They should focus on boats. They don't care about who made them, truckers. Boxes have dove in quality, staff is hit or miss. I've gone in 2 times to order a headache closet and left both times mad. The salesman had never sold one and had no clue.

Bought a headache rack for a F250 and got a universal fits all that really doesn't fit right without serious mods

Great product easy to install already putting it to use on my 09 f350 the bed rails come in handy way more than you think too. Definitely going to be ordering a tool box in the future no doubt about it

Very easy order process! Installation was handled at their facility rather than a third party which was the ultimate reason to purchase from them directly.

HPI makes a great product. They re just a bit out of price range for a lot of cost-conscious people. The lifetime warranty is nice, but the follow through suffers some. Love that they re headquartered in the Rogue Valley

Cannot recommend Highway Products enough... Had a unique flatbed design the salesman and engineers created, the install went perfect and the product is a head turner. The quality of the construction and welds is fantastic.

These products are expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I didn t pull my truck far enough ahead before starting the auto-level on my fifth-wheel trailer, and the trailer positioned itself so the kingpin was resting on the companion box. I stopped it right away and don t know exactly how much weight was actually on the box, but it wasn t insignificant. I was sure I ruined my brand new box, but it didn t even have a scratch on it. I couldn t believe it. I ve been extremely pleased with my headache rack, main box, and companion box.

Worst place to work, even if you re new and being trained, doesn t matter if you re being taught new things, if the owner walks by and sees that you re working at your speed based on what you know, they ll fire you. How can you except to keep people when you don t give them a chance to learn the field. You wonder why their turnover rate is so bad.

Recently bought a pickup tool box here. The staff were very helpful, and the box was good quality.

I have been using HighwayProducts as my go to for my truck toolbox. When I was a business I had them ship me a Pickup Pack to store and keep secure my tools . Their customer service is the best I ve ever seen ! Since retirement I taken the Pickup Pack off my truck and replaced it with their Gullwing toolbox. I'm a farrier/blacksmith and I needed a sliding bench for my work station. I bought the 2000 lb. Unit and modified it for my particular needs. This company sells a great product!

Highway Products built an aluminum flatbed for my Ford 450 platinum and did a fantastic job, it is so nice to see a company take such American pride in their work. I bought a pick up pack and truck bed for my 2019 GMC Sierra. Works great. And guys were great to work with. No more having to reach up and over the rail or worry if someone is going to walk off with something off the bed of my truck. I love it.

There was a set of Highway products tarp boxes on a trailer that I bought in 2007 and those same boxes are still in service after all of these years! You have to watch what you put in them which I did just my lumber tarps and bee nets. I bought a new 2020 step deck and I new which boxes I'd be putting on this trailer! Highway products! I called Joe Powell and he fixed me up, I am sure that I'll get the same service out of this set of tarp boxes from Highway products as I did on the last set! "If you take care of them they'll take care of you!"

Hands down the best truck boxes money can buy. I have three pickups. One with a cross bed box, a one ton dually with fifth wheel boxes and a new Ram with a full bed pack and pull out tray. I have not had a single problem with any of them. They are durable, they don't warp in extreme conditions and look great. As a finish contractor, first impressions can make a difference in getting a job. Dont pull up to a client's house with a subpar box that can leave an impression of sub par work with a client. These boxes are a long term investment that can do the job for a lifetime. I will not waste my money on China made garbage that will have to be replaced.

These boxes are great! The pickup pack is perfect for the hvac trade. I'd get the heavier truck bed slide if I could do it over. It drags a bit when all the way closed in the bed. Its loaded but below max capacity.

Bought a $1200 tool box for my step deck trailer, the latch had broke within 50 miles of travel, and lost 10 brand new straps and there SS door opened and rubbed on the tire and all the said was here is a new rod,$1200 box, I have 10 of them on all my trailers, and they wouldn't replaced straps and or door, needless to say I'll never but anyone if there boxes again, just sended like crappy customer service. Bought two truck boxes (semi bottom box, barn door style) for a service truck in our fleet and we are pleased. We experienced inferior quality with a previous product made by Buyers Products and these boxes are better, more expensive but more better. 4/5 stars only because freight is an expensive extra that there is basically no way around.

I have the xt4000 truck slide. I find that the truck slide is as usefull as my lumber rack. I reciently had a problem with a guide barring that failed. Highway products treated it as a warintee isue even though I deturmaned that the failer came from something jamming up on it, it was certainly not a design or manufacture flaw. They sent me a new barring right away. They have good reason to stand by their product. I have used the other bed slides and they dont come close to the quality or the payload of the 4000. My next truck will have the truck slide as well.

I took my highway products to get repaired at the repair shop under the warranty and was charged $400 and put on inferior parts work done never fixed the lights and I had tp pay another hundred dollars to another company and they could care less and now I have to buy another tow hitch as the they fixed is giving out stay away

Rick on the sales staff was a pleasure to work with. The quality of the products are second to none. If I had a complaint / suggestion it would be to include the wiring harness for the lights in the cab guard. I would be happy to pay a little more to have the harness included.

This is a must have if you want to not have to be climbing in and out of your truck. Well built easy to install with two people. I have modified it just a bit, welded up four boxes and bolted to the sides to fill the space between the wheel wells that roll in and out with the bed. One of the things I learned was put a 4x8 sheet of plywood in the tray helps with the front to rear measurement other wise you won't be able to close the tail gate. Great folks to work with.

I had an interview thought it went great told me they'd call me and let me know if I got the job or not still waiting for the call its been 3 months now lol
