Wanted to go back to the place where I got engaged to my wife, called to see if we could drop in for a visit only to find out they have a reservation system and you can't just stop by, also their hours are still horrible. It turned me and my wife off from ever visiting again.

$8 for a tasting of 6 wines. They have a variety of white, red, rose, dry red and sweet red wines, plus a dessert wine. I loved the Bach's Wine, my favorite. Be sure to try holidaylicious warmed, awesome spiced wine

Wine was okay, tastings were very small compared to other places I've been. The price was reasonable but the staff wasn't super friendly. No place to sit.... had to stand during the tasting. They do not serve any water on tap so you have to buy a bottled water - not a deterrent, just stating in case you want water with your tasting.

Service was great. The guy that helped us with the wine tasting was super friendly and helpful . Not a big selection of sweet wines and that's what I like . But if you like dry wines, this is your place !

We came here for a wedding, as a guest on the second floor, of this venue. It was "HOT/MUGGY" the guest eventually start waving themselves with the artificial plates on the the table. I could not understand how any respectable business could allow this to happen. Where they just being cheap? Did the air go out that day? If so, where there no backup plans in place? How could they allow a wedding party and guest to be so uncomfortable in this indoor heat? I would not recommend this venue to "ANY-ONE".

Go.

We scheduled a wine tasting for a party only to find the doors locked. Upon inquiring, we were told that they were understaffed and closed the wine tasting area. No signs, no notification from them after multiple calls and emails setting up the reservation.

Great wine, great atmosphere, great service! The bourbon barrel white and red wines were standouts for me. I happened to be there for International Wine Day, so they had some fun specials going on too.

Customer service was nonexistent. It was as if we were inconveniencing the 'bartender' by being there. We were handed a piece of paper and told to pick 6, no information given about any of the wines. We had to ask multiple times for water. The wines were good but would not recommend a visit.

TOOK MY FAMILY FROM FLORIDA IN TO THE OLD 502 WINERY ON 10TH ST. THEY TASTED 10 DIFFERENT WINES MADE RIGHT THERE ON THE PREMISES. MY MOM LOVED THE HOSTESS AND WE ALL HAD A GOOD TIME.

Great place and great staff! However they are no longer open until 10. That was their summer hours so now they close at 8. Thursday- Saturday they are open noon to 8pm and Sundays noon to 5pm.

Cool atmosphere. Wines were hit or miss so I would do a tasting first. Service was not the best it could have been. Slow but they were friendly each time they did stop by the table! Still will go back though. They also serve beer and wine slushees, and I saw a couple bottles of Hennessy. Cheese platters and other small plates can also be ordered. They have their own parking lot so don't make the mistake of parking at the meters and paying!

We as a group made a special planned trip to the Louisville area simply for the purpose of tasting different wines. Keep in mind collectively I have toured nearly every winery in the state of Ohio, many in Indiana, Michigan, and some in West Virginia and never have I found a"sales associate" the was more unlikeable than the one that serviced us yesterday. Putting it mildly I use the word rude, lacked professionalism and just not a proper fit for customer service. For the wine sake I've tasted and experienced so many wines in the last year I can't say I have a favorite set of standards of what I like, so I open mind taste every type and style of wine. But to charge$12 dollars for a flight of tastings should have been a clue to me first off, I've never left a taster of wine without finishing it ( giving it a fair assessment) We left everything that was served to us unfinished, simply not palatable in any form or fashion. We normally leave each winery with a least a half case but left your establishment with nothing more than a bad experience and $60 bill in tastings. Save your time skip this place and devote your taste buds to somewhere else.

Went to a wine tasting with some friends and really had a great time. We got to sample six different wines for only $8 per person. Our server, Katelynn, was fun and introduced each wine with a little story about the personality of that particular variety.

OMG NO. If you are here for wine and actually like to drink wine, then this is definitely not the place for you. I sometimes like to go to these random wineries for fun to see how the wine is. I know some people which I don't but the wine here that was sweet wasn't even good. It does have a bar, and i think they serve other things, but I only had their tasting of 13 wines.

I went here a couple of years ago and it was such a great place. Prices were pretty reasonable. It was our (2 people plus me) first tasting and the bar tender was patient with us and answered our tons of questions. She was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed so many of the things we tried. Of course, a stand out was the wine slushie. We'd never had any such thing and it was delicious. I love that they sell a mix to-go so you can make the slushies at home. They also had a chocolate wine that I honestly didn't expect to like as I'm not a huge fan of sweets but it was actually really good. I loved all of the things they sold in the store as well besides wine like stationary, keychains, cups etc... The only sad part is that I live 6 hours away. I can't wait to stock up again on my next trip.

We went here with our friends and were gave a piece of paper and told to pick 6 wines from the list. When we asked about the different wines, the lady serving the wine didn t know anything about them. Then she left us to attend to regular customers at the other end of the bar. I had to wave my money to get her attention to even pay for our tasting. We didn t purchase any wine nor would we recommend this winery. The wine was just so so tasting.
