Horrible service. They do not honor their warranty. Stay away from purchasing any products from them. My Sandoz watch needed repair under warranty and they refused to honor their warranty ... The chronograph hand was loose and they kept saying that it was normal for the Sandoz watch I owned ... A complete joke ... a sad joke I had to take the watch in to an independent watchmaker to have it fixed ... Incredible.
