Knowledgeable staff, clean facility and de assortment of equipment.

I've been a member for almost 10 years. There's a great selection of equipment, the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, they're open 24 hours, and the facility is very clean. It's the best gym around!

It is open 24 hrs. There are plenty of machines and you never have to wait. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Everyone is treated the same, no matter their fitness level, they are always willing to help all members and are very supportive.

Been a member for years now, great gym with a very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of machines to use and very clean and organized. Great rates as well. Free WiFi and tanning included with membership.

I was in town for a week or so and needed a place to work out and found this gym on the internet. A little unsure of what a small town gym my offer, I thought I might give it a try. Wow This is most equipped gym I ve been to. Everything is new and clean. I ve been to many Golds Gyms, high end gyms in Indy and this gym without question in the best The staff was friendly and reasonably priced. I would recommend it to any one including Arnold and the Hulk

Really disappointed with the staff and quality of the fitness equipment. I ended up cutting myself on one of their rusty machines and asked an employee if they had any medical equipment (Bad aids, cleaning supplies). The employee barely looked away from his phone and told me "I should go to a real doctor". I know understand why many people are switching from this gym.

Serious 24/7 gym, they even have a generator and keep open when the town loses power!

Very rude and unprofessional when cancelling a membership. Said only way to cancel was to come in in person. I said I was on vacation and asked if they could be mailed to my house. Spoke with both Steve and Bruce and he said just come in when back. I said I wouldn't be back in time and didn't want to be forced to pay another month. He said sorry can only do it in person. I asked again why they couldn't be mailed. After speaking with both of them for 30 minutes Bruce finally says fine just mail in a letter. He could have said this from the beginning instead of beating around the bush and trying to play hardball. Come to find out it is acceptable and legal to send a certified letter to cancel a gym membership. He will do anything to inconvenience you when trying to cancel a membership and it seems based on past review he's been doing this for years. Be wary of joining. I wouldn't want to be someone who moves and wants to cancel their membership with them. Not the best way to run a business!!

Absolutely awful company. Cancelled my membership and they still tried to make me pay a month I wasn't going along with getting a letter from a depth collector lmao. Overpriced gym very rude on the phone when spoken with the owner hopefully I save other people from this place of business they only care about the money not about the people who go there. Good luck to others who will have this problem. Again beware of this shady business

I have had the opportunity to work out at other gyms (when I travel) over the course of time. For nearly the past 20 years. I have been a member of Guaranteed Fitness. I see Guaranteed Fitness being second to none. The development of the facility over the past few years has been awesome. Free weights, machines and cardio equipment is brand new and state of the art. The facility is always clean and the staff is always professional and very knowledgeable. Further, during these times with Covid-19 the cleanliness has been a clear priority and the staff has been extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Guaranteed Fitness. Great job to the owner and the staff!

I love this place. Well equipped. Staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. They are constantly evolving the space to make sure every square inch of the building is utilized with new equipment.

I've been coming to this gym for nearly four years , and I love the atmosphere here . The staff is always helpful and always cleaning ! It's the cleanest gym I've ever been to by far and the equipment is perfect . They upgraded the equipment twice since I've joined .

I live in Italy,Texas and I stop in for day visits a couple times a year . Every time I come in , there's something new and improved . Love this place . Equipment and staff are top notch , wish it was located in Texas .

The gym itself was nice to attend for free on friday nights, however I was extremely discerned when I went to apply for a membership and was told about a maitence fee and contract I would have to sign as well as giving them my bank account information, as they "don't accept cash", after being told there were no hidden fees and contracts and it'd only be 30$ a month. Suppose Ill spend my money that wouldve covered those hidden fees and a membership on gym equipment and save some money & my time.

They have a wide variety of machines, exercise classes and now a boxing room as well. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

A little more pricey than the chain name Jim but well worth it for the extras they offer you. I love the boxing equipment in the boxing room. All kinds of different classes and trainers available and very welcoming and accommodating to new customers always willing to help. It's because of all these things that I will never join another gym.

I have been coming here for over a year. The employees are very bored here, besides sitting on their phones all day and doing nothing
they come bother paying customers and yell at them instead of politely telling them what they're doing wrong. The staff needs proper training on how to handle simple situations which is why they make minimum wage.

I specifically moved to the area to train at this gym. The equipment is updated regularly, staff is professional and knowledgeable, and the place is spotless. I ve never had a single problem there in 5 years, and Problems have always seemed to follow throughout my life looking for the right gym. I m not going anywhere and if you value your training and are close enough? You d be foolish to go there too.

Don t waste your time touring gyms and compensating for lack of cleanliness, equipment quality, and or availability. GF offers one of the largest sqft gyms in the state, professionally taught classes, and affordable monthly costs that you never have to chase down. Their 24/7 operation (magnetic slide key) accommodates everyone s schedules and never dictates when you get to workout. Staff & management are extremely professional and keep this place cleaner than any other facility I have ever been to. Don t waste your time looking around, start and end here.

I've been coming to this gym for 3 years now, and for those three years I've seen impressed beyond belief. The equipment is regularly updated, and the floors and locker rooms are spotless. The boxing side of the gym is no exception, even attracting some of Massachusetts' best pros.

This is my gym and it's amazing! The price is right and the staff is helpful.

I recently had to quit because I moved , my new gym in Connecticut pales by comparison . Damn , I miss this place ...

I went here before and am now a returning customer. The updates are awesome and with plenty of machines to go around. Kept very clean.

Kind of pricey not very big but always able to get a machine

I initially joined when I graduated from college in 1995 , and every time I come back to Massachusetts , I stop in to work out and it improves over the last time . If you live in the area , join !

I am out of town and needed a place to workout. They were very nice and professional. The daily workout price ($10) is fair and they offer a $25 a week price too. Great wifi and a lot of equipment with nautilus machines. You won't be disappointed. Go to their website and take the virtual tour. Highly recommended and I will return.
