From the full fledge up stairs boxing gym, to the instructed classes & boot camp workouts. This gym has everything you ll be looking for. With every piece and style of lifting equipment, you ll never find yourself waiting or looking for more (Even during peak hours). Don t waste your time touring gyms and compensating for lack of cleanliness, equipment quality, and or availability. GF offers one of the largest sqft gyms in the state, professionally taught classes, and affordable monthly costs that you never have to chase down. Their 24/7 operation (magnetic slide key) accommodates everyone s schedules and never dictates when you get to workout. Staff & management are extremely professional and keep this place cleaner than any other facility I have ever been to. Don t waste your time looking around, start and end here.
