Most polite and courteous staff.... Apart from the usual they even put on a show.. Dancing and music... Ordered a Ginger Ale 4 myself and my friend ordered a mango milkshake and both of them were fine. As far the food it goes, it was delicious overall. Chicken Quesadillas were perfectly cooked and sumptuous. The chef was obliging in making the tenderloin to my specifications and it turned out really good as well... But the single most significant thing that ll make me go back to the place over and over again is the way the staff conducted themselves acquesing to our every request and making the evening more pleasant and memorable.

Not very modern hotel, but everything was clean and okay. Air-conditioning was quite loud and unfortunately the fitness center closes already at 10pm. But for a night absolutely fine.

Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Room is dated but clean. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine was broken.

This hotel is very near to the airport. True to its brand, Radisson, this hotel provides excellent amenities for its customers. Ambience, food, service are all quite good.
Prior reservation of rooms would be advisable to avoid the risk of unavailability.

I did not stay in the hotel but visited the restaurant inside, and hence this review is about their restaurant. The overall ambience as soon as you enter the hotel gives you an impression of a good hotel. The Kebab factory inside the hotel has got very delicious variety of veg and non veg kebabs, which are the main attraction in the restaurant. Some of the serving staff are very jovial, and explained the intricacies and tastes of each kebabs they served.

Much renowned great kebab factory! You can indeed find some serious kebabs here. What's more important is the way you have them with parathas and various chutney. They have some cool drinks that keep coming from to time which helps with the spice.
The restaurant- stuffy, disorderly and busy. If you are not claustrophobic then you can experience what it would be like If you have a large party. See ice is slow and with large party they ignore some. On the bright side they brought cake on the fly took a picture printed and presented in Frame like in 5 minutes so that was amazing. Net net I have had one experience with the GKF. No more..

Good place to catch up near the Chennai international airport. I happened to be there on Sunday morning for a breakfast buffet.
Great variety and food experience. Good service to make the experience a lot meaningful.

Had a quick coffee at Radisson Blu. I wasn t staying in the hotel. Just stopped by for coffee.
2 of the resturant staff asked if we were staying in the hotel and for our room number. I explained that we were not staying there and don t have a room number. They seemed confused and unsure if we would pay the bill. We explained we didn t want the breakfast buffet and only wanted coffee. They seemed disappointed. It took 15 minutes to get coffee. Not convinced about staying there. Not very inviting.

Been there for team lunch. Food is good. Nothing fabulous, but nothing to complain as well.

Nice hotel, comfortable stay but when tried open the door using card it was not opening and had to call the room service. Rooms are very clean and cosy.

On of the best hotel of Chennai... This was my second visit every thing from room, food, service, ambience are at its best still best part which I love abt this hotel is its staff which are always ready to help and try n make ur stay comfortable

It's a really nice and comfortable hotel, 4-star by Western standards, and very close to the airport. However, the airport shuttle isn't free, their taxi service is overpriced, and the service staff is a bit too forward when it comes to requesting gratuities.

Welcoming staff and fantastic customer service. Front desk (Ganga), travel desk (Seyed) and bell boys were outstanding. Room, bed, bathroom and decor inside was good and comfortable. Lots of variety for breakfast and very courteous staff. Very eager to make customers happy. Only area of improvement is the overall ambience of the hotel. Corridors appeared rundown, floors in the corridors were uneven, can cause people to trip and damp smelling. I'd definitely consider staying again. Got good value for money spent.

Hosted a party and it was beautifully organized. The hotel provided us a room free of charge and the service extended to us was fantastic. Veg/Non veg buffet for the party was tasty. Nearby airport
