The class registration is awful. Nearly impossible to reset password. The phone app rarely has the class to register. The locker rooms are disgusting - Supreme Sports Club. I ve been a member for two years and if it weren t for this one trainer I wouldn t continue.

My kids love the camp but the operations is absolutely horrible. My children have been going for years and the camps start at 0830 but in the past they have allowed for drop off up to 15 min earlier without a charge. Greed hs gotten the best of columbia association in so many ways it is sad. Now two weeks prior to ending the summer camps, they will not allow the kids to come any earlier then 830 without paying extra fees. However, prior to registering the children, I confirmed that 0815 was the earliest drop off for regular camp days. The camp director continually goes back on his word as last year we were told 0815, the front desk to the camps say 0815, but now it a change of policy in the middle of the summer year.... Columbia academy is a better bang for your buck and they do not treat people like they are just a dollar sign! ..... The only reason I have two stars is because the kids like the camps but this will indeed be the last year they attend as they got too money hungry..... And that's just one example of how greed has gotten the best of them!

I was considering purchasing a Columbia Association membership, but I couldn't I make sense of their membership types. They offer plans such as "CA Fit & Play", "1FIT", and "Play", among others. The plan names are not intuitive, and the descriptions for each plan are hard to find on their website. Ultimately, I decided it was not worth the effort.

Even though some courts can be hard to reach with it's linear court design, these are the courts to be at! With a staff that will provide ice & pens till all the the trees in the world have been used, you will definitely leave the courts satisfied. Minus 1 star for the Fall bugs.

First, I will say that I have had a great experience as a member of Haven on the Lake. However, since the pandemic, I opted to put my membership on hold for the cost if $10/month. I have been directly impacted by COVID-19 (immediate family members), and I'm not comfortable in shared/close spaces at this point. As a result, I called C.A. and left messages that I wanted my account to remain on hold. They're working remotely, so I assume they aren't checking messages. Friday, they took $148 from my account -- Unauthorized. Getting the matter rectified has been impossible and the Customer Service is horrible. I don't have the bandwidth to continue going back and forth with them. I'll be filing against C.A. in small claims court this week. Such a shame that this is what a business does to individuals during a pandemic. I'll be terminating my membership as well.

Continued lawsuit against Symphony of Lights shows total lack of understanding of affairs in 2020. Classic HOA "Not on my lawn" type position that neglects community, regional desires.
