Love their garden center. They have unusual plants.

Just had the best experience at that strore. Bought a pair of Costa's there today had a employee/manager let me test out the glasses out in the sun to make sure it was what I wanted. On top of that made sure walked out rockin a free AMERICA Costa hat!!.
They just made a life long customer...plus they have a nice knife display

Pricey but employees way more helpful than Lowes or Home Depot.

The best Ace hardware on the planet. Garden center is tremendous. Smith & Wesson are the friendly store cats while you shop.

This store is the "last resort" here you can find what Home Depot or Lowes don't have. Several times I managed to buy the sought-after goods. The store employs good and kind people who are very helpful even when the goods are not available on their shelves.

Old time hardware store vibe that has a little bit of everything. Great plant selection. Staff is available for questions and help. Not like the big box stores where you can't find anyone to help you. A little more expensive on some things but it is a great experience shopping here.

Best Ace Hardware in Jacksonville! They have a large, incredible selection of hardware here and hard to find items that other hardware stores don't stock. The store is kept very clean and well organized. I like supporting local business as opposed to Amazon and billionaire Bezos. It's too bad I live far away or I would come here more often!

Great store more than expected, if they don't have it, you probably don't want it. If close start here first before Lowe's and HD. LOCAL SUPPORT IS GOOD BUSINESS

They always have that odd sized bolt, screw, and that one thing you need quickly for a project. Yeah, their prices are a bit higher but sometimes it's worth it not to have to drive across town to the bigger stores. I am always asked if I need help finding anything, always appreciate the quick check out, and, since it is a smaller store, it's nice to see the same faces with each visit to ask how your last project went. You don't get that at the larger stores! Ace Hardwares are locally owned and operated franchises and the owner and employees have a vested interest in doing it right. Closest thing to a small town hardware store you can get.

Always helpful, knowlegable staff to help with all your hardware needs.

Workers were not wearing masks. This is disrespectful to people like me who are at greater risk. This is a legal risk. Other places I go to wear masks.

While the part I needed was not available from them, the employee made every effort to find what I needed. He then suggested the part I was looking for would more likely be at an auto parts store. The service he provided was very thorough and his suggestion was on the mark. My experiences at that store have ALWAYS been very friendly and helpful as to the most effective use of the product.

I have visited all of the local hardware stores, and it is true, the big box stores do offer a higher quantity of products, but it is almost always Ace that has the unique items I am looking for... And the service is amazing... Not only do the employees seem happy to be an Ace team member, they are incredibly knowledgeable and will not stop until they find what you are looking for or find an answer to your concern... And most impressive to me, they do not just tell you where something is, they actually walk you there to make sure it is exactly what you need... Give them a try, you will not be disappointed (unless you need 100 of something then a big box store may have them beat :)...

Enjoy this store...little bit of everything and prices are good. Try them... LP fill ups too...

First time there and it was nice. Clean, organized, friendly staff, treats and coffee handed out. Huge store with tons of stuff. Best Ace I've been to!

Selection and prices are quite good. When Lisa, the outdoor manager is there, I can get what I need be it info or order plants. When she's not, no one knows anything. Still better than overpriced stores or those that buy butterfly plants that have been treated to kill ALL bugs. Those look great but wont support the environment. Butterfly caterpillars are "bugs".

This place has all you need for work around the house and plenty of "outdoor toys," too. Staff is outstanding!

You can't ask for better service. Some items are more expensive then say Lowe's or home depot but some are much cheaper. About 50/50

Very well-stocked friendly staff lots of plants and knowledgeable sales folks in the nursery. Store is well organized and the smell of fresh popped popcorn fills the air available for free at the front of the store. So much more than just a hardware store.

They always have what I need. Little pricey but better than driving miles to gwt what I need. I like they have bolts, washers and nut you can buy individual than bulk.

I have been a very frequent, and very satisfied, customer of my local Hagan Ace store since I moved to the area 6 years ago. When I went there yesterday, however, I was extremely upset to see that, in spite of the mask orders in affect, that one of the cashiers and two workers who were installing a display wore no masks. If customer satisfaction is such a primary concern for this store, then how can customer safety not be?

Great garden section. I pick up all my carnivorous plants here. A tiny bit on the expensive side, but c'est la vie.

Price and selection of tools is mediocre at best. But since they're all locked up in a glass case where you can't even shop for the right size pliers.. no thanks. Went across the street to O'Reillys and got in and out.

Ace usually has a solution. I was installing an electronic item and dropped some tint screws. Hagen had them. Fixed my problem for $2.38.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and is much more than just a hardware store. Its a home improvement store.
