Shame there's not a zero star option. Owners attitude is as bad as the things she sells.

Katrina Phillips is a very unique independent shop that not everyone can understand or appreciate. Some of the reviews above are very unfair. I happened to be in the shop when one of the reviewers was in the shop and they were insanely aggressive. We were all shocked and Katrina had to ask them to leave the shop. Something she has rarely done in all her years. It is very hard to be an independent retailer these days where visitors feel entitled to be as rude as they want without any comeback. Retailers are human beings too not someone 'customers' can abuse at their will. Katrina has an exceptional reputation amongst her clientele. Let not these unwarranted and rude reviewers influence anyone. The right to give a review does not mean anyone can trash someone or an establishment they don't understand from an experience that was pretty much their own doing.

Katrina sells beautiful and unique pieces, she is passionate and knowledgeable and cares about every object and its designer, from the tiniest bowls to the largest sculptures. It's unusual to meet someone so helpful and willing to offer advice as Katrina.<3

I saw these fantastic gold leaf coconut bowls in the shop and had to buy them! A really unique find! The lady there was also super nice and knew everything about where the bowls came from which was interesting.
