I am "beyond" happy being able to store at Beyond Self Storage. It is convenient, new, secure, climate controlled, and immaculate. It even smells good. I drive in and park close to my locker. (I am on the ground floor.) What a relief after the warehouse I used to store my stuff in. I highly recommend BSS!
Immaculate, well-lit, climate controlled space on inside aisle so no worries about bad weather coming or going. Outstanding manager, Michelle, on hand. I stored very valuable furniture and art work and was able to arrange shipment without having to be on hand thanks to the security system and watchful staff. Imo this is the best storage option for the St. Louis metro area -- especially useful to Clayton due to proximity and excellence of staff and facility. They take pride in their business and it shows. Store here with 100% confidence.
This was our first experience with Beyond Self Storage. The facility is immaculate, secure and the bays are very easy to access even on upper floors. Plenty of hand trucks available so we never had to wait even during the busy time of year end college move out. The location is very convenient to colleges. Michelle and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and made the entire process a great experience, I highly recommend BSS.

New storage facility here in Maplewood. Rent is on par with other locations maybe a touch higher. The cost is worth it for the cleanliness of the bays and ease of access. Staff is very helpful
What an amazing customer service. Alice has been beyond nice, helpful, kind I have no words to express who awesome she is. I never ever had such an amazing experience. Also, Michelle was so kind and they want to make sure their customers are happy and their needs are met. I am still in aaaaa from exceptional service. Way to go.
Just moved in today, and the experience was far better than I could've imagined! The facilities are spotless and brand new. Everything is clean. It's all indoors, but super well ventilated. Not to mention, the prices were great-- especially with the "1/2 off the first 3 months deal"! But the manager on-site really made it nice. She went above and beyond to make sure our storage process was as easy as possible. She offered water as soon as we came in. She pointed out that the unit I reserved was far away from the elevators, so she found one closer to the elevator and offered to reassign me. And, when I wrongly tried backing the moving truck in, she opened their side gate so I had more room to turn the moving truck around. You could really tell she loved helping and really cared about us. Thanks Michelle! Would definitely recommend.

also the air/ventilating system has a really oppressive smell- probably an "air freshener" but highly artificial/chemical and not fresh in the least. made me want to get outside as fast as possible.

Never heard of the place before I rented from them strictly due to location. I had previously rented from public storage and it had been a nightmare with their rising rates that had jacked my rent up 50 percent in about six or 9 months. Don t rent from public storage. But beyond storage was easy. Had a great deal, super staff, extremely clean and I m glad I rented from them. Will work with you and aside from COVID changing everyone s life mid step, it was a dream. they are some of the nicest people you ll meet. If you are in the dog town, Brentwood, Maplewood area this should the only place you check out. You ll thank me later.

Brand new facility with a MICE PROBLEM. Moved multiple items into a first floor unit and mice had been in the unit, eating a hole through and expensive rug.
What s even worse is that we filed an insurance claim (insurance is included in your rental) but management told us we couldn t close our contract (we moved out) otherwise the claim couldn t be processed. Therefore requiring us to pay for an empty unit.
Be careful if you plan to store items here.

Beyond Self Storage exceeded all my expectations. I had a wonderful experience storing my personal belongings at the McCausland location. Michelle, who works at the front desk, was great to work with and even helped me find low-cost, excellent movers. I would 100% use again and recommend to others.

Wow. My husband and I went to this storage place because of its location. The self storage world was new to us. Alice Bunker, asst store mgr, met us at the door and completely impressed us with her knowledge and her ability to answer every one of our questions. The actual facility was clean and bright. Alice took us up the elevator and showed us the rooms that were sizes we'd been considering.
I didn't take us long to know that we were in the right place for storing our stuff for a few months. Thanks, Alice!

Really great! Brand new facility--still has that "new storage unit smell". They always say in the fine print "you can't live in your storage unit"; this is the first time I've ever thought, "hmm... that's not a bad idea...". That's how nice it is! Great rates, great service. They earned every star.

When I initially signed up for storage at Beyond Storage I thought it would be a slightly less than pleasant experience because moving is never fun. Then I met Michelle. Michelle is one of the nicest, most efficient, loveliest people I have ever met. She immediately went out of her way to help me and provide me a full array of options to suit my needs. Her work was impeccable, she anticipated my needs and she made my life so much easier. Not only this, but she was so sweet and helpful with my movers and the realtors I was working with. Beyond Storage went from a place that I never wanted to visit to a place I felt at home and supported. She is the best employee I have encountered in any industry, she goes above and beyond in every situation no matter how small and y'all are so so lucky to have her. Michelle adn Misha at the Beyond Self Storage off McCausland Avenue in St. Louis are the best.From the first inquiry phone call, they were professional, prompt, and helpful. The process of renting two units was fast and organized. The facility is clean and well managed. Their communication and friendliness is refreshing. They go above and beyond to help renters with their needs. For example, I forgot the keys to my lock and had a crew helping me move. Rather than spend an hour driving back home to retrieve the keys and paying my help for the delay, Michelle cut the lock off and 15 minutes later was loading in the unit. I would highly recommend this Beyond Self Storage for storage needs, I have been nothign but impressed by the exceptional staff.
Transitions are... interesting, to say the least. Not only does the staff make it as easy as humanly possible, but the facility is immaculate as well. Maybe I could save a few dollars by putting my stuff in a more sketchy facility, but the piece of mind is well worth it at Beyond Self Storage.

We've had a great experience through and through with Beyond Self Storage. From the first rep I spoke with on the phone, to the friendly man in the office who gave us a tour and signed us up, and finally to the move in process and continuous use of the unit. The facilities are clean, well kept, and the drive in is such a help on rainy days. We would (and have) recommended it to everyone.
Everyone at this location was very friendly and quite helpful. We chose this facility because of its location. We will definitely be using it again next summer. A week after we had moved in all of our belongings and left St. Louis we got a call from the office. They had been doing their random weekly checks and noticed that we had not properly locked our unit. They called me immediately. Unfortunately, we were 12 hours away. We mailed them one of our keys and they properly locked our unit for us after taking a picture of all the items inside. Three months later we clear out from the unit and everything was there. We appreciate their honesty and concern.

I needed a space that was conducive to moving antique furniture and art in and out on a regular basis for my business. Safe, (3 key codes to enter or leave, 40 cameras, well lit), climate controlled and meticulously clean. This company has perfected the modern day storage unit business. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted or what size would be right for my needs. Leslie and Jenn are two extremely approachable and down to earth people who took ample time to show me multiple units, explain the terms of my agreement for a unit and make sure I was comfortable with the facility. If you're in need of some extra storage, and you'd like to be at a company that actually cares about having you as a client and earning your business, look no further than here.

Rented a 3rd story unit for over a year. Very clean and new. All staff (especially Michelle!) were very friendly and accommodating. Great customer service. I appreciate the extended access hours. I wish it was 24 hour access but appreciate and understand the need for security. Drive-up indoor access extremely convenient. Especially in the winter. Highly recommend.

Although I just obtained a unit from this facility I'm still going to give it five (5) stars at this point. Time will tell if they maintain this rating. I was extremely impressed with the facility overall. The fact that it's brand new and that all the units are climate controlled is a real plus. The prices are VERY reasonable and actually less than places where I've rented previously for a unit that wasn't climate controlled. I also like the hours I'm able to access my unit also much better than places I've used in the past. I was very impressed with the security of the facility, gated, requiring a code for access with lots of cameras which gives me real peace of mind knowing that my belongings are safe and secure. I especially like that you can drive into the facility to access your unit since it is covered without being exposed to the elements. This will be a particularly nice feature at times when there is inclement weather. Lastly, kudos to Jonathan Brush, the manager who assisted me with my unit. He was very professional, took the time to show me several units in an effort to help me make a decision, was very thorough and answered all of my questions. A very positive and pleasant experience.
