Very disappointed with My visit. I went in for an oil change. They said that if I scheduled an appointment it would cut my wait time as opposed to if I just walked in. I scheduled one and yet they took nearly 3 hours to finish up my car. I understand Saturday s are busy but when you SCHEDULE your appointment then they should give you priority. Also, the service that was done was horrible. Whoever did the job didn t do it right. Tymon was the one who took my information, so idk if he was the one to do the job as well. They left a screw extremely loose causing lots of oil to be leaking out. Luckily my husband noticed it this morning and FIXED it himself. The work was done on Saturday and today is Wednesday, meaning it has been leaking for days already! Little things like this can cause big damage to someone s vehicle and I m not trying to pay for something that was caused by someone else s mistake.
