I had a great stay here. Staff is very courteous and helpful. You are given room key and other documents as soon as you get in the car at airport. Hotel check in was fast. Food was very good. Specially a rice bowl (Bowl for the soul) recipe which I ordered as dinner. It is very near to Airport.

Ambiance is good but got a torn apron while eating food plus the vegetarian Biryani was not at all fresh it up to the mark. It was fired in Kesar and unappetizing. Starters section the veg kebab and pineapple deep fried with chili was tasty. Three Star is fit the sloppiness. The people who serve you are very kind and attentive.
We went for kabab factory in Radisson Blu, hospitality was nice till the seating, traditional food on the time of jansi rani's tribute , you can full up your stomach with starter itself. Great hospitality.

They had a chain lock in door along with key card access, which is a very good practice in Radisson group of hotels

So i would highly suggest you take a package without food, and you can choose ala carte or better order from food delivery app
I am a Radisson rewards member, i would highly recommend Radisson Blu Temple Bay resort than this dungeon if distance is not a problem for you.
I you are planning for weekend outing inside Chennai, prefer other quality and cost effective ones like Hablis, Ramada etc..

It is convenient, about 5 minutes by car from Chennai Airport. The room was clean and the amenities were solid. The Wifi connection was good, and I didn't have any particular concerns.
Have spent 3 days there, food is good as well as the ambience. Little over the budget if I compare with ITC or other good hotel with same range.
Been here for a event, good place nice amibence. Had a fantastic buffet for dinner. Parking facility is available and more enough to park 30+ cars and 40+ bikes

My wife and I stayed here in May 2016, while attending our son's wedding. The hotel was outstanding. The room was clean and elegant. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast cafe was great. If we ever travel back to Chennai, it is the only place I would stay.

I had attended a function here, the party hall was good and spacious.. the food is okish.. out of all the dishes baked gulab jamun was too good from the buffet.. they had a good spread.. the rooms are also good..

Went to the Kebab factory.. Starters are really really good.. Mutton biryani was okay. Chicken curry for roti was good but roti was dry and hard to bite. Deserts aren't good. Jasmun was too sweet. Semiya payasam, rasamalai were okay. Need improvement on deserts.
Starters were served in numbers, meaning literally they were asking how many pieces you need.
Expected more from the brand Radisson.

My review about the hotel I'll will give u two stars. What is wrong with y'all 25k just to play music for a 1st birthday and no songs from YouTube which is excluded, only instrumental music and need to get some license or something very sad. Please change ur style or I think no one will visit your Hotel again for this. Food was good no doubt in that and even ambiance was pleasant. I hope u give me a valid and proper reason for this so I can believe ur rules and regulations abt the music. Thanks ..

This place has lost its Glory... Priced 2.5 times of other bufetts and has very limited offering on top of it Staff is not ready to serve... As if they want to save the food.
very good and very near to air port . the kind of hospitaality and food in this hotel is tremoudous. for travelling by air and interchanging is very accessble to this hotel and convenient. i suggest this hotel as a very good hotel for regular travellers.
