending a little over $500 because he said something doesn't need fixing yet.........WT???? Time to find another place for servicing

The sales rep Francisco did an awesome job showing all the rav4 models and was very helpful by answering all my questions. I got a great deal, low interest rate, and overall a great experience .

My husband goes to Hamer Toyota ( My mother in law has been going there for 20 years and he has been going there for about 10 years) and gets his car serviced. Service department said, "hey you have a boil on your wheel and something with the transmission that was a quick fix" So he pays and WASNT TOLD that his car wouldn't start and needed a jump. They just jumped his car, put in the notes there are issues with starting the car, DOESNT TELL MY HUSBAND, and my husband drives off. The car stalled and my husband came back. Then the service guy says, " yea we just need to jump it and it will be ok." No, it was not ok. Now it stalled again and we had to tow it back to the dealership USING OUR OWN MONEY.

Results: Car needs new battery. Service department agreed to replace battery for free but I must buy my own battery for install.

I understand cars are unpredictable but that was UNACCEPTABLE to not inform the customer of everything that was wrong with the car before we left. We were stranded and the whole ordeal was just stressful. We didn't have a car all weekend. My mother is a 27 year active duty Warrant Officer in the Army and I missed a chance to spend 9/11 with her because of this situation. We are New Yorkers born and raised and we had to FaceTime which killed our whole experience.

Everything was fine except until the moment my brother told me I got a bad deal. He make me go to California Credit Union where they are helping me get a loan with a 7.10% APR instead of the one the I got at Hammer Toyota of 15.10%. I recommend first going to your bank or credit unions companies first and see the loan you can get approved and then go shopping for a car.
All well it is what it is. I needed a car ASAP and so they sure did delivered. I just wish I could have got the car I wanted.

Had a great experience negotiating the price of my car over the phone once I had 2 other quotes. Came in saw the vehicle, had a good experience with my salesman. When going through the purchase process, I was optimizing for time and we had to wait for about 30mins for the finance guy.

I had my 2010 Toyota Camry detailed today, and I swear I felt like I was leaving with a brand new car! The service was incredible, and my service writer, Angel Lopez, was the most kind and helpful young man! If you are reading this review, and you are considering having your car taken care of, Hamer Toyota is where you want to go . . . and no, I don't personally know anyone there, but I'd adopt Angel as my grandson.

I can t say enough good things about Hamer Toyota. They will be my go to place in the future. Their Customer Service and Customer Care is by far a 10 stars out of 5. 5 stars just isn t enough. The buying process was easy, maybe a little long but definitely within reason. Finance was a pleasant experience versus what you d normally expect. Overall the process was painless and we took delivery in less then 3 hours.

I have to admit, the next day, I did have an issue which is why I feel so strongly about their customer service. With one phone call, we were able to resolve this quickly to my delight. I honestly feel the mistake was not intentional and the management responded in such a way words cannot express my gratitude. I just want to say thank you to all the staff from Hamer Toyota, especially my awesome salesman Eric Castillo and the management for caring about my feelings and my happiness with my purchase. All dealers are incredibly nice before you sign on the dotted line, but how many times can you say they are incredible after you purchased?

I received a call from someone that is interested in purchasing my car after posting it on the web. I never received a call to confirm my appointment as the person stated, so I did call them back to confirm and no surprise, this dealership is nothing but unprofessional to the max. Stay away from this dealership. The agenda of the day is to take the car at low price and most likely convince the consumer to purchase one of theirs at a higher price. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

We dropped off a Toyota Camry for an oil change. We have had suspicion about oil and filter being changed. To our surprise the filter was not changed and we found out because we marked the filter. We can no longer trust them on our Toyota services. I'm very dissapointed and when we approached and told them about the filter all they said was "I'm sorry." That's not appropriate business etiquette. Be careful with your car services at this location!!!

This dealership is extremely deceptive and unprofessional. They also try to add fees which aren't mandatory to their deals. The way they attempt to upsell is very pushy. Messages were left for the sales manager, finance manager, and even the general manager with no return call. I would stay FAR away from this place. There are PLENTY of dealerships to choose from. Beware if you do get sucked into a deal and read EVERYTHING! This place lost my business and I will not recommend this place to anyone. We ultimately decided to go with DCH Toyota of Simi Valley whom were very amicable and did not try to deceive or charge unnecessary fees.
