Good range of well made fashionable clothes. Staff were excellent.

A lovely central branch of Hackett, possibly their flagship. Very good selection available "off the peg", although few things can only be found online.

Sometimes very busy, but staff are always available, are friendly and polite.

For a more serene experience, albeit with a more limited selection, visit a smaller branch such as at One New Change.

Great flagship store :) It is beautifully decorated and the staff was really friendly. Very nice, I found another discount, which was given to me when I asked again. I look forward to the next visit.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! The staff do not return your emails, phone messages and do not stick to their promises. disappointing to see that a brand like this has got to this level! Would not recommend going to this branch to anyone.

I really like the layout of this store. The staff are very knowledgeable and there's a great selection. Definitely worth a stop in.

Always found that staff are attentive and the quality of Hackett products is excellent. Pricey but great.

Poor customer service, the guys, who are working there, seem to be arrogant and not interested in helping customers. We went there to buy a wedding suit, and were quite disappointed to see shop assistants ignoring their clients and not even smiling to them.

I was looking for a suit for my wedding but not ready to buy yet. The assistant was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They showed me lots of options and really helped me understand what I need to be considering. On top of that, whilst the clothes are by no means cheap, the suits are particularly good value for what you get.

Love the mens clothing in here, impressed with this store and layout, and absolutely loved the Christmas lights in 2018. They really make an effort here in the Regent Street store! Definitely worth a visit.

Female employees are very friendly and helpful, male employees, somehow, extremely arrogant. Should not be like that (last part).

Since my review Hackett has tried much harder and the manager (Ian) did an excellent job of getting me good service which meant I bought a lot of clothes that I wanted from here. Good outcome in the end.

I have come across very original items that have become fond of and that I regard as classy and classic! Unfortunately, not everything is of my likeness, but still, this is a good store with good customer service.

Their tailoring services are not the best ones, and sometimes lacks experience.
The customer service, management and quality of products are on level.

It is on Regent Street so it is extremely busy. However that being said it's a fairly expensive range of products, not the highest in the world but certainly not for everyone and for that price tag you expect a certain level of service. It felt difficult to actually get anyone's attention, the staff seemed generally disinterested and busy with either each other or other customers who were more eager to buy immediately rather than me, who more so wanted to take time and have a more personal experience as I've heard Hackett offer.

I did not feel too welcome and in fact felt like I was being looked down on and did not belong in the store if I wasn't buying something.

Instead I travelled to the Covent Garden store, where it was much quieter and the service I received there thankfully restored my faith in this company, however I shan't be returning to this store.

Hackett as a company/brand isn't the problem here, it's mainly just how busy the store is. Perhaps if you visit when it's quieter or if you get a helpful sales person it's a nicer experience.

It receives two stars primarily just for the selection of choice, but I think ordering in and collecting from a quieter store is the way to go.

Do not order be spoke suits there. I put 1 star because I got the suits I ordered 6 months later, yes 6 months. And the second star because despite having to wait 6 months, I still like my suits. Any shop will be faster than this.

Just visited the store. Customer service is horrendous. Staff especially males are unhelpful and unfriendly. Hackett seems to have hired them to stand around but not to serve customers. Not going to buy anything from Hackett ever.

Design and Fitting are top-notch, Staff services are great

British clothing. Long dreamed of buying in England is the English suit.
The fitting of trousers in height lasts for 2 weeks (super fast 3-5 days)
Costume tailoring will take 5-7 weeks. But the quality is worth it :)

Friendly, great advice, young and vibrant, staffs are all very professional , Perfect for guys like to dress up but do not want all the fuss. Excellent customer service, and great style tips , love the whole shopping experience. Big Big thanks

What a disappointment experience at your store Hackett Regent Street! Flew all the way from Switzerland for a tailor made suit appointment for our wedding to be told there is no one here to help us. The staff that took the appointment no longer works here and no one bothered to tell us about it. Only 1 lost staff seems with no plan or idea of what is going. What a shameful experience. Is that really the type of experience you want to deliver to your customers??

Friendly staff, but less than last year . I like this store.

Awful quality and the worst customer service!
I used to buy all my clothes from them but after buying a turtle neck that after washing it for the first time the wool threads were falling off and holes appeared all over the product.
I do not know how they call themselves high end retail.

Very good fitting of the polo t-shirt and nice layout of the store. Staff are very nice and good behavior. I love to go everyday.

Not very Lucky with the brand in Madrid or London. In Madrid, it looks like if the brand and the staff are more important than the customer and in London, we ve been ten minutes alone at the men floor and nobody to attend us under the observation of the barber who kindly went downstairs to reach a seller without any success.

I bought a suit at this store. It fitted almost perfectly, except for the trousers pockets that stuck out. They told me they could fix it, it would take no more than 2 weeks, but they have to charge me for the alterations. Three weeks later no news. I get them on the phone -which they pick up occasionally- but they can't find my suit. I come to the store, they look for it for half an hour, then tell me that there is no point in me waiting and that they will call me when they find it. I leave, they call me 10 minutes later: they found it, great. I come back, try it on, and the pockets look exactly the same as before. One salesman tells me maybe they forgot to do the alterations. Another tells me that they may have altered it the wrong way. They decide that something definitely has been done, although they are not sure what. At that point I give up and take the suit as it is. At no point did they offer to refund me for the alterations that may or may not have been done. They did offer to deliver the suit at my place when they thought it was lost, they were always polite and friendly, but the end result is that it took a long time to get a suit that I will have to take to a proper tailor.

My personal feeling about Hackett: a brand with elegant salesmen and fancy decorated store, that manages to pass as an old, luxury, Savile Row style shop... as long as they're just selling their ready-made shirts and ties. Anything else is out of their league, they will fall short of expectations and you will feel like you're buying a suit from Topman at 3 times the price.
