Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. HUGE WAIT TIMES. No live customer service chat ON THE WEEKENDS. With my time and effort to try to set up Sonos (my retailer didn t want to mess with installation) and add a SUB to my existing system I could have paid for the Bang and Olefsun system I really wanted.

Great speakers wifi speakers. I use the connect amp to control speakers on the deck and throughout the house. Plus I have a few satellites to complement the connect amps. They always just work! Keep killing it Sonos!

WOW. Ever since CEO Spence said older hardware will no longer be supported . It has been a living hell dealing with their customer service, 4 days still no resolve. Finally had to dispute the fraudulent charges with my CC company. What ever happen to Hello how may I help you . Not in the 21 century . Do not buy their product .

Bricking older models of a perfectly working product is one of the most environmentally abusive policies I've even seen from a corporation. This practice alone ensures that I'll never buy a sonos product. Encouraging consumers to landfill a working product is shameful, this company should be avoided like the plague. You could have built a quality update able product built to last many years, instead you sell disposable trash. Corporate scumbag practices like these which place increasing profits over any semblance of responsible behavior is why the world is overheated and clogged with trash, rot in hell sonos.

I love SONOS products and happened to be visiting Santa Barabara. Unfortunately there is no company store or any sort of accommodation for "fans" to visit. I woulda bought a hat or T-shirt if I coulda.

I've been a loyal Sonos promoter / brand evangelist for a long time. I've invested thousands of $ of Sonos equipt that will soon be headed for the trash can due to org leadership decisions.

I would never have invested big $ in Sonos if I had any idea what their organizational values where.

As Sonos customers for about 4 months now, my husband and I are sorely disappointed with your speakers and your customer service. We have had issues with our Sonos speakers skipping music ever since the day we plugged them in. We have sent in a great amount of diagnostics and have been in contact with your technical support for about 4 months. Only yesterday were we elevated to Level 2. And now you are only going to HAVE A LEVEL 2 TECH CALL AND WALK US THROUGH DIAGNOSING THIS SAME ISSUE WE HVE HAD WITH YOUR SPEAKERS SINCE THE BEGINNING?????? What kind of customer service is this? Daily we deal with songs skipping on each of our speakers. Our kids wonder what happened to the Disney song they were singing along too. Friends who have come over laugh at our Sonos speakers because the music skips so constantly. We attempted to play music through our Sonos speakers during our holiday party and the vibe almost died because our Sonos speakers had so many issues playing music. I am beginning to wonder if these Sonos speakers just belong in the waste bin. At this point, there is no way that I can recommend Sonos to anyone!

This despite a Congressional testimony from the CEO Our business model is simple we sell products which people pay for once, and we make them better over time with software updates, Spence said. Sad to say, but the company has gone down hill over the past few years. I first learned of the Sonos products from a friend who was passionate about them. He told me they sounded great, were easy to install and use and had amazing customer service. I decided to purchase one. I was hooked. Everything he told me was true and I became a passionate user too. Everywhere I went I told friends and coworkers about it. I loved all six of my Sonos devices. Unfortunately I have to report that what started so well has become a real disappointment. Over the past year or so my system has become unreliable. From time to time my speakers drop out and I only get music in a few rooms or none at all. Another speaker keeps getting disconnected from my system and I have to reinstall it. The worst part is that I tried to reach the company to resolve my issues (like I did in the early days of my ownership) and and all I get is a request to submit information by email and wait days for a response. What happened to the world class customer support I remember? Sadly it is long gone. I can no longer passionately or even dispassionately recommend purchasing the Sonos product line. I am looking into other alternatives and will update my post when I find a better solution.

1 - How come all of the systems in my home such as, thermostat, security, lighting, etc., can automatically restart after a power or internet cable loss - but I have to restart the Sonos system manually?

2 - How come I can control all of my systems remotely in my house, EXCEPT Sonos?

We have some ongoing issues with our Sonos system ...

We have some ongoing issues with our Sonos system and the customer supper team do not reply. The sad part is that the older items are no longer supported. We have speakers up to 5 years old and paid full price for them. They quit working and we are out the money. Paying this much for a speaker that sounds great until it just stops working seems like a waste of money and more electronic garbage that hopefully can be recycled.
