Best selection of house plants I have seen in Jax! LOVE it!

Always helpful and friendly. Very clean store. Good selections from hardware to tools, paint, plants, water boards, grills and accessories. Personal service you will not get at the big box stores.

Great staff and fantastic selection for stihl and the garden center.

Staff always goes out of their way to assist. Do many of the staff members have been there for years and are a wealth of information. A friendly face greets you when entering. Great variety of merchandise. It's more of a family than a store. I've been shopping there since they were loated across the street where the gate gas station is located. 20+ years. If there had a way of giving them 10 stars, I would immediately do so

I just love this particular location. It is close to home and easily accessible via San Jose Blvd. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.
Ace hardware has a very good selection. There always a staff member close by that can help you find what you are looking for or help you figure out how to complete a project. Unlike a big box store you do not have to look for help they are there.

I love this hardware store. They always seem to have something to solve my problem. I buy plants there. And if I am gift shopping for someone that is hard to buy for, I always find something there.

98% of what you're looking for to get the Job done and then some. Their Merch is great and the help is better. Great Ace.

I believe in good value to price. This place is so much more expensive than to just go to Lowe's. I'm just not going to pay triple the amount for convenience.

I only shop here if I know exactly what I need and I am 100% sure they have the item. Even then, I am hesitant to enter the store. Terrible customer service, high prices, and poor inventory.

I was blindsided today at Hagan ace on san jose in mandarin..... I went in for a simple quart of paint, nothing special.... Just needed to touch up a mail box post..... The paint employee set me up with a quart of valspar semi gloss, nothing special.... To my horror when in got to the check out...... $24. 99.... Yes folks, just a simple quart of mediocre paint....... I felt violated..... I needed to finish the project, and the cashier stated that once its mixed in was pretty much on the hook... If in wasnt in a hurry, in would have just left..... Hagen ace should be ashamed gouging its customers for plain old paint...... They have lost my business forever.... And in know alot of people and love to talk

I was able to get a part for my electric smoker that Lowe's didn't have.

Pretty good store. Nice people. Some know more than others, so help is sometimes a little difficult if your hardware issues are difficult.

Outstanding service and nice people. This is what separates them from the big box stores. Plus, there's a lot of unexpected stuff in the store you won't find other places. Very nice experience.

This is a first-rate Ace. Prices are somewhat higher than the big box stores, but the service is much better. If you need hardware of any kind,then this is the place to go

Ace IS the place! I love going to this store. If I need help I know someone will be there for me. Their plant prices are a little high, but there are deals if you look. Also, the plant you re buying will have been better cared for while it has lived there than other places.
