I have been a very frequent, and very satisfied, customer of my local Hagan Ace store since I moved to the area 6 years ago. When I went there yesterday, however, I was extremely upset to see that, in spite of the mask orders in affect, that one of the cashiers and two workers who were installing a display wore no masks. If customer satisfaction is such a primary concern for this store, then how can customer safety not be?
